Građani od ove godine mogu jednostavnije promijeniti svog liječnika primarne zdravstvene zaštite (obiteljska medicina, ginekolog, pedijatar, stomatolog), točnije mogu to učiniti elektroničkim putem bez odlaska liječniku kojeg žele odabrati ili u HZZO. Promjena liječnika primarne zaštite može se obaviti putem sustava e-građani i e-HZZO, i to jednom godišnje. Građani, kao i dosad, za to ne moraju navoditi nikakav razlog, a ako to namjeravaju učiniti prije isteka 12 mjeseci, razlog promjene je nužan, piše Jutarnji list.

Drugim riječima, na mrežnim stranicama HZZO-a dostupan je elektronički obrazac Izjave o izboru/promjeni izabranog doktora, odnosno e-izjava koju treba ispuniti i poslati elektroničkim putem. Među ostalim, osoba koja mijenja liječnika treba navesti novoizabranog doktora, a on je ne može odbiti ako ima manje od 1700 pacijenata. Naime, na stranicama HZZO-a građanima je dostupan popis liječnika PZZ-a uključenih u zdravstvenu mrežu, a pored njihovih ambulanti nalaze se i oznake o tome imaju li manje ili više od 1700 pacijenata o kojima se skrbe ili su pak doslovno pretrpani jer imaju više od 2000 pacijenata. Zelenom bojom označeni su liječnici koji još mogu primati pacijente, narančastom oni koji imaju više od 1700 pacijenata, a crvenom oni koji već imaju maksimum, odnosno 2125 pa i više. Prije isteka roka od godinu dana liječnik se može promijeniti ako je osiguranik primjerice promijenio mjesto prebivališta, ako njegov liječnik ode u mirovinu, u slučaju poremećenih međuljudskih odnosa...

Liječnici pretrpani?

Na prvi pogled možda će se činiti da građani liječnika ne mijenjaju često, ali podaci HZZO-a govore da je samo u prošloj godini 1,122.608 osiguranika promijenilo izabranog doktora ili njih gotovo trećina, i to u dijelu koji se odnosi na obiteljsku medicinu. Upravo je zato važna ova jednostavnija varijanta promjene elektroničkim postupkom. Najčešći razlog promjene liječnika je novo mjesto stanovanja, a ponekad i poremećeni ljudski odnosi.

Dakako, najviše je promjena u velikim gradovima u kojima je većina ordinacija, ali to ne bi trebao biti problem jer velik dio njih i nema više od 1700 pacijenata. U tom je slučaju primjena jednostavna unatoč uvjeravanjima raznih liječničkih udruga po kojima su "svi doktori pretrpani pacijentima i poslom". 

Prema podacima HZZO-a, ukupno je u mreži 2307 ordinacija obiteljske medicine od kojih 1404 imaju manje od 1700 pacijenata, odnosno manje od standarda. Njih 837 ima više od 1700, a preko maksimuma od 2125 njih 66. No velik problem opće medicine je što većina liječnika radi u velikim gradovima, dok je manjak djelatnika konstantan primjerice na otocima, u depriviranim područjima, seoskim sredinama gdje stalno nedostaje liječnika. Istodobno, kažu brojke, u velikim gadovima u mreži ima i onih koji imaju manje od 1000 pacijenata, ali su iz nekog razloga i dalje u zdravstvenoj mreži.

Primjerice, u gradu Zagrebu je 388 ordinacija opće obiteljske medicine, a desetak ima manje od 1000 pacijenata. Gotovo polovica ima manje pacijenata od standarda (1700). Dapače, mogu se naći i ordinacije koje se brinu o zdravlju tek četiristotinjak građana. Naravno, manje od 1700 pacijenata nije problem u manjim sredinama jer je građanima nužno osigurati liječničku pomoć najbliže mjestu stanovanja, no to se teško postiže.

Naime, prema mreži zdravstvene zaštite upravo male sredine imaju problem jer im kontinuirano nedostaje liječnika opće obiteljske medicine. Vidljivo je tako da u svim županijama nedostaje timova, ali kad se to bolje analizira, jasno je da su to male, uglavnom seoske sredine u kojima se ne uspijeva osigurati temeljna zdravstvena zaštita.

No ono što bode u oči jest da i u Zagrebu nedostaje 65 timova, ali nonsens je da primjerice Donji grad ima čak 63 ugovorena tima, a potrebno ih je 20 ili Trnje 34, a treba 24!? Zato u Dubravi, Stenjevcu, pa čak i Novom Zagrebu nedostaje timova opće obiteljske medicine. Kad bi se još "protresli" timovi koji imaju manje pacijenata od standardnih 1700, pokazalo bi se da je očito problem u raspoređenosti liječnika, a ne u njihovu nedostatku, kao uostalo cijeli zdravstveni sustav.

Građani od ove godine mogu jednostavnije promijeniti svog liječnika primarne zdravstvene zaštite (obiteljska medicina, ginekolog, pedijatar, stomatolog), točnije mogu to učiniti elektroničkim putem bez odlaska liječniku kojeg žele odabrati ili u HZZO. Promjena liječnika primarne zaštite može se obaviti putem sustava e-građani i e-HZZO, i to jednom godišnje. Građani, kao i dosad, za to ne moraju navoditi nikakav razlog, a ako to namjeravaju učiniti prije isteka 12 mjeseci, razlog promjene je nužan, piše Jutarnji list.

Drugim riječima, na mrežnim stranicama HZZO-a dostupan je elektronički obrazac Izjave o izboru/promjeni izabranog doktora, odnosno e-izjava koju treba ispuniti i poslati elektroničkim putem. Među ostalim, osoba koja mijenja liječnika treba navesti novoizabranog doktora, a on je ne može odbiti ako ima manje od 1700 pacijenata. Naime, na stranicama HZZO-a građanima je dostupan popis liječnika PZZ-a uključenih u zdravstvenu mrežu, a pored njihovih ambulanti nalaze se i oznake o tome imaju li manje ili više od 1700 pacijenata o kojima se skrbe ili su pak doslovno pretrpani jer imaju više od 2000 pacijenata. Zelenom bojom označeni su liječnici koji još mogu primati pacijente, narančastom oni koji imaju više od 1700 pacijenata, a crvenom oni koji već imaju maksimum, odnosno 2125 pa i više. Prije isteka roka od godinu dana liječnik se može promijeniti ako je osiguranik primjerice promijenio mjesto prebivališta, ako njegov liječnik ode u mirovinu, u slučaju poremećenih međuljudskih odnosa...

Liječnici pretrpani?

Na prvi pogled možda će se činiti da građani liječnika ne mijenjaju često, ali podaci HZZO-a govore da je samo u prošloj godini 1,122.608 osiguranika promijenilo izabranog doktora ili njih gotovo trećina, i to u dijelu koji se odnosi na obiteljsku medicinu. Upravo je zato važna ova jednostavnija varijanta promjene elektroničkim postupkom. Najčešći razlog promjene liječnika je novo mjesto stanovanja, a ponekad i poremećeni ljudski odnosi.

Dakako, najviše je promjena u velikim gradovima u kojima je većina ordinacija, ali to ne bi trebao biti problem jer velik dio njih i nema više od 1700 pacijenata. U tom je slučaju primjena jednostavna unatoč uvjeravanjima raznih liječničkih udruga po kojima su "svi doktori pretrpani pacijentima i poslom". 

Prema podacima HZZO-a, ukupno je u mreži 2307 ordinacija obiteljske medicine od kojih 1404 imaju manje od 1700 pacijenata, odnosno manje od standarda. Njih 837 ima više od 1700, a preko maksimuma od 2125 njih 66. No velik problem opće medicine je što većina liječnika radi u velikim gradovima, dok je manjak djelatnika konstantan primjerice na otocima, u depriviranim područjima, seoskim sredinama gdje stalno nedostaje liječnika. Istodobno, kažu brojke, u velikim gadovima u mreži ima i onih koji imaju manje od 1000 pacijenata, ali su iz nekog razloga i dalje u zdravstvenoj mreži.

Primjerice, u gradu Zagrebu je 388 ordinacija opće obiteljske medicine, a desetak ima manje od 1000 pacijenata. Gotovo polovica ima manje pacijenata od standarda (1700). Dapače, mogu se naći i ordinacije koje se brinu o zdravlju tek četiristotinjak građana. Naravno, manje od 1700 pacijenata nije problem u manjim sredinama jer je građanima nužno osigurati liječničku pomoć najbliže mjestu stanovanja, no to se teško postiže.

Naime, prema mreži zdravstvene zaštite upravo male sredine imaju problem jer im kontinuirano nedostaje liječnika opće obiteljske medicine. Vidljivo je tako da u svim županijama nedostaje timova, ali kad se to bolje analizira, jasno je da su to male, uglavnom seoske sredine u kojima se ne uspijeva osigurati temeljna zdravstvena zaštita.

No ono što bode u oči jest da i u Zagrebu nedostaje 65 timova, ali nonsens je da primjerice Donji grad ima čak 63 ugovorena tima, a potrebno ih je 20 ili Trnje 34, a treba 24!? Zato u Dubravi, Stenjevcu, pa čak i Novom Zagrebu nedostaje timova opće obiteljske medicine. Kad bi se još "protresli" timovi koji imaju manje pacijenata od standardnih 1700, pokazalo bi se da je očito problem u raspoređenosti liječnika, a ne u njihovu nedostatku, kao uostalo cijeli zdravstveni sustav.
