Cijene stambenih objekata u Hrvatskoj u trećem su tromjesečju prošle godine u prosjeku porasle za 2,8 posto u odnosu na prethodni kvartal, dok je na godišnjoj razini rast cijena ubrzao na 14,8 posto, pokazuju podaci Državnog zavoda za statistiku (DZS).

Time je nastavljen rast cijena stambenih nekretnina na godišnjoj razini koji u Hrvatskoj traje od drugog tromjesečja 2017. godine. 

Novi stambeni objekti u trećem tromjesečju 2022. poskupjeli su u prosjeku za 2,6 posto u odnosu na drugi kvartal. U odnosu na treće tromjesečje 2021. godine, cijene novogradnji ojačale su za 17,4 posto, pokazuje izvješće DZS-a objavljeno u utorak.

Cijene postojećih stambenih objekata više su za 2,9 posto na kvartalnoj, a 14,5 posto na godišnjoj razini.

Cijene stambenih objekata u trećem tromjesečju 2022. u odnosu na drugi kvartal iste godine u prosjeku su za Grad Zagreb više za 4,1 posto, za Jadran 2,8 posto, dok su  za ostala područja niže za 0,8 posto.

I na godišnjoj su razini cijene stambenih objekata u Zagrebu porasle, u prosjeku za 17,9 posto. Na Jadranu je rast iznosio 12,8 posto, a na ostalim područjima 13,9 posto, pokazuju statistički podaci.

Cijene stambenih objekata u Hrvatskoj u trećem su tromjesečju prošle godine u prosjeku porasle za 2,8 posto u odnosu na prethodni kvartal, dok je na godišnjoj razini rast cijena ubrzao na 14,8 posto, pokazuju podaci Državnog zavoda za statistiku (DZS).

Time je nastavljen rast cijena stambenih nekretnina na godišnjoj razini koji u Hrvatskoj traje od drugog tromjesečja 2017. godine. 

Novi stambeni objekti u trećem tromjesečju 2022. poskupjeli su u prosjeku za 2,6 posto u odnosu na drugi kvartal. U odnosu na treće tromjesečje 2021. godine, cijene novogradnji ojačale su za 17,4 posto, pokazuje izvješće DZS-a objavljeno u utorak.

Cijene postojećih stambenih objekata više su za 2,9 posto na kvartalnoj, a 14,5 posto na godišnjoj razini.

Cijene stambenih objekata u trećem tromjesečju 2022. u odnosu na drugi kvartal iste godine u prosjeku su za Grad Zagreb više za 4,1 posto, za Jadran 2,8 posto, dok su  za ostala područja niže za 0,8 posto.

I na godišnjoj su razini cijene stambenih objekata u Zagrebu porasle, u prosjeku za 17,9 posto. Na Jadranu je rast iznosio 12,8 posto, a na ostalim područjima 13,9 posto, pokazuju statistički podaci.

Nastavlja se rast cijena nekretnina: DZS objavio koliko su poskupjeli kvadrati, najveći je skok zabilježen u novogradnji

Cijene stambenih objekata u Hrvatskoj u trećem su tromjesečju prošle godine u prosjeku porasle za 2,8 posto u odnosu na prethodni kvartal, dok je na godišnjoj razini rast cijena ubrzao na 14,8 posto, pokazuju podaci Državnog zavoda za statistiku (DZS).

Time je nastavljen rast cijena stambenih nekretnina na godišnjoj razini koji u Hrvatskoj traje od drugog tromjesečja 2017. godine. 

Novi stambeni objekti u trećem tromjesečju 2022. poskupjeli su u prosjeku za 2,6 posto u odnosu na drugi kvartal. U odnosu na treće tromjesečje 2021. godine, cijene novogradnji ojačale su za 17,4 posto, pokazuje izvješće DZS-a objavljeno u utorak.

Cijene postojećih stambenih objekata više su za 2,9 posto na kvartalnoj, a 14,5 posto na godišnjoj razini.
