Nakon provedene istrage USKOK je na Županijskom sudu u Zagrebu podigao optužnicu protiv dvojice hrvatskih državljana zbog počinjenja kaznenih djela primanja i davanja mita u slučaju remonta MiG-ova 21, o čemu je prvi pisao Jutarnji.

Priopćenje USKOK-a prenosimo u cijelosti.

USKOK je, nakon provedene istrage, pred Županijskim sudom u Zagrebu podigao optužnicu protiv dvojice hrvatskih državljana J. Č. (1957.),  I. J. (1960.) zbog počinjenja kaznenih djela primanja i davanja mita. (30.12.2016.)

Optužnicom se I. okr. stavlja na teret da je, od 12. prosinca 2011. do kraja veljače 2016. godine, u Zagrebu, kao načelnik Odjela održavanja i remonta Zrakoplovno-tehničkog zavoda, Zapovjedništva za logistiku MORH-a, te kao voditelj Odjela za zrakoplovno-tehničke standarde Samostalne službe za vojni zračni promet MORH-a i kao stručna osoba voditelj stručnog tima MORH-a za provjeru i član tehničkog Povjerenstva MORH-a zadužen za utvrđivanje tehničke sposobnosti izvršenja remonta borbenih aviona MiG-21 u remontnim zavodima potencijalnih izvršitelja te član Povjerenstva MORH-a za analizu izvodivosti i isplativosti remonta, u tijeku postupka koji je prethodio donošenju odluke MORH-a o provođenju postupka javne nabave i odluke o potencijalnim izvršiteljima koji će biti pozvani da dostave svoje ponude, od zastupnika dvaju inozemnih društava zatražio novčanu nagradu kako bi zauzvrat, kao član povjerenstava MORH-a u čijem je radu sudjelovao, bez obzira na stvarnu tehničku sposobnost potencijalnih izvršitelja za obavljanje remonta aviona, osigurao pozitivno mišljenje i prednost u obavljanju posla kapitalnog remonta i nabavke dodatnih aviona MiG-21 onom potencijalnom izvršitelju koji pristane isplatiti mu zatraženi novčani iznos.

Zastupnici jednog od društava nisu prihvatili zahtjev I. okr. da mu za pogodovanje prilikom odabira izvršitelja isplate 50.000 eura, dok je II. okr. prihvatio zahtjev I. okr. i obećao mu isplatu zatraženog novčanog iznosa.

Nakon što je navedeni posao ugovoren i realiziran, I. okr. je od II. okr. u dva navrata tijekom siječnja i veljače 2016. godine preuzeo najmanje 10.000 eura., stoji na web stranici DORH-a.

Nakon provedene istrage USKOK je na Županijskom sudu u Zagrebu podigao optužnicu protiv dvojice hrvatskih državljana zbog počinjenja kaznenih djela primanja i davanja mita u slučaju remonta MiG-ova 21, o čemu je prvi pisao Jutarnji.

Priopćenje USKOK-a prenosimo u cijelosti.

USKOK je, nakon provedene istrage, pred Županijskim sudom u Zagrebu podigao optužnicu protiv dvojice hrvatskih državljana J. Č. (1957.),  I. J. (1960.) zbog počinjenja kaznenih djela primanja i davanja mita. (30.12.2016.)

Optužnicom se I. okr. stavlja na teret da je, od 12. prosinca 2011. do kraja veljače 2016. godine, u Zagrebu, kao načelnik Odjela održavanja i remonta Zrakoplovno-tehničkog zavoda, Zapovjedništva za logistiku MORH-a, te kao voditelj Odjela za zrakoplovno-tehničke standarde Samostalne službe za vojni zračni promet MORH-a i kao stručna osoba voditelj stručnog tima MORH-a za provjeru i član tehničkog Povjerenstva MORH-a zadužen za utvrđivanje tehničke sposobnosti izvršenja remonta borbenih aviona MiG-21 u remontnim zavodima potencijalnih izvršitelja te član Povjerenstva MORH-a za analizu izvodivosti i isplativosti remonta, u tijeku postupka koji je prethodio donošenju odluke MORH-a o provođenju postupka javne nabave i odluke o potencijalnim izvršiteljima koji će biti pozvani da dostave svoje ponude, od zastupnika dvaju inozemnih društava zatražio novčanu nagradu kako bi zauzvrat, kao član povjerenstava MORH-a u čijem je radu sudjelovao, bez obzira na stvarnu tehničku sposobnost potencijalnih izvršitelja za obavljanje remonta aviona, osigurao pozitivno mišljenje i prednost u obavljanju posla kapitalnog remonta i nabavke dodatnih aviona MiG-21 onom potencijalnom izvršitelju koji pristane isplatiti mu zatraženi novčani iznos.

Zastupnici jednog od društava nisu prihvatili zahtjev I. okr. da mu za pogodovanje prilikom odabira izvršitelja isplate 50.000 eura, dok je II. okr. prihvatio zahtjev I. okr. i obećao mu isplatu zatraženog novčanog iznosa.

Nakon što je navedeni posao ugovoren i realiziran, I. okr. je od II. okr. u dva navrata tijekom siječnja i veljače 2016. godine preuzeo najmanje 10.000 eura., stoji na web stranici DORH-a.
