Ministar obrane Mario Banožić u službenom je posjetu Kosovu tijekom kojeg je posjetio sjedište NATO operacije KFOR, te se susreo s hrvatskim vojnicima koji su smješteni u Campu Villagio kod Peći. Hrvatski kontigent u sastavu NATO operacije KFOR broji 130 vojnika. Iako ovaj posjet ima i svoju vojnu komponentu u hrvatskom izaslanstvu nema predstavnika Glavnog stožera što je jako neuobičajna situacija. Naime, u takvim prilikama u izaslanstvu ministra uvijek je i načelnik Glavnog stožera ili neki drugi visoko rangirani časnik. No, ne i ovog puta, piše Jutarnji list.

U Ministarstvu obrane službeno su nam odgovorili da je "u planu programa službenog posjeta ministra obrane Republici Kosovu odmah bilo predviđeno, a potom i potvrđeno iz Kabineta načelnika Glavnog stožera, da će načelnik Glavnog stožera admiral Robert Hranj biti u izaslanstvu ministra obrane u službenom posjetu Republici Kosovu. Za službeni posjet ministra obrane kupljene su avionske karte za izaslanstvo koje uključuje i avionsku kartu za admirala Roberta Hranja", stoji u odgovoru.

Nakon što su avionske karte kupljene došlo je do naglog preokreta. U MORH-u tvrde kako je tada iz Kabineta načelnika Glavnog stožera stigla obavijest kako admiral Hranj iz osobnih razloga nije u mogućnosti sudjelovati u planiranom posjetu te je zatražio i korištenje godišnjeg odmora.

Iz Kabineta načelnika predložili su da na Kosovo kao zamjena otputuje zamjenik načelnika general Siniša Jurkovića. No, u MORH-u tvrde kako zamjena nije bila moguća. "Zbog nemogućnosti prenošenja avionske karte na drugu osobu i zbog kratkih rokova vezanih uz aktivnosti i organizaciju službenog putovanja u Republiku Kosovo nije bila moguća izmjena sastava izaslanstva", stoji u odgovoru Ministarstva obrane.

Kako neslužbeno saznajemo admiral Hranj zaista je na godišnjem odmoru i to već tjedan dana. Naime, predsjednik Zoran Milanović je prošlog petka objašnjavajući zbog čega na proslavi dana Hrvatskog ratnog zrakoplovstva nema Hranja kazao da je "načelnik nekoliko dana na godišnjem odmoru".

Mnogi u vojnom sustavu Hranjev odlazak na godišnji odmor povezuju s namjerom da izbjegne dvodnevno druženje sa ministrom obrane na Kosovu. Naime Hranj je nedavno ministra Banožića optužio da ga "strateški zlostavlja", dok je Banožić od njega tražio da podnese ostavku. Također je u tijeku inspekcijski nadzor zapovjedi admirala Hranja oko korištenja vojnih sredstava za potrebe Ureda predsjednika koje je zatražio ministar obrane. Upravo zbog svega navedenog nagađa se da je Hranj izbjegao put na Kosovo.

No načelnikov povratak na posao očekuje se sljedeći tjedan jer 23. i 24. prosinca u službeni posjet Kosovu odlazi predsjednik Zoran Milanović. I u sklopu njegova posjeta predviđen je susret s tamo stacioniranim hrvatskim vojnicima. Iako sastav predsjednikova izaslanstva još nije poznat pretpostavlja se da će admiral Hranj biti dio njega.

Ministar obrane Mario Banožić u službenom je posjetu Kosovu tijekom kojeg je posjetio sjedište NATO operacije KFOR, te se susreo s hrvatskim vojnicima koji su smješteni u Campu Villagio kod Peći. Hrvatski kontigent u sastavu NATO operacije KFOR broji 130 vojnika. Iako ovaj posjet ima i svoju vojnu komponentu u hrvatskom izaslanstvu nema predstavnika Glavnog stožera što je jako neuobičajna situacija. Naime, u takvim prilikama u izaslanstvu ministra uvijek je i načelnik Glavnog stožera ili neki drugi visoko rangirani časnik. No, ne i ovog puta, piše Jutarnji list.

U Ministarstvu obrane službeno su nam odgovorili da je "u planu programa službenog posjeta ministra obrane Republici Kosovu odmah bilo predviđeno, a potom i potvrđeno iz Kabineta načelnika Glavnog stožera, da će načelnik Glavnog stožera admiral Robert Hranj biti u izaslanstvu ministra obrane u službenom posjetu Republici Kosovu. Za službeni posjet ministra obrane kupljene su avionske karte za izaslanstvo koje uključuje i avionsku kartu za admirala Roberta Hranja", stoji u odgovoru.

Nakon što su avionske karte kupljene došlo je do naglog preokreta. U MORH-u tvrde kako je tada iz Kabineta načelnika Glavnog stožera stigla obavijest kako admiral Hranj iz osobnih razloga nije u mogućnosti sudjelovati u planiranom posjetu te je zatražio i korištenje godišnjeg odmora.

Iz Kabineta načelnika predložili su da na Kosovo kao zamjena otputuje zamjenik načelnika general Siniša Jurkovića. No, u MORH-u tvrde kako zamjena nije bila moguća. "Zbog nemogućnosti prenošenja avionske karte na drugu osobu i zbog kratkih rokova vezanih uz aktivnosti i organizaciju službenog putovanja u Republiku Kosovo nije bila moguća izmjena sastava izaslanstva", stoji u odgovoru Ministarstva obrane.

Kako neslužbeno saznajemo admiral Hranj zaista je na godišnjem odmoru i to već tjedan dana. Naime, predsjednik Zoran Milanović je prošlog petka objašnjavajući zbog čega na proslavi dana Hrvatskog ratnog zrakoplovstva nema Hranja kazao da je "načelnik nekoliko dana na godišnjem odmoru".

Mnogi u vojnom sustavu Hranjev odlazak na godišnji odmor povezuju s namjerom da izbjegne dvodnevno druženje sa ministrom obrane na Kosovu. Naime Hranj je nedavno ministra Banožića optužio da ga "strateški zlostavlja", dok je Banožić od njega tražio da podnese ostavku. Također je u tijeku inspekcijski nadzor zapovjedi admirala Hranja oko korištenja vojnih sredstava za potrebe Ureda predsjednika koje je zatražio ministar obrane. Upravo zbog svega navedenog nagađa se da je Hranj izbjegao put na Kosovo.

No načelnikov povratak na posao očekuje se sljedeći tjedan jer 23. i 24. prosinca u službeni posjet Kosovu odlazi predsjednik Zoran Milanović. Ministar obrane Mario Banožić u službenom je posjetu Kosovu tijekom kojeg je posjetio sjedište NATO operacije KFOR, te se susreo s hrvatskim vojnicima koji su smješteni u Campu Villagio kod Peći. Hrvatski kontigent u sastavu NATO operacije KFOR broji 130 vojnika. Iako ovaj posjet ima i svoju vojnu komponentu u hrvatskom izaslanstvu nema predstavnika Glavnog stožera što je jako neuobičajna situacija. Naime, u takvim prilikama u izaslanstvu ministra uvijek je i načelnik Glavnog stožera ili neki drugi visoko rangirani časnik. No, ne i ovog puta, piše Jutarnji list.
