"Bilo je super! Konačno sam mogla opet vidjeti ljude i govoriti o znamenitostima", oduševljeno nam kaže turistička voditeljica Daniela Piras nakon što se vratila s puta po Jordanu, piše Deutsche Welle. 

U skupini je bilo 24 turista koji su krenuli tu bliskoistočnu zemlju, ali možda se putu najviše radovala sama voditeljica: njoj su 46 godina, a ovo je prvo putovanje na kojem je bila od 2019. A kad nema putovanja, onda trpi i njena kućna blagajna...

Dok je u pandemiji i u zemljama Europe bilo teško reći, tko ima kakve propise o ulasku u zemlju i što je dozvoljeno, a što nije, kod dalekih odredišta je bilo praktično nemoguće reći, hoćete li, umjesto odmora, ostati sjediti na nekoj zračnoj luci na tko zna kojem kontinentu zbog nekog propisa ili zabrane. Zato je najpametnije bilo - uopće ne putovati: prema statistikama njemačke Udruge turoperatora (DRV), broj putnika se prošle sezone smanjio za 94% u odnosu na 2019. i doba prije korone. Ta šačica odvažnih turista je ostavila i duboku rupu u blagajnama turoperatora: promet se smanjio za 69%. To pak za taj sektor znači gubitak od 12 milijardi eura.

"Ne možemo to pokriti tek nekim poskupljenjem..."

Ovog ljeta su se turisti još nekako mogli odlučiti za odlazak u europska odredišta, ali kod prekomorskih putovanja to još ide veoma sporo. Predsjednik Udruge turoperatora Norbert Fiebig nije osobito optimističan: razinu putovanja prije pandemije će postići možda tek 2023, ali niti to nije izvjesno.

Dobra vijest za one željne dalekih zemalja jest što su cijene prekomorskih putovanja jedva nešto narasle: "Jednu takvu krizu ne možete prevladati tek povećanjem cijena, to traži više od toga", objašnjava Frano Ilić iz turoperatora Studiosus. I to makar su im blagajne i više nego prazne: u pandemiji, trebalo je vratiti novac za uplaćena putovanja koja su otkazana zbog korone, a i turoperatori su morali štedjeti na svim stranama. Suradnici su poslani kućama na skraćeno radno vrijeme, nije imalo smisla niti tiskati debele kataloge... Taj sektor priznaje kako im je država i njene mjere mnogo pomogla da ne moraju proglasiti stečaj, ali to su svima bili teške godine - a ta vremena još nisu posve prošla.

Gnjavaža s testovima

I kod propisa o sprječavanju zaraze se turoperatori pokušavaju snaći kako mogu: u načelu, na put mogu krenuti oni koji su testirani, preboljeli ili su cijepljeni, ali već kod testiranja je bilo previše problema. Tako je Studiosus odlučio prihvatiti samo one turiste koji su cijepljeni ili koji su preboljeli koronu: "Inače jednostavno nije bio moguć nesmetan tijek putovanja, ako se za neke u skupini svakog dana moralo organizirati testiranje. Cijepljeni i ozdravljeni su polako počeli gubiti strpljenje što se zbog nekih stalno morao odgađati nastavak putovanja zbog onih koji se ne žele cijepiti", objašnjava Frano Ilić.

I turistička voditeljica Daniela Piras nije kod svega toga doživjela nekakvih problema: "Turisti su bili veoma opušteni. Svi su već unaprijed ispunili sve zahtjeve vlade Jordana, bili testirani ili cijepljeni, imali sve potrebne vize i dokumente tako da su mogli uživati u putovanju", kaže Piras. I u drugim zemljama su pravila slična kao u Europi: držanje razmaka, nošenje maske, autobuse se redovito prozračivalo i dezinficiralo... Njeno je mišljenje da je bila veća mogućnost da netko na putu slomi nogu nego da oboli od korone - a i to, dodaje, ne bi bio velik problem: "Povrh svega toga smo u grupi imali čak pet liječnika", kaže uz smijeh.

Nitko ne želi povratak na staro

Ma koliko je svima teško palo što jedva da ima putovanja u daleke zemlje, tako nitko nije baš siguran da bi želio potpun povratak na staro. "Overtourism" je problem za sve: makar je teško kad turista uopće nema, zemlje domaćini imaju malo koristi što su najljepša mjesta izdvojene oaze stranih turista - da sad i ne govorimo o kruzerima i tim turistima koji često niti ne popiju kavu u mjestu gdje su iskrcani. I među turistima nisu baš omiljeni suputnici kojima je jedino važno sunce, bazen i "all inclusive" - i zapravo im je potpuno svejedno u kojem su gradu, državi ili čak kontinentu. A i turoperatori stalno moraju slušati kako su nepopravljivi zagađivači okoliša kad neumorno prevoze turiste po čitavoj planeti - u pravilu avionom.

Tu i giganti poput TUI-a tvrde kako "već dugo" pokušavaju što više smanjiti opterećenje okoliša njihovim turističkim aktivnostima, kaže nam Aage Dünhaupt, glasnogovornik sektora zračnog i pomorskog prijevoza i hotelskog smještaja. TUI tu surađuje i sa stručnjacima za klimu i okoliš, a preko zaklade TUI Care su pokrenuli čitav niz projekata za očuvanje okoliša. Još je ambiciozniji turoperator Studiosus - i inače turoperator koji se prije svega obraća obrazovanijoj i imućnijoj publici koji već od ove godine i kod prijevoza zrakoplovom jamči da je on klimatski neutralan.

I predsjednik Udruge turoperatora Fiebig priznaje: "Mi smo dio problema, ali mi ćemo biti i dio rješenja problema očuvanja okoliša". Ali i turoperatorima - i njemačkim turistima je na prvom mjestu da opet i konačno mogu na put - ako ih je volja, i u neku daleku zemlju.

"Bilo je super! Konačno sam mogla opet vidjeti ljude i govoriti o znamenitostima", oduševljeno nam kaže turistička voditeljica Daniela Piras nakon što se vratila s puta po Jordanu, piše Deutsche Welle. 

U skupini je bilo 24 turista koji su krenuli tu bliskoistočnu zemlju, ali možda se putu najviše radovala sama voditeljica: njoj su 46 godina, a ovo je prvo putovanje na kojem je bila od 2019. A kad nema putovanja, onda trpi i njena kućna blagajna...

Dok je u pandemiji i u zemljama Europe bilo teško reći, tko ima kakve propise o ulasku u zemlju i što je dozvoljeno, a što nije, kod dalekih odredišta je bilo praktično nemoguće reći, hoćete li, umjesto odmora, ostati sjediti na nekoj zračnoj luci na tko zna kojem kontinentu zbog nekog propisa ili zabrane. Zato je najpametnije bilo - uopće ne putovati: prema statistikama njemačke Udruge turoperatora (DRV), broj putnika se prošle sezone smanjio za 94% u odnosu na 2019. i doba prije korone. Ta šačica odvažnih turista je ostavila i duboku rupu u blagajnama turoperatora: promet se smanjio za 69%. To pak za taj sektor znači gubitak od 12 milijardi eura.

"Ne možemo to pokriti tek nekim poskupljenjem..."

Ovog ljeta su se turisti još nekako mogli odlučiti za odlazak u europska odredišta, ali kod prekomorskih putovanja to još ide veoma sporo. Predsjednik Udruge turoperatora Norbert Fiebig nije osobito optimističan: razinu putovanja prije pandemije će postići možda tek 2023, ali niti to nije izvjesno.

Dobra vijest za one željne dalekih zemalja jest što su cijene prekomorskih putovanja jedva nešto narasle: "Jednu takvu krizu ne možete prevladati tek povećanjem cijena, to traži više od toga", objašnjava Frano Ilić iz turoperatora Studiosus. I to makar su im blagajne i više nego prazne: u pandemiji, trebalo je vratiti novac za uplaćena putovanja koja su otkazana zbog korone, a i turoperatori su morali štedjeti na svim stranama. Suradnici su poslani kućama na skraćeno radno vrijeme, nije imalo smisla niti tiskati debele kataloge... Taj sektor priznaje kako im je država i njene mjere mnogo pomogla da ne moraju proglasiti stečaj, ali to su svima bili teške godine - a ta vremena još nisu posve prošla.

Gnjavaža s testovima

I kod propisa o sprječavanju zaraze se turoperatori pokušavaju snaći kako mogu: u načelu, na put mogu krenuti oni koji su testirani, preboljeli ili su cijepljeni, ali već kod testiranja je bilo previše problema. Tako je Studiosus odlučio prihvatiti samo one turiste koji su cijepljeni ili koji su preboljeli koronu: "Inače jednostavno nije bio moguć nesmetan tijek putovanja, ako se za neke u skupini svakog dana moralo organizirati testiranje. Cijepljeni i ozdravljeni su polako počeli gubiti strpljenje što se zbog nekih stalno morao odgađati nastavak putovanja zbog onih koji se ne žele cijepiti", objašnjava Frano Ilić.

I turistička voditeljica Daniela Piras nije kod svega toga doživjela nekakvih problema: "Turisti su bili veoma opušteni. Svi su već unaprijed ispunili sve zahtjeve vlade Jordana, bili testirani ili cijepljeni, imali sve potrebne vize i dokumente tako da su mogli uživati u putovanju", kaže Piras. I u drugim zemljama su pravila slična kao u Europi: držanje razmaka, nošenje maske, autobuse se redovito prozračivalo i dezinficiralo... Njeno je mišljenje da je bila veća mogućnost da netko na putu slomi nogu nego da oboli od korone - a i to, dodaje, ne bi bio velik problem: "Povrh svega toga smo u grupi imali čak pet liječnika", kaže uz smijeh.

Nitko ne želi povratak na staro

Ma koliko je svima teško palo što jedva da ima putovanja u daleke zemlje, tako nitko nije baš siguran da bi želio potpun povratak na staro. "Overtourism" je problem za sve: makar je teško kad turista uopće nema, zemlje domaćini imaju malo koristi što su najljepša mjesta izdvojene oaze stranih turista - da sad i ne govorimo o kruzerima i tim turistima koji često niti ne popiju kavu u mjestu gdje su iskrcani. I među turistima nisu baš omiljeni suputnici kojima je jedino važno sunce, bazen i "all inclusive" - i zapravo im je potpuno svejedno u kojem su gradu, državi ili čak kontinentu. A i turoperatori stalno moraju slušati kako su nepopravljivi zagađivači okoliša kad neumorno prevoze turiste po čitavoj planeti - u pravilu avionom.

Tu i giganti poput TUI-a tvrde kako "već dugo" pokušavaju što više smanjiti opterećenje okoliša njihovim turističkim aktivnostima, kaže nam Aage Dünhaupt, glasnogovornik sektora zračnog i pomorskog prijevoza i hotelskog smještaja. TUI tu surađuje i sa stručnjacima za klimu i okoliš, a preko zaklade TUI Care su pokrenuli čitav niz projekata za očuvanje okoliša. Još je ambiciozniji turoperator Studiosus - i inače turoperator koji se prije svega obraća obrazovanijoj i imućnijoj publici koji već od ove godine i kod prijevoza zrakoplovom jamči da je on klimatski neutralan.

I predsjednik Udruge turoperatora Fiebig priznaje: "Mi smo dio problema, ali mi ćemo biti i dio rješenja problema očuvanja okoliša". Ali i turoperatorima - i njemačkim turistima je na prvom mjestu da opet i konačno mogu na put - ako ih je volja, i u neku daleku zemlju.
