- Cijepljenje djece je definitivno perspektiva. Za sad imamo dobno ograničenje od 12 godina. Za sve dodatne informacije vrlo je uputno otići na web stranice HZJZ-a, potrudili su se detaljno i jasno dati sve temeljne informacije - rekao je pedijatar Milivoj Jovančević za vijesti RTL-a. 

- Bitno je cijepljenje djece iz više razloga, jedno je smanjenje broja oboljelih, smanjenje mogućnost prijenosa i  postizanje kolektivnog imuniteta. No ne smijemo smetnuti s uma i rezultate nedavnih istraživanja kako samoizolacija djeluje na psihosocijalno i edukacijsko zdravlje djece. Znamo da ako dijete dođe u kontakt s oboljelim, a to vidimo gotovo svakodnevno, da ako je cijepljeno ne mora ići u samoizolaciju - dodao je pedijatar.

Iskusni pedijatar vjeruje kako je cijepljenje djece mlađe od 12 godina samo pitanje vremena jer se čekaju odobrenja nakon kliničkih istraživanja.

-  Mislim da su cjepiva mRNA budućnost i za očekivati je da će u kratkom vremenu proširiti indikacija, ne samo na djecu do 5 godina, nego i na mlađe- kazao je.

Prema uputama HZJZ, jako je preporučjivo cijepiti djecu koja imaju neke kronične bolesti. Za djecu koja su preboljela koronu, Jovančević kaže da bi bilo dobro da se docijepljuju, no pitanje je u kojem roku. 

- Vidjeli smo kod odraslih da nakon 6, 9 ili 10 mjeseci ta zaštitnost opada, međutim čini se da djeca puno bolje reagiraju, no još nemamo podatke koliko će trajati zaštita od toga. Mislim da dijete koje je preboljelo covid nakon 4-5 mjeseci će biti u poziciji da bi bilo mudro dati cjepivo- dodaje. 

Istaknuo je i da su neobični COVID simptomi. 

- Imate dijete koje uopće ne zna da je preboljelo covid, koje nije imalo nikakvih simptoma, i nakon toga je razvilo jedan imuni poremećaj.  Gdje je došlo do komplikacija sa strane srčanog mišića, bubrega...Te komplikacije koje se javljaju usred promijenjenog imuno odgovora su nešto o čemu ćemo morati još puno učiti. Klasične kliničke slike su kod djece još uvijek blage- zaključio.

- Cijepljenje djece je definitivno perspektiva. Za sad imamo dobno ograničenje od 12 godina. Za sve dodatne informacije vrlo je uputno otići na web stranice HZJZ-a, potrudili su se detaljno i jasno dati sve temeljne informacije - rekao je pedijatar Milivoj Jovančević za vijesti RTL-a. 

- Bitno je cijepljenje djece iz više razloga, jedno je smanjenje broja oboljelih, smanjenje mogućnost prijenosa i  postizanje kolektivnog imuniteta. No ne smijemo smetnuti s uma i rezultate nedavnih istraživanja kako samoizolacija djeluje na psihosocijalno i edukacijsko zdravlje djece. Znamo da ako dijete dođe u kontakt s oboljelim, a to vidimo gotovo svakodnevno, da ako je cijepljeno ne mora ići u samoizolaciju - dodao je pedijatar.

Iskusni pedijatar vjeruje kako je cijepljenje djece mlađe od 12 godina samo pitanje vremena jer se čekaju odobrenja nakon kliničkih istraživanja.

-  Mislim da su cjepiva mRNA budućnost i za očekivati je da će u kratkom vremenu proširiti indikacija, ne samo na djecu do 5 godina, nego i na mlađe- kazao je.

Prema uputama HZJZ, jako je preporučjivo cijepiti djecu koja imaju neke kronične bolesti. Za djecu koja su preboljela koronu, Jovančević kaže da bi bilo dobro da se docijepljuju, no pitanje je u kojem roku. 

- Vidjeli smo kod odraslih da nakon 6, 9 ili 10 mjeseci ta zaštitnost opada, međutim čini se da djeca puno bolje reagiraju, no još nemamo podatke koliko će trajati zaštita od toga. Mislim da dijete koje je preboljelo covid nakon 4-5 mjeseci će biti u poziciji da bi bilo mudro dati cjepivo- dodaje. 

Istaknuo je i da su neobični COVID simptomi. 

- Imate dijete koje uopće ne zna da je preboljelo covid, koje nije imalo nikakvih simptoma, i nakon toga je razvilo jedan imuni poremećaj.  Gdje je došlo do komplikacija sa strane srčanog mišića, bubrega...Te komplikacije koje se javljaju usred promijenjenog imuno odgovora su nešto o čemu ćemo morati još puno učiti. Klasične kliničke slike su kod djece još uvijek blage- zaključio.

- Cijepljenje djece je definitivno perspektiva. Za sad imamo dobno ograničenje od 12 godina. Za sve dodatne informacije vrlo je uputno otići na web stranice HZJZ-a, potrudili su se detaljno i jasno dati sve temeljne informacije - rekao je pedijatar Milivoj Jovančević za vijesti RTL-a. 

- Bitno je cijepljenje djece iz više razloga, jedno je smanjenje broja oboljelih, smanjenje mogućnost prijenosa i  postizanje kolektivnog imuniteta. No ne smijemo smetnuti s uma i rezultate nedavnih istraživanja kako samoizolacija djeluje na psihosocijalno i edukacijsko zdravlje djece. Znamo da ako dijete dođe u kontakt s oboljelim, a to vidimo gotovo svakodnevno, da ako je cijepljeno ne mora ići u samoizolaciju - dodao je pedijatar.
