Inflacija jaše i dalje. Najavljuje se novo poskupljenje mliječnih proizvoda i mesnih prerađevina. Kako bi se ovaj efekt ublažio za krajnjeg potrošača - što bi, indirektno, pomoglo i samim trgovcima - proizvođači sada traže od Vlade jedinstvenu stopu PDV-a na hranu od pet posto.

Sir, vrhnje, jogurt su postali preskupi za veliki broj kupaca, a balansiranje cijenama se pokazalo neisplativo za proizvođače. Država im, kažu, uzme sve što zarade.

"PDV na mlijeko je pet posto, na repromaterijal je 13 posto, a na proizvod koji ide vani je 25. Ovaj PDV od 25 nama uzme svu dobit u proizvodnji, a mi živimo od prerade", rekao je Darko Pavičević, upravitelj mljekarsko-stočarske zadruge Proizvodi sela za RTL.

Istu stvar govore i proizvođači suhomesnatih proizvoda.

"U ovom momentu kada gledamo, država zarađuje više nego što zarađuje industrija, jer mesna industrija ne može ostvariti maržu od 25 posto dok je PDV 25 posto", izjavio je Milivoj Medven, direktor u mesoprerađivačkoj industriji.

Jedino rješenje, sugeriraju, bila bi jedinstvena stopa PDV-a od pet posto na svu hranu.

"Sve je u neredu. Nama bi pet posto PDV-a omogućilo da mi ne dižemo cijene dalje. Cijene se sigurno ne bi dizale kod nas", tvrdi Pavičević.

Ipak, vodeći se situacijom iz prošlogodišnjeg travnja, kada je snižen PDV na maslac, svježe meso, ribu, voće, povrće i jaja, taj pokušaj nije donio niže cijene na policama. Dakle, građani od toga nisu imali ništa, ali ni država koja je, procjenili su iz Porezne, tako izgubila oko 280 milijuna eura. Zbog toga je potrebno, smatraju poduzetnici, napraviti cjelovitu reformu.

"Ako dignete prag ulaska u PDV s 40 tisuća eura na 80 tisuća eura, ako smanjite porez na dohodak, adekvatno, a ne prebacivati na jedinice lokalne samouprave, ako idete sa smanjivanjem PDV-a na uslužne djelatnosti na 13 posto, odnosno proizvodnju hrane na pet posto, u tom momentu možete očekivati i da će se cijene stabilizirati", objasnio je Hrvoje Bujas, predsjednik udruge Glas poduzetnika.

"Mislim i da se smanji PDV, ne bi bile cijene niže. Ništa ne bi bilo niže", smatra Tifa Žižić iz Zaprešića. Isto razmišlja i njezina sugrađanka Marina Topić: "Strašno je skupo sve, i smanjenje PDV-a bi dobro došlo svima. Na primjer, u Luksemburgu nemaju PDV."

Proizvođači ukazuju kako je, s PDV-om od 25 posto, stvoren potpuni disbalans u konkurentnosti domaćih i uvoznih proizvoda, dok se istovremeno u Poljskoj domaća proizvodnja štiti uz stopu PDV-a na hranu od nula posto.

"Došlo je do globalnog poskupljenja mesa i polako je nestašica mesa na tržištu. Cijene mesa su jako skočile gore i sadašnji PDV od 25 posto utječe jako na cijenu suhomesnatih proizvoda i postajemo nekonkurentni na policama", tvrdi Medven.

Bujas pak kaže da, ako se smanji PDV s 25 posto na pet posto, tada je određeno smanjivanje moguće. "Ali u konačnici primarni cilj je zadržati hrvatsku proizvodnju na profitabilnom nivou, što trenutačno nije", poručuje.

"U jesen će biti poskupljenje svega, što se tiče hrane, a naročito povrća i voća. Proizvodnja povrća ili proizvodnja mlijeka vam je u istom košu", najavljuje Pavičević

Inflacija jaše i dalje. Najavljuje se novo poskupljenje mliječnih proizvoda i mesnih prerađevina. Kako bi se ovaj efekt ublažio za krajnjeg potrošača - što bi, indirektno, pomoglo i samim trgovcima - proizvođači sada traže od Vlade jedinstvenu stopu PDV-a na hranu od pet posto.

Sir, vrhnje, jogurt su postali preskupi za veliki broj kupaca, a balansiranje cijenama se pokazalo neisplativo za proizvođače. Država im, kažu, uzme sve što zarade.

"PDV na mlijeko je pet posto, na repromaterijal je 13 posto, a na proizvod koji ide vani je 25. Ovaj PDV od 25 nama uzme svu dobit u proizvodnji, a mi živimo od prerade", rekao je Darko Pavičević, upravitelj mljekarsko-stočarske zadruge Proizvodi sela za RTL.

Istu stvar govore i proizvođači suhomesnatih proizvoda.

"U ovom momentu kada gledamo, država zarađuje više nego što zarađuje industrija, jer mesna industrija ne može ostvariti maržu od 25 posto dok je PDV 25 posto", izjavio je Milivoj Medven, direktor u mesoprerađivačkoj industriji.

Jedino rješenje, sugeriraju, bila bi jedinstvena stopa PDV-a od pet posto na svu hranu.

"Sve je u neredu. Nama bi pet posto PDV-a omogućilo da mi ne dižemo cijene dalje. Cijene se sigurno ne bi dizale kod nas", tvrdi Pavičević.

Ipak, vodeći se situacijom iz prošlogodišnjeg travnja, kada je snižen PDV na maslac, svježe meso, ribu, voće, povrće i jaja, taj pokušaj nije donio niže cijene na policama. Dakle, građani od toga nisu imali ništa, ali ni država koja je, procjenili su iz Porezne, tako izgubila oko 280 milijuna eura. Zbog toga je potrebno, smatraju poduzetnici, napraviti cjelovitu reformu.

"Ako dignete prag ulaska u PDV s 40 tisuća eura na 80 tisuća eura, ako smanjite porez na dohodak, adekvatno, a ne prebacivati na jedinice lokalne samouprave, ako idete sa smanjivanjem PDV-a na uslužne djelatnosti na 13 posto, odnosno proizvodnju hrane na pet posto, u tom momentu možete očekivati i da će se cijene stabilizirati", objasnio je Hrvoje Bujas, predsjednik udruge Glas poduzetnika.

"Mislim i da se smanji PDV, ne bi bile cijene niže. Ništa ne bi bilo niže", smatra Tifa Žižić iz Zaprešića. Isto razmišlja i njezina sugrađanka Marina Topić: "Strašno je skupo sve, i smanjenje PDV-a bi dobro došlo svima. Na primjer, u Luksemburgu nemaju PDV."

Proizvođači ukazuju kako je, s PDV-om od 25 posto, stvoren potpuni disbalans u konkurentnosti domaćih i uvoznih proizvoda, dok se istovremeno u Poljskoj domaća proizvodnja štiti uz stopu PDV-a na hranu od nula posto.

"Došlo je do globalnog poskupljenja mesa i polako je nestašica mesa na tržištu. Cijene mesa su jako skočile gore i sadašnji PDV od 25 posto utječe jako na cijenu suhomesnatih proizvoda i postajemo nekonkurentni na policama", tvrdi Medven.

Bujas pak kaže da, ako se smanji PDV s 25 posto na pet posto, tada je određeno smanjivanje moguće. "Ali u konačnici primarni cilj je zadržati hrvatsku proizvodnju na profitabilnom nivou, što trenutačno nije", poručuje.

"U jesen će biti poskupljenje svega, što se tiče hrane, a naročito povrća i voća. Proizvodnja povrća ili proizvodnja mlijeka vam je u istom košu", najavljuje Pavičević
