Izvanraspravno vijeće Županijskog suda u Splitu odbacilo je prigovore na optužnicu u aferi “Brodosplit” te je ona postala pravomoćna i očekuje se početak glavne rasprave u najskorijem roku.

Županijsko državno odvjetništvo u Splitu podignulo je optužnicu protiv brokera Drage Mačeka te Gorana Vukasovića i Ante Luetića, članova bivše Uprave splitskog Brodosplita, te Matea Tramontane, direktora Brodotrogira, Ivice Donkova i Hrvoja Matovinovića, uposlenika Mačekove tvrtke Iceberg, Ivana Cesarca, ekonomskog konzultanta, te Danijela Nikolića, vlasnika splitske tvrtke Armator Projekt, zbog kaznenih djela iz gospodarskog kriminaliteta, teških 4,7 milijuna dolara.

Prva trojica terete se za zlouporabu položaja i ovlasti tijekom 2005. i 2006. godine pri sklapanju ugovora za izradu četiriju tankera za tvrtku Wessels. Zatim se terete zajedno s ostalim optuženicima za pranje novca preko računa tvrtki na Cipru i u Austriji, na osnovi pobočnih ugovora za navedeni posao.

Radi opravdanja isplata sastavljeni su i neistiniti ugovori o konzultantskim uslugama, navodi optužnica. Istraga je pokrenuta početkom 2007. godine te je saslušan niz svjedoka, a najviše je vremena oduzelo pozivanje svjedoka iz inozemstva.

Optužnica je podignuta u listopadu prošle godine. Spis je na splitskom sudu dodijeljen sucu Zoranu Kežiću, ali kako su u međuvremenu imenovani novi suci, vidjet će se hoće li predmet ostati kod njega.

Izvanraspravno vijeće Županijskog suda u Splitu odbacilo je prigovore na optužnicu u aferi “Brodosplit” te je ona postala pravomoćna i očekuje se početak glavne rasprave u najskorijem roku.

Županijsko državno odvjetništvo u Splitu podignulo je optužnicu protiv brokera Drage Mačeka te Gorana Vukasovića i Ante Luetića, članova bivše Uprave splitskog Brodosplita, te Matea Tramontane, direktora Brodotrogira, Ivice Donkova i Hrvoja Matovinovića, uposlenika Mačekove tvrtke Iceberg, Ivana Cesarca, ekonomskog konzultanta, te Danijela Nikolića, vlasnika splitske tvrtke Armator Projekt, zbog kaznenih djela iz gospodarskog kriminaliteta, teških 4,7 milijuna dolara.

Prva trojica terete se za zlouporabu položaja i ovlasti tijekom 2005. i 2006. godine pri sklapanju ugovora za izradu četiriju tankera za tvrtku Wessels. Zatim se terete zajedno s ostalim optuženicima za pranje novca preko računa tvrtki na Cipru i u Austriji, na osnovi pobočnih ugovora za navedeni posao.

Radi opravdanja isplata sastavljeni su i neistiniti ugovori o konzultantskim uslugama, navodi optužnica. Istraga je pokrenuta početkom 2007. godine te je saslušan niz svjedoka, a najviše je vremena oduzelo pozivanje svjedoka iz inozemstva.

Optužnica je podignuta u listopadu prošle godine. Spis je na splitskom sudu dodijeljen sucu Zoranu Kežiću, ali kako su u međuvremenu imenovani novi suci, vidjet će se hoće li predmet ostati kod njega.
