Predsjednik Sindikata novinara Hrvatske, podružnice Glasa Istre Bojan Žižović, predsjednica ogranka HND-a Glasa Istre Danijela Bašić Palković i dosadašnji glavni urednik Glasa Istre, Dražen Dobrila u utorak poslijepodne obratili su se javnosti, zajedničkom odlukom kojom odbijaju potpisati novi ugovor o radu s novosnovanom tvrtkom Glas Istre novine, bez važećeg kolektivnog ugovora.

Po riječima Žižovića, novinari su dovedeni u poziciju da ne znaju za koga rade, s čijim sredstvima, tko im je poslodavac, tko će im isplaćivati plaće i mogu li novine izlaziti u ovim uvjetima.

Ogorčeni zbog nezakonitog postupanja poslodavca prema radnicima, koji im želi reducirati stečena prava, zahtjevaju poštivanje Zakona o radu ,na čemu će ustrajati do ispunjenja zahtjeva ,ne odbacujući mogućnost štrajka.

Ogranak HND-a Glasa Istre“ naoružan“ priopćenjem HND-a daje punu potporu sindikatu u pregovoru s poslodavcem, tražeći poštivanje zakonske obveze prijenosa postojećeg kolektivnog ugovora.

Predsjednik HND-a Zdenko Duka podržava nastojanja novinara Glasa Istre da sačuvaju kolektivni ugovor, puna radna prava, novinarsku profesionalnost i dostojanstvo.

„Sa žaljenjem konstatiramo da se zbog nečijih kriminalnih interesa, jedan vrlo ugledan i važan dnevnik upravo pokušava baciti na koljena, pa tražimo od Državnog odvjetništva da temeljito ispita što se događalo iza kulisa“ stoji u Dukinom priopćenju.

Dražen Dobrila, koji obnaša dužnost u novoj tvrtki v.d. glavnog urednika volonterski, naglasio je, da će, solidarizirajući se s novinarima, potpisati novi ugovor kada i svi ostali.

Zoran Angeleski, član sindikata, smatra da se time novinari bore za slobodniji Glas Istre, slobodniju Pulu i Istru, postavljajući javno pitanje direktorima javnih poduzeća u Istri, po čijem su nalogu, bez znanja poreznih obveznika posudili Glasu Istre oko 10 milijuna kuna.

Punomoćnica radnika Glasa Istre pulska odvjetnica Loredana Štok, ističe kako je ovo još samo jedna tužna priča na hrvatski način, najavljujući sudske tužbe protiv uprave, ukoliko se novinarima smanje plaće.

Podsjetimo, nakon duga „teškog“ više od 110 milijuna kuna, Glasu Istre d .o.o., prijeti blokada, pa su osnovane dvije nove tvrtke-kćeri Glas Istre novine i Glas Istre trgovina, koje vodi član uprave Puljanke grupe, vlasnice 12 % udjela ove novinske kuće,„kralj“ istarske pretvorbe Albert Faggian.

Predsjednik Sindikata novinara Hrvatske, podružnice Glasa Istre Bojan Žižović, predsjednica ogranka HND-a Glasa Istre Danijela Bašić Palković i dosadašnji glavni urednik Glasa Istre, Dražen Dobrila u utorak poslijepodne obratili su se javnosti, zajedničkom odlukom kojom odbijaju potpisati novi ugovor o radu s novosnovanom tvrtkom Glas Istre novine, bez važećeg kolektivnog ugovora.

Po riječima Žižovića, novinari su dovedeni u poziciju da ne znaju za koga rade, s čijim sredstvima, tko im je poslodavac, tko će im isplaćivati plaće i mogu li novine izlaziti u ovim uvjetima.

Ogorčeni zbog nezakonitog postupanja poslodavca prema radnicima, koji im želi reducirati stečena prava, zahtjevaju poštivanje Zakona o radu ,na čemu će ustrajati do ispunjenja zahtjeva ,ne odbacujući mogućnost štrajka.

Ogranak HND-a Glasa Istre“ naoružan“ priopćenjem HND-a daje punu potporu sindikatu u pregovoru s poslodavcem, tražeći poštivanje zakonske obveze prijenosa postojećeg kolektivnog ugovora.

Predsjednik HND-a Zdenko Duka podržava nastojanja novinara Glasa Istre da sačuvaju kolektivni ugovor, puna radna prava, novinarsku profesionalnost i dostojanstvo.

„Sa žaljenjem konstatiramo da se zbog nečijih kriminalnih interesa, jedan vrlo ugledan i važan dnevnik upravo pokušava baciti na koljena, pa tražimo od Državnog odvjetništva da temeljito ispita što se događalo iza kulisa“ stoji u Dukinom priopćenju.

Dražen Dobrila, koji obnaša dužnost u novoj tvrtki v.d. glavnog urednika volonterski, naglasio je, da će, solidarizirajući se s novinarima, potpisati novi ugovor kada i svi ostali.

Zoran Angeleski, član sindikata, smatra da se time novinari bore za slobodniji Glas Istre, slobodniju Pulu i Istru, postavljajući javno pitanje direktorima javnih poduzeća u Istri, po čijem su nalogu, bez znanja poreznih obveznika posudili Glasu Istre oko 10 milijuna kuna.

Punomoćnica radnika Glasa Istre pulska odvjetnica Loredana Štok, ističe kako je ovo još samo jedna tužna priča na hrvatski način, najavljujući sudske tužbe protiv uprave, ukoliko se novinarima smanje plaće.

Podsjetimo, nakon duga „teškog“ više od 110 milijuna kuna, Glasu Istre d .o.o., prijeti blokada, pa su osnovane dvije nove tvrtke-kćeri Glas Istre novine i Glas Istre trgovina, koje vodi član uprave Puljanke grupe, vlasnice 12 % udjela ove novinske kuće,„kralj“ istarske pretvorbe Albert Faggian.
