Istražna sutkinja Biserka Plesničar prihvatila je istražni zahtjev Županijskog državnog odvjetništva u Varaždinu i otvorila sudsku istragu protiv Ptičeka zbog sumnje da je počinio više od 80 kaznenih djela zlouporabe položaja i ovlasti i krivotvorenja službene isprave.

Ptičeku je pritvor određen zbog opasnosti od utjecaja na svjedoke i dokaze te zbog mogućnosti ponavljanja kaznenog djela. ŽDO je zatražilo i da se Ptičeku "sjedne" na nekretnine, odnosno da mu se onemogući da ih proda ili prebaci vlasništvo na nekog drugog, no sud će o tome odlučiti naknadno kada dobije svu potrebnu dokumentaciju.

Ptičeka se sumnjiči da je u proteklih pet godina tvrtku kojoj je bio na čelu i grad Varaždin kao većinskog vlasnika tvrtke i najvećeg partnera u poslovanju, oštetio za oko 2 milijuna kuna, pri čemu je nešto manje od pola milijuna kuna zadržao za sebe.

Nadzorni odbor "Parkova" Ptičeka je jučer smijenio s mjesta direktora tvrtke te je za v.d. direktora tvrtke imenovana Romana Brkić Knežević.

Ptiček sljedećih će mjesec dana provesti u pritvoru. Istražna sutkinja Biserka Plesničar prihvatila je istražni zahtjev Županijskog državnog odvjetništva u Varaždinu i otvorila sudsku istragu protiv Ptičeka zbog sumnje da je počinio više od 80 kaznenih djela zlouporabe položaja i ovlasti i krivotvorenja službene isprave.

Ptičeku je pritvor određen zbog opasnosti od utjecaja na svjedoke i dokaze te zbog mogućnosti ponavljanja kaznenog djela. ŽDO je zatražilo i da se Ptičeku "sjedne" na nekretnine, odnosno da mu se onemogući da ih proda ili prebaci vlasništvo na nekog drugog, no sud će o tome odlučiti naknadno kada dobije svu potrebnu dokumentaciju.

Ptičeka se sumnjiči da je u proteklih pet godina tvrtku kojoj je bio na čelu i grad Varaždin kao većinskog vlasnika tvrtke i najvećeg partnera u poslovanju, oštetio za oko 2 milijuna kuna, pri čemu je nešto manje od pola milijuna kuna zadržao za sebe.

Nadzorni odbor "Parkova" Ptičeka je jučer smijenio s mjesta direktora tvrtke te je za v.d. direktora tvrtke imenovana Romana Brkić Knežević.

Bivši direktor varaždinske komunalne tvrtke "Parkovi" Miljenko Ptičeksljedećih će mjesec dana provesti u pritvoru.
