Antifašistička liga Hrvatske organizirala je u ponedjeljak skup sjećanja u povodu 82. obljetnice Kristalne noći, pogroma nad Židovima u Njemačkoj i Austriji koji se dogodio 1938. godine kada je stradalo više od 1300 osoba.

"Danas smo došli ovdje u malom broju, pošto je to tradicija da 9. studenog dolazimo na Trg žrtava fašizma obilježiti 9. studeni 1938. kada je bila Kristalna noć i kada je zapravo započeo holokaust i šoa", rekao je novinarima predsjednik Židovske općine Zagreb Ognjen Kraus.

Poručio je kako očekuje da se prijeđe s riječi na djela te da Hrvatska konačno sa sebe skine ljagu koju nosi već 30 godina.

"Izjednačavajući ustaštvo i antifašizam, igrajući se sa poviješću i ustaškim znakovljem. Krajnje je vrijeme da se stavi u ropotarnicu povijesti. Moja je osnovna poruka ta da je danas vrijeme za to", naglasio je Kraus.

Skup sjećanja održao se na zagrebačkom Trgu žrtava fašizma uz pridržavanje mjera za suzbijanje širenja koronavirusa, a okupilo se pedesetak ljudi. Među okupljenima bili su predsjednik SDSS-a Milorad Pupovac, voditeljica Documente - Centra za suočavanje s prošlošću i potpredsjednica Antifašističke lige Vesna Teršelič te pučka pravobraniteljica Lora Vidović.

U Kristalnoj noći živote je izgubilo više od 1300 osoba, razoreno je ili teško uništeno 1400 sinagoga i više od polovice zgrada židovskih općina u Njemačkoj i Austriji te je opustošeno 7500 trgovina. Idućeg dana, 10. studenog, u koncentracijske logore odvedeno je više od 30.000 muškaraca.

"Predsjednik Vlade stalno govori i ističe antifašizam, ističe isto tako da je HDZ centralizirao i promijenio, pa neka to dokaže. Neka se donese zakon o zabrani ustaškog znakovlja i svega onoga što drži našu zemlju na strani na kojoj ne spada. Ne spada iz razloga što je hrvatski narod dao veliki obol u antifašističkoj borbi, i zahvaljujući tome smo na kraju rata bili na strani pobjednika", rekao je Kraus.

Poručio je kako je krajnje vrijeme da se takav zakon uvede u saborsku proceduru te ne sumnja u njegovu podršku među saborskim zastupnicima.

Antifašistička liga Hrvatske organizirala je u ponedjeljak skup sjećanja u povodu 82. obljetnice Kristalne noći, pogroma nad Židovima u Njemačkoj i Austriji koji se dogodio 1938. godine kada je stradalo više od 1300 osoba.

"Danas smo došli ovdje u malom broju, pošto je to tradicija da 9. studenog dolazimo na Trg žrtava fašizma obilježiti 9. studeni 1938. kada je bila Kristalna noć i kada je zapravo započeo holokaust i šoa", rekao je novinarima predsjednik Židovske općine Zagreb Ognjen Kraus.

Poručio je kako očekuje da se prijeđe s riječi na djela te da Hrvatska konačno sa sebe skine ljagu koju nosi već 30 godina.

"Izjednačavajući ustaštvo i antifašizam, igrajući se sa poviješću i ustaškim znakovljem. Krajnje je vrijeme da se stavi u ropotarnicu povijesti. Moja je osnovna poruka ta da je danas vrijeme za to", naglasio je Kraus.

Skup sjećanja održao se na zagrebačkom Trgu žrtava fašizma uz pridržavanje mjera za suzbijanje širenja koronavirusa, a okupilo se pedesetak ljudi. Među okupljenima bili su predsjednik SDSS-a Milorad Pupovac, voditeljica Documente - Centra za suočavanje s prošlošću i potpredsjednica Antifašističke lige Vesna Teršelič te pučka pravobraniteljica Lora Vidović.

U Kristalnoj noći živote je izgubilo više od 1300 osoba, razoreno je ili teško uništeno 1400 sinagoga i više od polovice zgrada židovskih općina u Njemačkoj i Austriji te je opustošeno 7500 trgovina. Idućeg dana, 10. studenog, u koncentracijske logore odvedeno je više od 30.000 muškaraca.

"Predsjednik Vlade stalno govori i ističe antifašizam, ističe isto tako da je HDZ centralizirao i promijenio, pa neka to dokaže. Neka se donese zakon o zabrani ustaškog znakovlja i svega onoga što drži našu zemlju na strani na kojoj ne spada. Ne spada iz razloga što je hrvatski narod dao veliki obol u antifašističkoj borbi, i zahvaljujući tome smo na kraju rata bili na strani pobjednika", rekao je Kraus.

Poručio je kako je krajnje vrijeme da se takav zakon uvede u saborsku proceduru te ne sumnja u njegovu podršku među saborskim zastupnicima.

Ognjen Kraus na obilježavanju Kristalne noći: Očekujem da se prijeđe s riječi na djela, da Hrvatska konačno sa sebe skine ljagu

Antifašistička liga Hrvatske organizirala je u ponedjeljak skup sjećanja u povodu 82. obljetnice Kristalne noći, pogroma nad Židovima u Njemačkoj i Austriji koji se dogodio 1938. godine kada je stradalo više od 1300 osoba.

"Danas smo došli ovdje u malom broju, pošto je to tradicija da 9. studenog dolazimo na Trg žrtava fašizma obilježiti 9. studeni 1938. kada je bila Kristalna noć i kada je zapravo započeo holokaust i šoa", rekao je novinarima predsjednik Židovske općine Zagreb Ognjen Kraus.

Poručio je kako očekuje da se prijeđe s riječi na djela te da Hrvatska konačno sa sebe skine ljagu koju nosi već 30 godina.
