Nakon što je Jutarnji list jutros izvijestio o tome kako je platforma Ministarstva zdravstva Cijepise.zdravlje.hr doživjela je potpunu propast, objavljeni su novi podaci o toj temi.
Podsjetimo, za izradu platforme Cijepise.zdravlje.hr potrošeni su milijuni kuna, a pompozno je puštena u rad još u veljači, piše Jutarnji.
Gotovo 160.000 građana prijavilo se na platformu CijepiSe, no tko, kada i hoće li ih netko pozvati na cijepljenje, u ovom je trenutku nepoznanica.
Tijekom subote poslijepodne o cijelom se slučaju oglasilo Ministarstvo zdravstva čije priopćenje prenosimo u cijelosti:
Platforma za prijavu cijepljenja građana protiv COVID-19 cijepise.zdravlje.hr ima manjkavosti na čijem otklanjanju se žurno radi.
Svi prijavljeni u sustav CijepiSe vidljivi su na svim kanalima koji taj sustav objedinjuje: obiteljski liječnici, internetska stranica cijepise.zdravlje.hr, pozivni centar 0800 0011 i županijski zavodi za javno zdravstvo.
Prema tome, svi prijavljeni u sustav CijepiSe dobit će svoje termine za cijepljenje.
Izradu same platforme cijepise.zdravlje.hr Ministarstvo zdravstva pokrenulo je krajem prošle godine kada je bilo izvjesno da će biti dostupno cjepivo.
„Stručne službe ministarstva zdravstva zadužio sam, na traženje epidemiološke struke, da provedu postupak definiranja i nabave, a izradu platforme dobile su tvrtke koje po već postojećim ugovorima s ministarstvom zdravstva imaju ugovoreni zadatak unapređenja i prilagodbe sustava novim potrebama, kao što je stvaranje platforme za registraciju interesa za cijepljenje protiv COVID-19,“ - ističe ministar zdravstva Vili Beroš i dodaje: „Pri tome moram kategorički odbaciti sve javno iznesene optužbe o bilo kakvom pogodovanju tvrtkama ili osobama, jer je cijeli postupak proveden u skladu s propisima.“
Platforma je do sada pokazala određene manjkavosti za koje je ministarstvo zdravstva kao naručitelj od ugovornih izvođača zatražilo njihovo žurno i učinkovito otklanjanje kako bi se program cijepljenja učinkovito odvijao. Jednokratna tehnička pogreška u sustavu, zbog koje su na cijepljenje pozvani građani mlađe životne dobi umjesto starijih, je odmah otklonjena, kao što se radi i na uparivanju podataka za oko 200 građana koji u testnoj fazi nisu uključeni.
Uz to, izostala je i puna suradnja pojedinih liječnika obiteljske medicine glede ažurnog unošenja podataka na platformu, kao i koordinacija županijskih zavoda za javno zdravstvo, od kojih su neki izradili posebne baze podataka samo za vlastite potrebe. Sve to doprinijelo je da za sada platforma ne ispunjava u potpunosti tražene zadatke i očekivanja. Ministarstvo zdravstva kao naručitelj i ugovaratelj izrade platforme inzistira na poštivanju ugovorenih obveza od strane tvrtki izvođača.
Uz otklanjanje poteškoća i mobiliziranje svih službi, nastavljamo trend rekordnog porasta cijepljenih koji trenutačno bilježi preko 23.000 cijepljenih u jednom danu. Ta brojka najbolji je pokazatelj dosadašnjeg procesa cijepljenja koji ne opravdava spomenute manjkavosti, ali uvjerljivo ih nadilazi i bliži nas cilju preko 50% procijepljenosti građana u lipnju ove godine.

Nakon što je Jutarnji list jutros izvijestio o tome kako je platforma Ministarstva zdravstva Cijepise.zdravlje.hr doživjela je potpunu propast, objavljeni su novi podaci o toj temi.

Gotovo 160.000 građana prijavilo se na platformu CijepiSe, no tko, kada i hoće li ih netko pozvati na cijepljenje, u ovom je trenutku nepoznanica.
Tijekom subote poslijepodne o cijelom se slučaju oglasilo Ministarstvo zdravstva čije priopćenje prenosimo u cijelosti:
Platforma za prijavu cijepljenja građana protiv COVID-19 cijepise.zdravlje.hr ima manjkavosti na čijem otklanjanju se žurno radi.
Svi prijavljeni u sustav CijepiSe vidljivi su na svim kanalima koji taj sustav objedinjuje: obiteljski liječnici, internetska stranica cijepise.zdravlje.hr, pozivni centar 0800 0011 i županijski zavodi za javno zdravstvo.
Prema tome, svi prijavljeni u sustav CijepiSe dobit će svoje termine za cijepljenje.
Izradu same platforme cijepise.zdravlje.hr Ministarstvo zdravstva pokrenulo je krajem prošle godine kada je bilo izvjesno da će biti dostupno cjepivo.
„Stručne službe ministarstva zdravstva zadužio sam, na traženje epidemiološke struke, da provedu postupak definiranja i nabave, a izradu platforme dobile su tvrtke koje po već postojećim ugovorima s ministarstvom zdravstva imaju ugovoreni zadatak unapređenja i prilagodbe sustava novim potrebama, kao što je stvaranje platforme za registraciju interesa za cijepljenje protiv COVID-19,“ - ističe ministar zdravstva Vili Beroš i dodaje: „Pri tome moram kategorički odbaciti sve javno iznesene optužbe o bilo kakvom pogodovanju tvrtkama ili osobama, jer je cijeli postupak proveden u skladu s propisima.“
Platforma je do sada pokazala određene manjkavosti za koje je ministarstvo zdravstva kao naručitelj od ugovornih izvođača zatražilo njihovo žurno i učinkovito otklanjanje kako bi se program cijepljenja učinkovito odvijao. Jednokratna tehnička pogreška u sustavu, zbog koje su na cijepljenje pozvani građani mlađe životne dobi umjesto starijih, je odmah otklonjena, kao što se radi i na uparivanju podataka za oko 200 građana koji u testnoj fazi nisu uključeni.
Uz to, izostala je i puna suradnja pojedinih liječnika obiteljske medicine glede ažurnog unošenja podataka na platformu, kao i koordinacija županijskih zavoda za javno zdravstvo, od kojih su neki izradili posebne baze podataka samo za vlastite potrebe. Sve to doprinijelo je da za sada platforma ne ispunjava u potpunosti tražene zadatke i očekivanja. Ministarstvo zdravstva kao naručitelj i ugovaratelj izrade platforme inzistira na poštivanju ugovorenih obveza od strane tvrtki izvođača.
Uz otklanjanje poteškoća i mobiliziranje svih službi, nastavljamo trend rekordnog porasta cijepljenih koji trenutačno bilježi preko 23.000 cijepljenih u jednom danu. Ta brojka najbolji je pokazatelj dosadašnjeg procesa cijepljenja koji ne opravdava spomenute manjkavosti, ali uvjerljivo ih nadilazi i bliži nas cilju preko 50% procijepljenosti građana u lipnju ove godine.
