Povjerenstvo za sukob interesa odlučilo je u petak da neće pokrenuti postupak protiv predsjednika Vrhovnog suda i Državnog izbornog povjerenstva (DIP) Đure Sesse koji je bio prijavljen za mogući sukob interesa zbog istovremenog obnašanja tih dviju dužnosti.

U prijavi se postavljalo pitanje predstavlja li istovremeno obnašanje tih dviju funkcija sukob interesa, ukazujući da je Sessa predsjednik Vrhovnog suda kojeg imenuje Hrvatski sabor na prijedlog predsjednika Republike te je po tom položaju ujedno i predsjednik DIP-a.

Prijavitelj je naveo i novinske članke o okolnostima postupanja dužnosnika Đure Sesse, ali u funkciji predsjednika Vrhovnog suda RH.

Povjerenstvo je, međutim razmatrajući anonimnu prijavu, odlučilo da neće pokrenuti postupak s obzirom na to da navedene okolnosti ne upućuju na moguću povredu zakonskih odredbi.

Zakon o DIP-u propisuje da tim samostalnim i neovisnim tijelom za provedbu izbora i referenduma te nadzora financiranja političkih aktivnosti "po položaju" predsjeda predsjednik Vrhovnog suda.

Povjerenstvo za sukob interesa odlučilo je u petak da neće pokrenuti postupak protiv predsjednika Vrhovnog suda i Državnog izbornog povjerenstva (DIP) Đure Sesse koji je bio prijavljen za mogući sukob interesa zbog istovremenog obnašanja tih dviju dužnosti.

U prijavi se postavljalo pitanje predstavlja li istovremeno obnašanje tih dviju funkcija sukob interesa, ukazujući da je Sessa predsjednik Vrhovnog suda kojeg imenuje Hrvatski sabor na prijedlog predsjednika Republike te je po tom položaju ujedno i predsjednik DIP-a.

Prijavitelj je naveo i novinske članke o okolnostima postupanja dužnosnika Đure Sesse, ali u funkciji predsjednika Vrhovnog suda RH.

Povjerenstvo je, međutim razmatrajući anonimnu prijavu, odlučilo da neće pokrenuti postupak s obzirom na to da navedene okolnosti ne upućuju na moguću povredu zakonskih odredbi.

Zakon o DIP-u propisuje da tim samostalnim i neovisnim tijelom za provedbu izbora i referenduma te nadzora financiranja političkih aktivnosti "po položaju" predsjeda predsjednik Vrhovnog suda.

Povjerenstvo za sukob interesa, ipak, ne pokreće postupak protiv Đure Sesse zbog istovremenog obnašanja dviju dužnosti

Povjerenstvo za sukob interesa odlučilo je u petak da neće pokrenuti postupak protiv predsjednika Vrhovnog suda i Državnog izbornog povjerenstva (DIP) Đure Sesse koji je bio prijavljen za mogući sukob interesa zbog istovremenog obnašanja tih dviju dužnosti.

U prijavi se postavljalo pitanje predstavlja li istovremeno obnašanje tih dviju funkcija sukob interesa, ukazujući da je Sessa predsjednik Vrhovnog suda kojeg imenuje Hrvatski sabor na prijedlog predsjednika Republike te je po tom položaju ujedno i predsjednik DIP-a.

Prijavitelj je naveo i novinske članke o okolnostima postupanja dužnosnika Đure Sesse, ali u funkciji predsjednika Vrhovnog suda RH.

Povjerenstvo je, međutim razmatrajući anonimnu prijavu, odlučilo da neće pokrenuti postupak s obzirom na to da navedene okolnost...
