Vlada Republike Hrvatske prije nekoliko mjeseci najavila je ukidanje prireza od 1. siječnja 2024. godine i prepustila gradovima, kojima je to bio važni izvor prihoda, da sami odrede kako će nadomjestiti te prihode.
Za građane je najvažnije kako će ta porezna promjena odraziti na njihova primanja. Plaće bi u načelu trebale rasti, ali ne jednako u svim gradovima.
U Splitu, gdje je prirez bio 15 posto, izmjenama poreza na dohodak efekt će biti kao da se prirez prepolovio. Prosječna splitska neto plaća trebala bi rasti za 25 eura.

Prosječna zagrebačka plaća od 1300 eura za zaposlenog s jednim djetetom trebala bi od 1. siječnja rasti za 18 eura. Rezultat je to najviših poreznih stopa u Hrvatskoj. U Rijeci će porezno opterećenje biti nešto malo ispod najvećih mogućih, a plaće bi trebale rasti 18 eura. Osijek će od četiri najveća grada imati najmanje opterećenje na plaće, a one bi se trebale povećati za 30 eura.
Građani strahuju da će taj novac prije ili kasnije otići na skuplje komunalije.
"Nije šija, neg‘ je vrat, znate. Prelit će se to na neke druge stvari, a što je 30 eura..." komentirala je Jasna iz Osijeka, piše Dnevnik.hr.
Podizanje poreza na kuće za odmor
"To znači za moje građane grada Sinja na godišnjoj razini za 300 eura veće plaće nego što je u Gradu Zagrebu, veće plaće nego što je Zadru, Splitu, Rijeci i drugim gradovima", rekao je gradonačelnik Sinja Miro Bulj.
"Prosječna četveročlana obitelj u Bjelovaru imat će jednu plaću više u odnosu na istu takvu obitelj u Zagrebu. Želimo poslati poruku mladim obiteljima da dođu živjeti u grad s najmanjim porezima", kaže gradonačelnik Bjelovara Dario Hrebak.

Dubrovnik ne mijenja porez na dohodak, ali namet za kuće za odmor umjesto eura i pol po kvadratu rast će na pet eura. U Puli se taj porez sa 40 podiže na 199 eura po krevetu, što je povećanje od 400 posto. HDZ-ovi gradonačelnici dobili su nalog da niži razred poreza na dohodak ne povisuju iznad 20 posto, piše Dnevnik.hr.
Premda je u krizi svaki euro dobrodošao, iznosi od 18 ili 25 eura mjesečno više ne izgledaju osobito značajno. Posebno ako se podignu cijene komunalija ili se nastavi s poskupljenjima ostalih troškova života.

Vlada Republike Hrvatske prije nekoliko mjeseci najavila je ukidanje prireza od 1. siječnja 2024. godine i prepustila gradovima, kojima je to bio važni izvor prihoda, da sami odrede kako će nadomjestiti te prihode.
Za građane je najvažnije kako će ta porezna promjena odraziti na njihova primanja. Plaće bi u načelu trebale rasti, ali ne jednako u svim gradovima.
U Splitu, gdje je prirez bio 15 posto, izmjenama poreza na dohodak efekt će biti kao da se prirez prepolovio. Prosječna splitska neto plaća trebala bi rasti za 25 eura.

Prosječna zagrebačka plaća od 1300 eura za zaposlenog s jednim djetetom trebala bi od 1. siječnja rasti za 18 eura. Rezultat je to najviših poreznih stopa u Hrvatskoj. U Rijeci će porezno opterećenje biti nešto malo ispod najvećih mogućih, a plaće bi trebale rasti 18 eura. Osijek će od četiri najveća grada imati najmanje opterećenje na plaće, a one bi se trebale povećati za 30 eura.
Građani strahuju da će taj novac prije ili kasnije otići na skuplje komunalije.
"Nije šija, neg‘ je vrat, znate. Prelit će se to na neke druge stvari, a što je 30 eura..." komentirala je Jasna iz Osijeka, piše Dnevnik.hr.
Podizanje poreza na kuće za odmor
"To znači za moje građane grada Sinja na godišnjoj razini za 300 eura veće plaće nego što je u Gradu Zagrebu, veće plaće nego što je Zadru, Splitu, Rijeci i drugim gradovima", rekao je gradonačelnik Sinja Miro Bulj.
"Prosječna četveročlana obitelj u Bjelovaru imat će jednu plaću više u odnosu na istu takvu obitelj u Zagrebu. Želimo poslati poruku mladim obiteljima da dođu živjeti u grad s najmanjim porezima", kaže gradonačelnik Bjelovara Dario Hrebak.

Dubrovnik ne mijenja porez na dohodak, ali namet za kuće za odmor umjesto eura i pol po kvadratu rast će na pet eura. U Puli se taj porez sa 40 podiže na 199 eura po krevetu, što je povećanje od 400 posto. HDZ-ovi gradonačelnici dobili su nalog da niži razred poreza na dohodak ne povisuju iznad 20 posto, piše Dnevnik.hr.
Premda je u krizi svaki euro dobrodošao, iznosi od 18 ili 25 eura mjesečno više ne izgledaju osobito značajno. Posebno ako se podignu cijene komunalija ili se nastavi s poskupljenjima ostalih troškova života.
