Istraga kriminalističkog tima u vezi s prometnom nesrećom, u kojoj je sudjelovao bivši ministar obrane Mario Banožić, trenutno je u tijeku.

Još uvijek nije dostupna informacija o brzini vožnje Banožića, ali su njegovi uzorci krvi i urina sada dostavljeni Centru za forenzička vještačenja Ivan Vučetić u Zagrebu.

Iako samo vještačenje ne traje dugo, do konačnih rezultata o prisutnosti alkohola u krvi moglo bi proći i tjedan dana zbog redoslijeda analiza.

Policija je jučer podnijela kaznenu prijavu protiv Banožića zbog izazivanja prometne nesreće iz nehaja. Pravni stručnjaci su istaknuli da je iznimno brzo podnošenje ovakve prijave neobično, pošto se rezultati istrage još uvijek očekuju.

Iskusni odvjetnik Branko Šerić, na pitanje RTL-a o ovakvoj vanrednoj praksi, kaže:

- Činjenica jest da je kaznena prijava, kako smo čuli iz medija podnesena za nehajno postupanje počinitelja. To znači da je već utvrđena njegova odgovornost, potencijalno da postoje osnove sumnje. Međutim manjkavost je u tome što to nehajno postupanje pretpostavlja da nije imao alkohola ni nekih drugih supstanci u krvi.

Istraga kriminalističkog tima u vezi s prometnom nesrećom, u kojoj je sudjelovao bivši ministar obrane Mario Banožić, trenutno je u tijeku.

Još uvijek nije dostupna informacija o brzini vožnje Banožića, ali su njegovi uzorci krvi i urina sada dostavljeni Centru za forenzička vještačenja Ivan Vučetić u Zagrebu.

Iako samo vještačenje ne traje dugo, do konačnih rezultata o prisutnosti alkohola u krvi moglo bi proći i tjedan dana zbog redoslijeda analiza.

Policija je jučer podnijela kaznenu prijavu protiv Banožića zbog izazivanja prometne nesreće iz nehaja. Pravni stručnjaci su istaknuli da je iznimno brzo podnošenje ovakve prijave neobično, pošto se rezultati istrage još uvijek očekuju.

Istraga kriminalističkog tima u vezi s prometnom nesrećom, u kojoj je sudjelovao bivši ministar obrane Mario Banožić, trenutno je u tijeku.

Još uvijek nije dostupna informacija o brzini vožnje Banožića, ali su njegovi uzorci krvi i urina sada dostavljeni Centru za forenzička vještačenja Ivan Vučetić u Zagrebu.

Iako samo vještačenje ne traje dugo, do konačnih rezultata o prisutnosti alkohola u krvi moglo bi proći i tjedan dana zbog redoslijeda analiza.

Policija je jučer podnijela kaznenu prijavu protiv Banožića zbog izazivanja prometne nesreće iz nehaja. Pravni stručnjaci su istaknuli da je iznimno brzo podnošenje ovakve prijave neobično, pošto se rezultati istrage još uvijek očekuju.

Iskusni odvjetnik Branko Šerić, na pitanje RTL-a o ovakvoj vanrednoj praksi, kaže:
