Civilna zaštita utvrdila je da nema opasnosti za stanovništvo od ionizirajućeg zračenja u Oroslavju gdje se u požaru urušio radioaktivni gromobran, a gradonačelnik je ustvrdio da su na njegovo moljenje i uvjeravanje izašle dežurne službe, pa i inspekcija za radiološku sigurnost.

Inspekcija za radiološku i nuklearnu sigurnost utvrdila je da ne postoji opasnost za stanovništvo od ionizirajućeg zračenja nakon što je uslijed požara na krovištu poslovnog objekta u Oroslavju došlo do urušavanja radioaktivnog gromobrana, priopćili su iz Ravnateljstva civilne zaštite u subotu.

Naime, u četvrtak je došlo do požara na zgradi bivše tvornice „Oroteks” uslijed kojeg je propao ionizirajući gromobran koji se nalazio na krovištu tvornice o čemu se na društvenim mrežama priopćenjem u subotu oglasio i gradonačelnik Oroslavja Viktor Šimunić.
„Nakon višesatnog moljenja i uvjeravanja s moje strane da bi to bilo potrebno, na teren su izašle dežurne službe, između ostalih i Sektor za radiološku i nuklearnu sigurnost pri čemu je privremeno bilo zaustavljeno gašenje požara", napisao je Šimunić. "Nakon njihove inspekcije utvrđena je povećana razina radijacije na drugom i trećem katu zgrade "Oroteksa" te je sa zapadnog stepeništa ograđen i zabranjen pristup. Prema riječima inspekcije, kućanstva i građani su sigurni. Objašnjeno mi je da radijacija zbog debljine zidova ne "probija" van zgrade”, objasnio je Šimunić.

Iz Ravnateljstva civilne zaštite poručuju kako je odmah po dojavi na lokaciju poslane djelatnik Inspekcije za radiološku i nuklearnu sigurnost kako bi izvršio mjerenje brzine zračenja.

„Mjerenjima na lokaciji utvrđene su povišene brzine zračenja unutar objekta te su vatrogascima dane upute za siguran pristup za gašenje požara. Inspektor je utvrdio kako ne postoji opasnost za stanovništvo od ionizirajućeg zračenja”, priopćili su iz Ravnateljstva te zaključili kako će se daljnje mjere poduzimati kada požar bude u potpunosti ugašen.

Gradonačelnik Šimunić pojasnio je kako civilna zaštita navodi da bi rizik od ozračivanja bio povećan kad bi osoba dugo bila izložena radijaciji, odnosno dulje vrijeme boravila na 3. ili 4. katu zgrade Oroteksa.

„Primarni je zadatak da se sanira požar do kraja kako bi se omogućio pristup ovlaštenim osobama da lociraju i uklone gromobran. Nakon toga slijedi očevid i istraga”, rekao je Šimunić te dodao kako je dogovoreno da civilna zaštita kontinuirano motri situaciju, kao i razinu radijacije.

Šimunić je na svom Facebook profilu još i poručio vatrogascima koji su bili izloženi da se odmah jave svom liječniku ako počnu osjećati bilo kakvu nuspojavu radijacije, a uputio je apel i ovlaštenim osobama da svim vatrogascima koji su potencijalno bili izloženi radijaciji omoguće adekvatne stručne preglede.

Civilna zaštita utvrdila je da nema opasnosti za stanovništvo od ionizirajućeg zračenja u Oroslavju gdje se u požaru urušio radioaktivni gromobran, a gradonačelnik je ustvrdio da su na njegovo moljenje i uvjeravanje izašle dežurne službe, pa i inspekcija za radiološku sigurnost.

Inspekcija za radiološku i nuklearnu sigurnost utvrdila je da ne postoji opasnost za stanovništvo od ionizirajućeg zračenja nakon što je uslijed požara na krovištu poslovnog objekta u Oroslavju došlo do urušavanja radioaktivnog gromobrana, priopćili su iz Ravnateljstva civilne zaštite u subotu.

Naime, u četvrtak je došlo do požara na zgradi bivše tvornice „Oroteks” uslijed kojeg je propao ionizirajući gromobran koji se nalazio na krovištu tvornice o čemu se na društvenim mrežama priopćenjem u subotu oglasio i gradonačelnik Oroslavja Viktor Šimunić.
„Nakon višesatnog moljenja i uvjeravanja s moje strane da bi to bilo potrebno, na teren su izašle dežurne službe, između ostalih i Sektor za radiološku i nuklearnu sigurnost pri čemu je privremeno bilo zaustavljeno gašenje požara", napisao je Šimunić. "Nakon njihove inspekcije utvrđena je povećana razina radijacije na drugom i trećem katu zgrade "Oroteksa" te je sa zapadnog stepeništa ograđen i zabranjen pristup. Prema riječima inspekcije, kućanstva i građani su sigurni. Objašnjeno mi je da radijacija zbog debljine zidova ne "probija" van zgrade”, objasnio je Šimunić.

Iz Ravnateljstva civilne zaštite poručuju kako je odmah po dojavi na lokaciju poslane djelatnik Inspekcije za radiološku i nuklearnu sigurnost kako bi izvršio mjerenje brzine zračenja.

„Mjerenjima na lokaciji utvrđene su povišene brzine zračenja unutar objekta te su vatrogascima dane upute za siguran pristup za gašenje požara. Inspektor je utvrdio kako ne postoji opasnost za stanovništvo od ionizirajućeg zračenja”, priopćili su iz Ravnateljstva te zaključili kako će se daljnje mjere poduzimati kada požar bude u potpunosti ugašen.

Gradonačelnik Šimunić pojasnio je kako civilna zaštita navodi da bi rizik od ozračivanja bio povećan kad bi osoba dugo bila izložena radijaciji, odnosno dulje vrijeme boravila na 3. ili 4. katu zgrade Oroteksa.

„Primarni je zadatak da se sanira požar do kraja kako bi se omogućio pristup ovlaštenim osobama da lociraju i uklone gromobran. Nakon toga slijedi očevid i istraga”, rekao je Šimunić te dodao kako je dogovoreno da civilna zaštita kontinuirano motri situaciju, kao i razinu radijacije.

Šimunić je na svom Facebook profilu još i poručio vatrogascima koji su bili izloženi da se odmah jave svom liječniku ako počnu osjećati bilo kakvu nuspojavu radijacije, a uputio je apel i ovlaštenim osobama da svim vatrogascima koji su potencijalno bili izloženi radijaciji omoguće adekvatne stručne preglede.
