Županijsko državno odvjetništvo je predložilo da Vrhovni sud dio presude prvostupanjskog suda u odluci o kazni preinači tako da utvrdi strože kazne zatvora, a oslobađajući dio presude, zbog bitne povrede odredaba kaznenog postupka te pogrešno i nepotpuno utvrđenog činjeničnog stanja, ukine i vrati prvostupanjskom sudu na ponovno suđenje, kaže se u priopćenju.

Sudsko vijeće Županijskog suda u Zagrebu je 30. svibnja, nakon jednogodišnjeg postupka za ratne zločine počinjene nad srpskim civilima i ratnim zarobljenicima na području Medačkog džepa u rujnu 1993., nepravomoćno presudilo da Ademi nije kriv za ratne zločine, dok je Norca osudilo po dvije točke optužnice na po pet godina zatvora, odnosno jedinstvenu zatvorsku kaznu od sedam godina.

presudu Županijskog suda u Zagrebu kojom je general Rahim Ademi oslobođen optužbe za ratni zločin a general Mirko Norac osuđen na 7 godina zatvora i predložilo da Vrhovni sud oslobađajući dio presude ukine, a u osuđujućem dijelu utvrdi strožu kaznu, objavljeno je večeras na internetskoj stranici Državnog odvjetništva RH.

Županijsko državno odvjetništvo je predložilo da Vrhovni sud dio presude prvostupanjskog suda u odluci o kazni preinači tako da utvrdi strože kazne zatvora, a oslobađajući dio presude, zbog bitne povrede odredaba kaznenog postupka te pogrešno i nepotpuno utvrđenog činjeničnog stanja, ukine i vrati prvostupanjskom sudu na ponovno suđenje, kaže se u priopćenju.

Sudsko vijeće Županijskog suda u Zagrebu je 30. svibnja, nakon jednogodišnjeg postupka za ratne zločine počinjene nad srpskim civilima i ratnim zarobljenicima na području Medačkog džepa u rujnu 1993., nepravomoćno presudilo da Ademi nije kriv za ratne zločine, dok je Norca osudilo po dvije točke optužnice na po pet godina zatvora, odnosno jedinstvenu zatvorsku kaznu od sedam godina.

Odvjetništvo uložilo žalbu na presudu Norcu i Ademiju

Županijsko državno odvjetništvo u Zagrebu podnijelo je žalbu na presudu Županijskog suda u Zagrebu kojom je general Rahim Ademi oslobođen optužbe za ratni zločin a general Mirko Norac osuđen na 7 godina zatvora i predložilo da Vrhovni sud oslobađajući dio presude ukine, a u osuđujućem dijelu utvrdi strožu kaznu, objavljeno je večeras na internetskoj stranici Državnog odvjetništva RH.
