Nositelj HDZ-ove liste za europarlamentarne izbore Karlo Ressler platio je kaznu zato što je, kao i oko 20.000 drugih građana koji su osnovali firme, ali nisu imali poslovnih aktivnosti, zanemario obvezu predavanja godišnjeg financijskog izvješća za 2016. odnosno izjavu o neaktivnosti, objavio je u utorak Jutarnji list.

Riječ je o izvješćima koja se moraju dostaviti u Registar godišnjih financijskih izvještaja radi statističke obrade i to do 30. travnja za prethodnu godinu. Onima koji, kao i Ressler, to nisu učinili u propisanom roku Fina je ove godine počela slati kazne, piše dnevnik.

"U Fini kažu da kažnjavaju po zakonskom minimumu što znači da odgovorne osobe dobivaju 'čestitke' na iznos od 5000 kuna, a za tvrtku je kazna 20.000 kuna. Ressler je također dobio ovakve kazne, ali je Prekršajnom sudu podnio prigovor i ishodio ublažavanje do općeg zakonskog minimuma propisanog Prekršajnim zakonom, tako da je za njega kao odgovornu osobu kazna 300 kuna, a za njegovu firmu Siva sova j.d.o.o. 2100 kuna", navodi Jutarnji list.

Godišnje financijsko izvješće za potrebe javne objave za 2016. predano je 22. prosinca 2017. Osim troškova osnivanja, nije bilo nikakvih poslovnih aktivnosti u 2016. rekao je za Jutarnji glasnogovornik Vlade Marko Milić i naveo da Resslerova firma nikada nije poslovala s državnim ili javnim tijelima.

Ukupni prihodi za sve godine poslovanja manji su od 3000 kuna, kaže Milić i otkriva da je Ressler nakon podmirenja kazne prodao Sivu sovu.

"Svoj poslovni udjel navedenog j.d.o.o.-a kupoprodajnim je ugovorom u cijelosti prenio na novog vlasnika 11. travnja 2019. te više nije ni na koji način povezan s Resslerom, kazao je glasnogovornik Vlade za Jutarnji list.

Dnevnik podsjeća da je Ressler tvrtku registrirao na adresi Vladimira Šeksa, Bauerova 27, u Zagrebu, a registrirana je bila za usluge prevođenja i tumača.

Nositelj HDZ-ove liste za europarlamentarne izbore Karlo Ressler platio je kaznu zato što je, kao i oko 20.000 drugih građana koji su osnovali firme, ali nisu imali poslovnih aktivnosti, zanemario obvezu predavanja godišnjeg financijskog izvješća za 2016. odnosno izjavu o neaktivnosti, objavio je u utorak Jutarnji list.

Riječ je o izvješćima koja se moraju dostaviti u Registar godišnjih financijskih izvještaja radi statističke obrade i to do 30. travnja za prethodnu godinu. Onima koji, kao i Ressler, to nisu učinili u propisanom roku Fina je ove godine počela slati kazne, piše dnevnik.

"U Fini kažu da kažnjavaju po zakonskom minimumu što znači da odgovorne osobe dobivaju 'čestitke' na iznos od 5000 kuna, a za tvrtku je kazna 20.000 kuna. Ressler je također dobio ovakve kazne, ali je Prekršajnom sudu podnio prigovor i ishodio ublažavanje do općeg zakonskog minimuma propisanog Prekršajnim zakonom, tako da je za njega kao odgovornu osobu kazna 300 kuna, a za njegovu firmu Siva sova j.d.o.o. 2100 kuna", navodi Jutarnji list.

Godišnje financijsko izvješće za potrebe javne objave za 2016. predano je 22. prosinca 2017. Osim troškova osnivanja, nije bilo nikakvih poslovnih aktivnosti u 2016. rekao je za Jutarnji glasnogovornik Vlade Marko Milić i naveo da Resslerova firma nikada nije poslovala s državnim ili javnim tijelima.

Ukupni prihodi za sve godine poslovanja manji su od 3000 kuna, kaže Milić i otkriva da je Ressler nakon podmirenja kazne prodao Sivu sovu.

"Svoj poslovni udjel navedenog j.d.o.o.-a kupoprodajnim je ugovorom u cijelosti prenio na novog vlasnika 11. travnja 2019. te više nije ni na koji način povezan s Resslerom, kazao je glasnogovornik Vlade za Jutarnji list.

Dnevnik podsjeća da je Ressler tvrtku registrirao na adresi Vladimira Šeksa, Bauerova 27, u Zagrebu, a registrirana je bila za usluge prevođenja i tumača.
