Andrija Roso (46) je 2015. godine iz Zagreba doselio u Stuttgart u kojem se rodio i iz kojeg je “pobjegao” u vrijeme Domovinskog rata kako bi branio svoju domovinu. Kaže, teško mu je što se kao “starac” vraća u Njemačku, ali nema izbora, piše Fenix magazin te donosi razgovor s hrvatskim braniteljem koji je iz oslobođene domovine opet morao otići u tuđinu.
Andrija je imao samo 18 godina kad je napustio lagodan i bezbrižan život u Njemačkoj i otišao na prvu crtu bojišnice u Hrvatsku. Kroz rat je prošao gotovo sva ratišta u Hrvatskoj. Roditelji nisu znali gdje je, a svemu je kumovala jedna vijest u njemačkom Tagesschau.
- Bila je 1991. godina, imao sam 18 godina. Živjeli smo u Stuttgart Bad Cannstattu, igrao sam košarku, nikakvih briga nisam imao. Imao sam sve, nosio Chevignon jaknu, vozio Kadett, imao novca, bio zgodan i djevojke su me voljele -prisjeća se Andrija.
Jednog dana je došao kući i vidio vijest u njemačkom Tagesschau. Pisalo je “Vukovar pao”.
- Gledam u fotografije koje prikazuju bradate četnike kako ulaze u Grad heroja. Tad sam se po prvi put u životu zapitao “tko sam ja”. Rekao sam roditeljima da želim ići braniti Hrvatsku, ali oni nisu htjeli niti čuti. Mislili su da sam premlad, da ću poginuti. Bilo ih je strah, to je bilo i normalno, koga ne bi? No, u meni se nešto prelomilo, pobjegao sam od kuće.
To je bilo studenom 1991. godine. Uzeo sam 400 maraka koliko sam imao na računu, kupio kartu za vlak prema Zagrebu i otišao. Dva mjeseca nitko nije znao gdje sam. Nisu znali niti roditelji, ni prijatelji, njemačka policija me tražila kao nestalu osobu. Ja sam se već tad pridružio 1. Gardijski brigadi. U Hrvatskoj sam proveo cijeli rat - priča Roso za Fenix magazin.
Interpol ga je našao u siječnju 1992. godine. Pronašli su ga putem liječničke evidencije Zbora narodne garde (ZNG). Majka je došla po njega u Hrvatsku.
– Nikad to neću zaboraviti, bila je odjevena u crnu odjeću. Molila me i preklinjala da se vratim u Njemačku. Rekla mi je “Sine mi smo 1969. napustili tu bijedu, nemoj se vraćati u nju. Sine, vrati se”. Moja je majka Hercegovka, iznimno ponosna. Ona je iz mjesta Radišić kod Ljubuškog, a otac iz Vrgorca. Ali, ni taj ponosni hercegovački temperament nije mogao spriječiti njezine suze.
Osjetio sam tugu, bilo mi je jako teško, ali sam joj rekao da je moje mjesto tu, među tim momcima, i ništa ne može učiniti da to promijenim. Od tog dana nismo se čuli punih osam godina. Ponosan sam što sam bio pripadnik 1. Gardijske brigade, stvorili smo državu u ratu, ali sad je gubimo u miru. Sad ja “kao starac”, jer s 46 godina otići od kuće je kao da starac odlazi, se nakon 25 godina vraćam u Stuttgart.
Iza sebe sam ostavio iluziju da će u Hrvatskoj biti bolje. Vjerujte, toliko je branitelja napustilo tu našu domovinu za koju smo se borili, koju smo krvavo stvarali. Otišli smo put Njemačke i ostatka svijeta, razočarani, tužni, jer ne možemo drugačije, nemamo izbora - priznaje Roso za Fenix magazin.
Kad se 2015. godine uputio u Njemačku, u Zagrebu je ostavio suprugu i djecu. Želio je da makar odrastaju u Hrvatskoj.
– Morao sam otići zaraditi novac, ali nisam htio odvesti djecu iz zemlje za koju sam se borio – kaže.
Andrija sad zarađuje u Stuttgartu. Često odlazi u Zagreb. Kaže, djecu hrvatskih branitelja koja su svoju budućnost odlučila potražiti u tuđini, uvijek će povesti besplatno. Bilo da putuju u Njemačku ili iz Njemačke.
– Njih ću odvesti besplatno do kućnog praga. Uvijek!, poručuje Andrija Roso.

Andrija Roso (46) je 2015. godine iz Zagreba doselio u Stuttgart u kojem se rodio i iz kojeg je “pobjegao” u vrijeme Domovinskog rata kako bi branio svoju domovinu. Kaže, teško mu je što se kao “starac” vraća u Njemačku, ali nema izbora, piše Fenix magazin te donosi razgovor s hrvatskim braniteljem koji je iz oslobođene domovine opet morao otići u tuđinu.
Andrija je imao samo 18 godina kad je napustio lagodan i bezbrižan život u Njemačkoj i otišao na prvu crtu bojišnice u Hrvatsku. Kroz rat je prošao gotovo sva ratišta u Hrvatskoj. Roditelji nisu znali gdje je, a svemu je kumovala jedna vijest u njemačkom Tagesschau.
- Bila je 1991. godina, imao sam 18 godina. Živjeli smo u Stuttgart Bad Cannstattu, igrao sam košarku, nikakvih briga nisam imao. Imao sam sve, nosio Chevignon jaknu, vozio Kadett, imao novca, bio zgodan i djevojke su me voljele -prisjeća se Andrija.
Jednog dana je došao kući i vidio vijest u njemačkom Tagesschau. Pisalo je “Vukovar pao”.
- Gledam u fotografije koje prikazuju bradate četnike kako ulaze u Grad heroja. Tad sam se po prvi put u životu zapitao “tko sam ja”. Rekao sam roditeljima da želim ići braniti Hrvatsku, ali oni nisu htjeli niti čuti. Mislili su da sam premlad, da ću poginuti. Bilo ih je strah, to je bilo i normalno, koga ne bi? No, u meni se nešto prelomilo, pobjegao sam od kuće.
To je bilo studenom 1991. godine. Uzeo sam 400 maraka koliko sam imao na računu, kupio kartu za vlak prema Zagrebu i otišao. Dva mjeseca nitko nije znao gdje sam. Nisu znali niti roditelji, ni prijatelji, njemačka policija me tražila kao nestalu osobu. Ja sam se već tad pridružio 1. Gardijski brigadi. U Hrvatskoj sam proveo cijeli rat - priča Roso za Fenix magazin.
Interpol ga je našao u siječnju 1992. godine. Pronašli su ga putem liječničke evidencije Zbora narodne garde (ZNG). Majka je došla po njega u Hrvatsku.
– Nikad to neću zaboraviti, bila je odjevena u crnu odjeću. Molila me i preklinjala da se vratim u Njemačku. Rekla mi je “Sine mi smo 1969. napustili tu bijedu, nemoj se vraćati u nju. Sine, vrati se”. Moja je majka Hercegovka, iznimno ponosna. Ona je iz mjesta Radišić kod Ljubuškog, a otac iz Vrgorca. Ali, ni taj ponosni hercegovački temperament nije mogao spriječiti njezine suze.
Osjetio sam tugu, bilo mi je jako teško, ali sam joj rekao da je moje mjesto tu, među tim momcima, i ništa ne može učiniti da to promijenim. Od tog dana nismo se čuli punih osam godina. Ponosan sam što sam bio pripadnik 1. Gardijske brigade, stvorili smo državu u ratu, ali sad je gubimo u miru. Sad ja “kao starac”, jer s 46 godina otići od kuće je kao da starac odlazi, se nakon 25 godina vraćam u Stuttgart.
Iza sebe sam ostavio iluziju da će u Hrvatskoj biti bolje. Vjerujte, toliko je branitelja napustilo tu našu domovinu za koju smo se borili, koju smo krvavo stvarali. Otišli smo put Njemačke i ostatka svijeta, razočarani, tužni, jer ne možemo drugačije, nemamo izbora - priznaje Roso za Fenix magazin.
Kad se 2015. godine uputio u Njemačku, u Zagrebu je ostavio suprugu i djecu. Želio je da makar odrastaju u Hrvatskoj.
– Morao sam otići zaraditi novac, ali nisam htio odvesti djecu iz zemlje za koju sam se borio – kaže.
Andrija sad zarađuje u Stuttgartu. Često odlazi u Zagreb. Kaže, djecu hrvatskih branitelja koja su svoju budućnost odlučila potražiti u tuđini, uvijek će povesti besplatno. Bilo da putuju u Njemačku ili iz Njemačke.
– Njih ću odvesti besplatno do kućnog praga. Uvijek!, poručuje Andrija Roso.
