- Kada šetamo po trgovini naravno da nas uvijek privuku oznake akcija i sniženih cijena. No, prošloga puta dobar dio artikala koje smo baš željeli kupiti i razveselili se kada smo vidjeli narančastu oznaku s natpisom "jeftinije", dakle onu koja označuje sniženja, bio je snižen svega pedeset lipa! Dakle i napolitanke, i toaletni papir i proteinski jogurt... Sve za 0,50 kuna sniženo. Pa kakva su to zavaravanja kupaca? Sigurna sam da ima onih koji ne gledaju pažljivo. Kupci vide narančastu oznaku, odmah misle da će značajnije uštedjeti, a kad ono ušteda je minimalna i nikakva. Smije li se to po zakonu raditi, zar nije to prevara kupaca, pogotovo nas vjernih? - pita se naša čitateljica koja kupuje u Lidlu. Kao dokaz ustupila nam je i fotografije.

Na jednoj se vidi kako ovaj trgovački centar reklamira toaletni papir snižen s 22.99 na 22.49 kuna, na drugoj napolitanke koje su, također, snižene 50 lipa, pa umjesto 15.99 koštaju 15.49 kuna, a na trećoj proteinski jogurt kojemu je prijašnja cijena bila 7.49 kuna, a smanjena mu je na 6.99 kuna.

Odmah moramo reći, po Zakonu je sve čisto. Zakon trgovcima ne donosi nikakva ograničenja, te mogu sniziti proizvod onoliko koliko smatraju da je dobro za njihovo kupce i poslovanje.

No, ipak smo kontaktirali ovaj njemački trgovački lanac kako bismo saznali je li im to uistinu praksa i zašto su im ovakva mizerna sniženja i akcije uopće na snazi.

- Slijedom vašeg upita te uvidom ustvrdili smo da nije riječ o akciji, već o redovnom snižavanju cijena pojedinih proizvoda što je transparentno navedeno na cjenovnoj oznaci s prekriženom starom cijenom i navedenom novom cijenom.

Što se tiče upita o veličini sniženja, mi kao trgovački lanac zadržavamo pravo promjene cijene kako bismo našim kupcima u svakom trenutku ponudili najbolji omjer cijene i kvalitete - kažu iz Lidla.

Dakle, u pitanju nije akcija, iako je označena jarkim bojama, već redovno snižavanje cijena. Zakonski možda nije isto, no što je za običnog kupca akcija ako ne snižavanje cijena, i obrnuto... Kad se vjerni kupac osjeća izigrano i izmanipulirano, trebao bi zvoniti alarm na uzbunu...

- Kada šetamo po trgovini naravno da nas uvijek privuku oznake akcija i sniženih cijena. No, prošloga puta dobar dio artikala koje smo baš željeli kupiti i razveselili se kada smo vidjeli narančastu oznaku s natpisom "jeftinije", dakle onu koja označuje sniženja, bio je snižen svega pedeset lipa! Dakle i napolitanke, i toaletni papir i proteinski jogurt... Sve za 0,50 kuna sniženo. Pa kakva su to zavaravanja kupaca? Sigurna sam da ima onih koji ne gledaju pažljivo. Kupci vide narančastu oznaku, odmah misle da će značajnije uštedjeti, a kad ono ušteda je minimalna i nikakva. Smije li se to po zakonu raditi, zar nije to prevara kupaca, pogotovo nas vjernih? - pita se naša čitateljica koja kupuje u Lidlu. Kao dokaz ustupila nam je i fotografije.

Na jednoj se vidi kako ovaj trgovački centar reklamira toaletni papir snižen s 22.99 na 22.49 kuna, na drugoj napolitanke koje su, također, snižene 50 lipa, pa umjesto 15.99 koštaju 15.49 kuna, a na trećoj proteinski jogurt kojemu je prijašnja cijena bila 7.49 kuna, a smanjena mu je na 6.99 kuna.

Odmah moramo reći, po Zakonu je sve čisto. Zakon trgovcima ne donosi nikakva ograničenja, te mogu sniziti proizvod onoliko koliko smatraju da je dobro za njihovo kupce i poslovanje.

No, ipak smo kontaktirali ovaj njemački trgovački lanac kako bismo saznali je li im to uistinu praksa i zašto su im ovakva mizerna sniženja i akcije uopće na snazi.

- Slijedom vašeg upita te uvidom ustvrdili smo da nije riječ o akciji, već o redovnom snižavanju cijena pojedinih proizvoda što je transparentno navedeno na cjenovnoj oznaci s prekriženom starom cijenom i navedenom novom cijenom.

Što se tiče upita o veličini sniženja, mi kao trgovački lanac zadržavamo pravo promjene cijene kako bismo našim kupcima u svakom trenutku ponudili najbolji omjer cijene i kvalitete - kažu iz Lidla.

Dakle, u pitanju nije akcija, iako je označena jarkim bojama, već redovno snižavanje cijena. Zakonski možda nije isto, no što je za običnog kupca akcija ako ne snižavanje cijena, i obrnuto... Kad se vjerni kupac osjeća izigrano i izmanipulirano, trebao bi zvoniti alarm na uzbunu...

- Kada šetamo po trgovini naravno da nas uvijek privuku oznake akcija i sniženih cijena. No, prošloga puta dobar dio artikala koje smo baš željeli kupiti i razveselili se kada smo vidjeli narančastu oznaku s natpisom "jeftinije", dakle onu koja označuje sniženja, bio je snižen svega pedeset lipa! Dakle i napolitanke, i toaletni papir i proteinski jogurt... Sve za 0,50 kuna sniženo. Pa kakva su to zavaravanja kupaca? Sigurna sam da ima onih koji ne gledaju pažljivo. Kupci vide narančastu oznaku, odmah misle da će značajnije uštedjeti, a kad ono ušteda je minimalna i nikakva. Smije li se to po zakonu raditi, zar nije to prevara kupaca, pogotovo nas vjernih? - pita se naša čitateljica koja kupuje u Lidlu. Kao dokaz ustupila nam je i fotografije.
