Nacionalno vijeće vladajućeg HDZ-a raspisalo je ovaj tjedan unutarstranačke izbore za županijske, gradske i općinske organizacije, a s obzirom na loše stranačke izborne rezultate u najjačem HDZ-ovu uporištu, u Dalmaciji, realno je očekivati da će se u ovom izbornom ciklusu u tri dalmatinske županije: Zadarskoj, Šibensko-kninskoj i Splitsko-dalmatinskoj s trona maknuti dosadašnji čelnici. A nije isključeno da će do promjene doći i u Dubrovačko-neretvanskoj.

Iako su HDZ-ovci birali lokalne stranačke šefove prije godinu dana, prema Statutu stranke usvojenom na Općem saboru 2018. godine, dužni su ih nanovo birati u roku od šest mjeseci od lokalnih izbora. Neki su stranački patrijarsi još prije dvije godine sugerirali kako bi bilo dovoljno održati unutarstranačke izbore nakon lokalnih, no s terena su pristizali pritisci da se to učini prije lokalnih izbora kako bi lokalni šerifi imali veći legitimitet pri krojenju izbornih listi. Tako da sad HDZ-ovci u godinu dana dva puta biraju općinske, gradske i županijske predsjednike.

Prema odluci koju je potpisao predsjednik stranke Andrej Plenković, izborno pripetavanje počinje 1. rujna, a trebalo bi završiti do 5. prosinca 2021. godine. Od 15. rujna do 17. listopada izborne skupštine održat će se u temeljnim organizacijama, od 18. listopada do 14. studenoga u općinskim i gradskim, a od 15. studenoga do 5. prosinca u županijskim organizacijama i HDZ-u grada Zagreba.

Dotad ima dosta vremena, tako da se još ne može govoriti o sigurnim kandidatima, makar su neki već potvrdili da ulaze u utrku. Poznato je tako da će za predsjednika zagrebačke organizacije biti najmanje dva kandidata - aktualni nositelj ove funkcije Mislav Herman, koji ima podršku vodstva stranke, te Pavo Kostopeč.

Kostopeč navodno ima podršku Marija Kapulice, zbog čega je nešto napetiji odnos između Kapulice i glavnog tajnika stranke Krunoslava Katičića. Iako je Kostopeč na izborima u HDZ-u prošlo proljeće podržavao kandidaturu Andreja Plenkovića za predsjednika HDZ-a, vodstvo stranke na državnoj razini napravilo je pritisak na njega da odustane od kandidature, što je on na kraju i učinio. Čelništvo je podržalo Hermana koji se nije protivio nastavku partnerstva s danas pokojnim Milanom Bandićem.

Budući da je u svibnju pala 28 godina neosvojiva HDZ-ova šibensko-kninska utvrda, gdje je Goran Pauk, koji je pucao na četvrti uzastopni mandat, izgubio bitku od nezavisnog Marka Jelića, očekuje se i unutarstranački izborni pad glavnog čuvara utvrde, dosadašnjeg šefa županijske organizacije HDZ-a Nediljka Dujića.

- Lipa moja, di je žurba? Nema priše, sve ćete znat na vrime. Sad ćemo se prvo kratko odmorit, vrime je od godišnjeg, a dok počne izborni ciklus u rujnu sve ću vam na vrijeme reći – kratko nam je kazao Nediljko Dujić, ne želeći ni potvrditi ni demantirati spekulacije da se neće kandidirati za čelnika šibensko-kninskog HDZ-a.

Signal da mu je vrijeme da se makne dobio je i Božidar Kalmeta, a i sam Kalmeta je netom nakon što su postali poznati rezultati lokalnih izbora izjavio da je pred zadarskim HDZ-om vrijeme promjena. Promjene se valjaju i u Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji, gdje bi vrh stranke, umjesto Ante Sanadera, na čelu županijske organizacije htio vidjeti Antu Mihanovića.

- Plan je da novoizabrani čelnici županijskih organizacija budu kandidati za župane na lokalnim izborima 2025. godine - kaže nam izvor iz HDZ-a.

Što se tiče nacionalne razine, HDZ-ovci još moraju izabrati članove Predsjedništva stranke, u čemu ih je omela pandemija. To će se dogoditi na izbornom saboru nakon što završe unutarstranački izbori, početkom godine.

Što se tiče predsjednika stranke, Andrej Plenković i njegov tim potpredsjednika premoćno su pobijedili konkurente na proljeće prošle godine i mandat im traje četiri godine.

Plenković je tada pregazio tim Mira Kovača, njegov zamjenik postao je ministar Tomo Medved, koji je uvjerljivo pobijedio gradonačelnika Vukovara Ivana Penavu koji je bio u ekipi Mira Kovača. Na sva potpredsjednička mjesta izabrani su tada Plenkovićevi ljudi: ministar prometa Oleg Butković, osječko-baranjski župan Ivan Anušić, šef Kluba zastupnika HDZ-a Branko Bačić i Zdravka Bušić.

Nacionalno vijeće vladajućeg HDZ-a raspisalo je ovaj tjedan unutarstranačke izbore za županijske, gradske i općinske organizacije, a s obzirom na loše stranačke izborne rezultate u najjačem HDZ-ovu uporištu, u Dalmaciji, realno je očekivati da će se u ovom izbornom ciklusu u tri dalmatinske županije: Zadarskoj, Šibensko-kninskoj i Splitsko-dalmatinskoj s trona maknuti dosadašnji čelnici. A nije isključeno da će do promjene doći i u Dubrovačko-neretvanskoj.

Iako su HDZ-ovci birali lokalne stranačke šefove prije godinu dana, prema Statutu stranke usvojenom na Općem saboru 2018. godine, dužni su ih nanovo birati u roku od šest mjeseci od lokalnih izbora. Neki su stranački patrijarsi još prije dvije godine sugerirali kako bi bilo dovoljno održati unutarstranačke izbore nakon lokalnih, no s terena su pristizali pritisci da se to učini prije lokalnih izbora kako bi lokalni šerifi imali veći legitimitet pri krojenju izbornih listi. Tako da sad HDZ-ovci u godinu dana dva puta biraju općinske, gradske i županijske predsjednike.

Prema odluci koju je potpisao predsjednik stranke Andrej Plenković, izborno pripetavanje počinje 1. rujna, a trebalo bi završiti do 5. prosinca 2021. godine. Od 15. rujna do 17. listopada izborne skupštine održat će se u temeljnim organizacijama, od 18. listopada do 14. studenoga u općinskim i gradskim, a od 15. studenoga do 5. prosinca u županijskim organizacijama i HDZ-u grada Zagreba.

Dotad ima dosta vremena, tako da se još ne može govoriti o sigurnim kandidatima, makar su neki već potvrdili da ulaze u utrku. Poznato je tako da će za predsjednika zagrebačke organizacije biti najmanje dva kandidata - aktualni nositelj ove funkcije Mislav Herman, koji ima podršku vodstva stranke, te Pavo Kostopeč.

Kostopeč navodno ima podršku Marija Kapulice, zbog čega je nešto napetiji odnos između Kapulice i glavnog tajnika stranke Krunoslava Katičića. Iako je Kostopeč na izborima u HDZ-u prošlo proljeće podržavao kandidaturu Andreja Plenkovića za predsjednika HDZ-a, vodstvo stranke na državnoj razini napravilo je pritisak na njega da odustane od kandidature, što je on na kraju i učinio. Čelništvo je podržalo Hermana koji se nije protivio nastavku partnerstva s danas pokojnim Milanom Bandićem.

Budući da je u svibnju pala 28 godina neosvojiva HDZ-ova šibensko-kninska utvrda, gdje je Goran Pauk, koji je pucao na četvrti uzastopni mandat, izgubio bitku od nezavisnog Marka Jelića, očekuje se i unutarstranački izborni pad glavnog čuvara utvrde, dosadašnjeg šefa županijske organizacije HDZ-a Nediljka Dujića.

- Lipa moja, di je žurba? Nema priše, sve ćete znat na vrime. Sad ćemo se prvo kratko odmorit, vrime je od godišnjeg, a dok počne izborni ciklus u rujnu sve ću vam na vrijeme reći – kratko nam je kazao Nediljko Dujić, ne želeći ni potvrditi ni demantirati spekulacije da se neće kandidirati za čelnika šibensko-kninskog HDZ-a.

Signal da mu je vrijeme da se makne dobio je i Božidar Kalmeta, a i sam Kalmeta je netom nakon što su postali poznati rezultati lokalnih izbora izjavio da je pred zadarskim HDZ-om vrijeme promjena. Promjene se valjaju i u Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji, gdje bi vrh stranke, umjesto Ante Sanadera, na čelu županijske organizacije htio vidjeti Antu Mihanovića.

- Plan je da novoizabrani čelnici županijskih organizacija budu kandidati za župane na lokalnim izborima 2025. godine - kaže nam izvor iz HDZ-a.

Što se tiče nacionalne razine, HDZ-ovci još moraju izabrati članove Predsjedništva stranke, u čemu ih je omela pandemija. To će se dogoditi na izbornom saboru nakon što završe unutarstranački izbori, početkom godine.

Što se tiče predsjednika stranke, Andrej Plenković i njegov tim potpredsjednika premoćno su pobijedili konkurente na proljeće prošle godine i mandat im traje četiri godine.

Plenković je tada pregazio tim Mira Kovača, njegov zamjenik postao je ministar Tomo Medved, koji je uvjerljivo pobijedio gradonačelnika Vukovara Ivana Penavu koji je bio u ekipi Mira Kovača. Na sva potpredsjednička mjesta izabrani su tada Plenkovićevi ljudi: ministar prometa Oleg Butković, osječko-baranjski župan Ivan Anušić, šef Kluba zastupnika HDZ-a Branko Bačić i Zdravka Bušić.
