Velika se pravna bitka vodi na varaždinskom Županijskom sudu u slučaju bivšeg direktora varaždinske komunalne tvrtke "Parkovi" Miljenka Ptičeka. Ptiček ima čak tri branitelja, dvojicu iz Varaždina i jednog iz Zagreba, koji pokušavaju osporiti sve odluke varaždinskog suda vezane uz njihovog klijenta.

Istražna sutkinja Županijskog suda u Varaždinu Biserka Plesničar rekla nam je da je jedan od branitelja podnio žalbu na rješenje o pritvoru u dijelu koje se tiče opasnosti od ponavljanja kaznenog djela.

Naime, sud je Ptičeku odredio pritvor po osnovi mogućeg utjecaja na svjedoke i opasnosti od ponavljanja kaznenog djela. Samo dan nakon te odluke Nadzorni odbor "Parkova" je Ptičeku uručio otkaz pa se njegov branitelj žalio na to sudsko rješenje. Sudsko vijeće žalbu je usvojilo i ukinulo pritvor po toj osnovi ali će Ptiček i dalje ostati u pritvoru po osnovi mogućeg utjecaja na svjedoke.

Ovaj tjedan jedan od Ptičekovih branitelja iz Zagreba uputio je i žalbu na pokretanje sudske istrage. Sudsko vijeće tu je žalbu zaprimilo i o njoj će odlučivati u sljedećih nekoliko dana.

Podsjetimo, Ptiček, inače bliski prijatelj varaždinskog gradonačelnika Ivana Čehoka i bivši direktor gradske komunalne tvrtke "Parkovi", uhićen je prošli tjedan zbog sumnje da je počinio više od 80 kaznenih djela zlouporabe položaja i ovlasti i krivotvorenja službene isprave te da si je pribavio protupravnu imovinsku korist u iznosu od oko pola milijuna kuna.

Velika se pravna bitka vodi na varaždinskom Županijskom sudu u slučaju bivšeg direktora varaždinske komunalne tvrtke "Parkovi" Miljenka Ptičeka. Ptiček ima čak tri branitelja, dvojicu iz Varaždina i jednog iz Zagreba, koji pokušavaju osporiti sve odluke varaždinskog suda vezane uz njihovog klijenta.

Istražna sutkinja Županijskog suda u Varaždinu Biserka Plesničar rekla nam je da je jedan od branitelja podnio žalbu na rješenje o pritvoru u dijelu koje se tiče opasnosti od ponavljanja kaznenog djela.

Naime, sud je Ptičeku odredio pritvor po osnovi mogućeg utjecaja na svjedoke i opasnosti od ponavljanja kaznenog djela. Samo dan nakon te odluke Nadzorni odbor "Parkova" je Ptičeku uručio otkaz pa se njegov branitelj žalio na to sudsko rješenje. Sudsko vijeće žalbu je usvojilo i ukinulo pritvor po toj osnovi ali će Ptiček i dalje ostati u pritvoru po osnovi mogućeg utjecaja na svjedoke.

Ovaj tjedan jedan od Ptičekovih branitelja iz Zagreba uputio je i žalbu na pokretanje sudske istrage. Sudsko vijeće tu je žalbu zaprimilo i o njoj će odlučivati u sljedećih nekoliko dana.

Podsjetimo, Ptiček, inače bliski prijatelj varaždinskog gradonačelnika Ivana Čehoka i bivši direktor gradske komunalne tvrtke "Parkovi", uhićen je prošli tjedan zbog sumnje da je počinio više od 80 kaznenih djela zlouporabe položaja i ovlasti i krivotvorenja službene isprave te da si je pribavio protupravnu imovinsku korist u iznosu od oko pola milijuna kuna.
