Stjepan Mesić, bivši prdsjednik Hrvatske seli se iz Ilice podno Medvednice, u Borčecu. Njegova supruga Milka kupila je dva stana i dvije garaže, vrijedne 1,9 milijuna kuna.
Kupljeno je pola stambene zgrade – stan u prizemlju površine 56,85 četvornih metara s terasom i vrtom te četverosobni dvoetažni stan na katu i u potkrovlju od 106,76 kvadrata.
Iako je zgrada izgrađena prije više od godinu dana, obitelj Mesić još se nije uselila.
Obje zgrade izgradila je tvrtka "Arhitektonski studio" čija je vlasnica Štefanija Balog, dugogodišnja Mesićeva prijateljica i suradnica koja je bivšem predsjedniku vrlo uspješno vodila i dvije predsjedničke kampanje.
– Stan sam im prodala u kolovozu. Kupili su ga bez kredita – rekla je Štefanija Balog ispred svoje kuće, udaljene samo nekoliko desetaka metara od budućeg doma Mesićevih.
- Bivši predsjednik ima prijatelje koji mu mogu posuditi novac i on će im posuđeni novac brzo i lako vratiti. Stjepan i Milka već neko vrijeme planiraju preseljenje iz stana u Ilici. Stan će ubrzo i prodati. Kako je na vrlo atraktivnoj poziciji, a ima i garažu, problema s prodajom ne bi trebalo biti. Prodaja stana od sto i nešto kvadrata u Ilici “pokrit” će kupnju novih u Borčecu.
Nije nam htjela otkriti po kojoj je cijeni obitelji Mesić prodala stanove.
– To ne želim reći. Ne želim otkriti ni cijene po kojima prodajemo još dva stana koja su ostala neprodana.
Uvidom u zemljišne knjige lako je otkriti, na temelju kupoprodajnog ugovora, da su dva stana s garažama i okućnicom plaćena 260.000 eura, dakle nešto manje od 1600 eura po kvadratu, što je otprilike i tržišna cijena kvadrata u kućama na tom području.
Stipe Mesić potvrdio je da se zaista s obitelji seli iz Ilice.
– Moja supruga kupila je ljetos dva stana, za to sam posudio novac od dvojice prijatelja, a vratit ću ga kad prodamo stan u Ilici.
- Zanimljivo je da novinarske urednike ne zanima kako to da nisam uzeo društveni stan pa ga pretvorio u privatni i platio ga npr. 220 tisuća njemačkih maraka. Također, urednike ne zanima ni kako su neki, pošto je ukinuto stanarsko pravo, izgradili zgrade za milijun maraka i više, a nakon toga to kupili za 20 tisuća maraka. Nikad nisam imao društveni stan, mi smo uvijek imali svoj stan i sada prodajemo svoj stan. Ne znam u čemu je sada problem, rekao je za HRT Mesić.
Ne želi otkriti tko su dvije osobe od kojih je posudio novac, već samo kaže da ne mora žuriti s vraćanjem. Prodaju stana u Ilici Mesići još nisu oglasili, samo su pustili glas među prijateljima.
Stjepan Mesić nije naveo u imovinskoj kartici dva nova stana na Borčecu jer ih je supruga kupila 30. lipnja 2010., četiri mjeseca nakon što mu je istekao drugi predsjednički mandat.
Prema onome što je prijavio, bivši predsjednik posjeduje vikendicu u Pušćanskoj Dubravi od 90 kvadrata vrijednosti 100.000 eura i još samo garažu od 20 kvadrata vrijednu 10.000 eura, te 20.000 eura “ostalih pokretnina”.
Prijavio je i da posjeduje trećinu vikendice u Primorju. Preostale dvije trećine u posjedu su njegovih dviju kćeri. Stan u Ilici 87 prijavio je kao imovinu supruge Milke. Vrijednost stana je procijenio na 150.000 eura.

Stjepan Mesić, bivši prdsjednik Hrvatske seli se iz Ilice podno Medvednice, u Borčecu. Njegova supruga Milka kupila je dva stana i dvije garaže, vrijedne 1,9 milijuna kuna.
Kupljeno je pola stambene zgrade – stan u prizemlju površine 56,85 četvornih metara s terasom i vrtom te četverosobni dvoetažni stan na katu i u potkrovlju od 106,76 kvadrata.
Iako je zgrada izgrađena prije više od godinu dana, obitelj Mesić još se nije uselila.
Obje zgrade izgradila je tvrtka "Arhitektonski studio" čija je vlasnica Štefanija Balog, dugogodišnja Mesićeva prijateljica i suradnica koja je bivšem predsjedniku vrlo uspješno vodila i dvije predsjedničke kampanje.
– Stan sam im prodala u kolovozu. Kupili su ga bez kredita – rekla je Štefanija Balog ispred svoje kuće, udaljene samo nekoliko desetaka metara od budućeg doma Mesićevih.
- Bivši predsjednik ima prijatelje koji mu mogu posuditi novac i on će im posuđeni novac brzo i lako vratiti. Stjepan i Milka već neko vrijeme planiraju preseljenje iz stana u Ilici. Stan će ubrzo i prodati. Kako je na vrlo atraktivnoj poziciji, a ima i garažu, problema s prodajom ne bi trebalo biti. Prodaja stana od sto i nešto kvadrata u Ilici “pokrit” će kupnju novih u Borčecu.
Nije nam htjela otkriti po kojoj je cijeni obitelji Mesić prodala stanove.
– To ne želim reći. Ne želim otkriti ni cijene po kojima prodajemo još dva stana koja su ostala neprodana.
Uvidom u zemljišne knjige lako je otkriti, na temelju kupoprodajnog ugovora, da su dva stana s garažama i okućnicom plaćena 260.000 eura, dakle nešto manje od 1600 eura po kvadratu, što je otprilike i tržišna cijena kvadrata u kućama na tom području.
Stipe Mesić potvrdio je da se zaista s obitelji seli iz Ilice.
– Moja supruga kupila je ljetos dva stana, za to sam posudio novac od dvojice prijatelja, a vratit ću ga kad prodamo stan u Ilici.
- Zanimljivo je da novinarske urednike ne zanima kako to da nisam uzeo društveni stan pa ga pretvorio u privatni i platio ga npr. 220 tisuća njemačkih maraka. Također, urednike ne zanima ni kako su neki, pošto je ukinuto stanarsko pravo, izgradili zgrade za milijun maraka i više, a nakon toga to kupili za 20 tisuća maraka. Nikad nisam imao društveni stan, mi smo uvijek imali svoj stan i sada prodajemo svoj stan. Ne znam u čemu je sada problem, rekao je za HRT Mesić.
Ne želi otkriti tko su dvije osobe od kojih je posudio novac, već samo kaže da ne mora žuriti s vraćanjem. Prodaju stana u Ilici Mesići još nisu oglasili, samo su pustili glas među prijateljima.
Stjepan Mesić nije naveo u imovinskoj kartici dva nova stana na Borčecu jer ih je supruga kupila 30. lipnja 2010., četiri mjeseca nakon što mu je istekao drugi predsjednički mandat.
Prema onome što je prijavio, bivši predsjednik posjeduje vikendicu u Pušćanskoj Dubravi od 90 kvadrata vrijednosti 100.000 eura i još samo garažu od 20 kvadrata vrijednu 10.000 eura, te 20.000 eura “ostalih pokretnina”.
Prijavio je i da posjeduje trećinu vikendice u Primorju. Preostale dvije trećine u posjedu su njegovih dviju kćeri. Stan u Ilici 87 prijavio je kao imovinu supruge Milke. Vrijednost stana je procijenio na 150.000 eura.
