Slovačka kompanija Sky Toll zajedno s tvrtkom TellNet pobijedila je na natječaju za novi sustav naplate na autocestama u Hrvatskoj, objavile su Hrvatske autoceste.

Sky Toll u svojoj ponudi obvezao se da će izgraditi novi sustav naplate za 99.891.850,64 milijuna eura S PDV-om. Procijenjena vrijednost nabave novog sustava na natječaju bila je 100 milijuna eura. Za odluku o odabiru bilo je potrebno šest i pol mjeseci od otvaranja ponuda 18. srpnja prošle godine. Naši sugovornici tvrde kako je to vrijeme utrošeno na analizu svih 10 ponuda koliko je pristiglo na natječaj. U odluci o odabiru navodi se da je od tih 10 ponuda njih pet odbijeno jer su neprihvatljive - piše Jutarnji list.

Cjelokupni novi sustav naplate cestarine financira se bespovratnim europskim sredstvima iz Nacionalnog plana oporavka i otpornosti.

Ako na ovu odluku neće biti žalbi, ugovor bi se mogao potpisati do kraja ovog mjeseca. Rok za izvođenje radova je 24 mjeseci te bi Hrvatska novi sustav naplate cestarine trebala dobiti 2026. godine.

Ovo je praktično pretposljednji potez uvođenja novog sustava naplate cestarine kao jednog od najvažnijih i i najskupljih infrastrukturnih projekata ove Vlade. On je uslijedio punih osam godina nakon što je u veljači 2016. tada tek imenovani ministar prometa Oleg Butković najavio promjenu sustava naplate te izradu analize koja bi trebala biti integrirana u Hrvatskoj. U tih osam godina prošli smo put od ideje o uvođenju vinjeta do konačnog, dvojnog rješenja - cestarina će se naplaćivati beskontaktno putem ENC uređaja i automatskim prepoznavanjem registarskih pločica (ALPR). Novi sustav bit će implementiran svim autocestama u Hrvatskoj kod sva tri koncesionara HAC-A, Bina Istre i Autoceste Zagreb-Macelj. Cestarina će se i nadalje naplaćivati na osnovu prijeđene udaljenosti. Ulazak i izlazak vozila bit će registriran putem DSRC čitača za ENC uređaje i kamera za detekciju registarskih pločica. DRC čitači i kamere bit će postavljeni na portale koji će biti razmješteni po autocestama. Broj portala na autocestama odredit će isporučitelj opreme.

ENC uređaji biti će obvezni za teška vozila, a neobavezni za laka vozila. ALRP sustav koristit će se pak samo za laka vozila. Velika novina je da će se svi korisnici, bez obzira koji sustav koriste morati registrirati u sustav te dostaviti broj registracije, državu njena izdavanja i način plaćanja. ENC uređaj bit će vezan uz registraciju vozila te ga njegovi korisnici više neće prenositi iz vozila u vozilo kao sada.

Visina cestarine određivat će se prema jediničnoj cijeni po kilometru za različite skupine vozila koju utvrđuje svaki upravitelj i koncesionar. Uz to uvest će se nekoliko cjenovnih kategorija – ljeta sezona, vožnja vikendom, veća prometna zagušenost.

Rušenje postojećih naplatnih kućica u planu je u nekoj kasnijoj fazi projekta - piše Jutarnji list.

Slovačka kompanija Sky Toll zajedno s tvrtkom TellNet pobijedila je na natječaju za novi sustav naplate na autocestama u Hrvatskoj, objavile su Hrvatske autoceste.

Sky Toll u svojoj ponudi obvezao se da će izgraditi novi sustav naplate za 99.891.850,64 milijuna eura S PDV-om. Procijenjena vrijednost nabave novog sustava na natječaju bila je 100 milijuna eura. Za odluku o odabiru bilo je potrebno šest i pol mjeseci od otvaranja ponuda 18. srpnja prošle godine. Naši sugovornici tvrde kako je to vrijeme utrošeno na analizu svih 10 ponuda koliko je pristiglo na natječaj. U odluci o odabiru navodi se da je od tih 10 ponuda njih pet odbijeno jer su neprihvatljive - piše Jutarnji list.

Cjelokupni novi sustav naplate cestarine financira se bespovratnim europskim sredstvima iz Nacionalnog plana oporavka i otpornosti.

Ako na ovu odluku neće biti žalbi, ugovor bi se mogao potpisati do kraja ovog mjeseca. Rok za izvođenje radova je 24 mjeseci te bi Hrvatska novi sustav naplate cestarine trebala dobiti 2026. godine.

Ovo je praktično pretposljednji potez uvođenja novog sustava naplate cestarine kao jednog od najvažnijih i i najskupljih infrastrukturnih projekata ove Vlade. On je uslijedio punih osam godina nakon što je u veljači 2016. tada tek imenovani ministar prometa Oleg Butković najavio promjenu sustava naplate te izradu analize koja bi trebala biti integrirana u Hrvatskoj. U tih osam godina prošli smo put od ideje o uvođenju vinjeta do konačnog, dvojnog rješenja - cestarina će se naplaćivati beskontaktno putem ENC uređaja i automatskim prepoznavanjem registarskih pločica (ALPR). Novi sustav bit će implementiran svim autocestama u Hrvatskoj kod sva tri koncesionara HAC-A, Bina Istre i Autoceste Zagreb-Macelj. Cestarina će se i nadalje naplaćivati na osnovu prijeđene udaljenosti. Ulazak i izlazak vozila bit će registriran putem DSRC čitača za ENC uređaje i kamera za detekciju registarskih pločica. DRC čitači i kamere bit će postavljeni na portale koji će biti razmješteni po autocestama. Broj portala na autocestama odredit će isporučitelj opreme.

ENC uređaji biti će obvezni za teška vozila, a neobavezni za laka vozila. ALRP sustav koristit će se pak samo za laka vozila. Velika novina je da će se svi korisnici, bez obzira koji sustav koriste morati registrirati u sustav te dostaviti broj registracije, državu njena izdavanja i način plaćanja. ENC uređaj bit će vezan uz registraciju vozila te ga njegovi korisnici više neće prenositi iz vozila u vozilo kao sada.

Visina cestarine određivat će se prema jediničnoj cijeni po kilometru za različite skupine vozila koju utvrđuje svaki upravitelj i koncesionar. Uz to uvest će se nekoliko cjenovnih kategorija – ljeta sezona, vožnja vikendom, veća prometna zagušenost.

Rušenje postojećih naplatnih kućica u planu je u nekoj kasnijoj fazi projekta - piše Jutarnji list.

Slovačka kompanija Sky Toll zajedno s tvrtkom TellNet pobijedila je na natječaju za novi sustav naplate na autocestama u Hrvatskoj, objavile su Hrvatske autoceste.

Sky Toll u svojoj ponudi obvezao se da će izgraditi novi sustav naplate za 99.891.850,64 milijuna eura S PDV-om. Procijenjena vrijednost nabave novog sustava na natječaju bila je 100 milijuna eura. Za odluku o odabiru bilo je potrebno šest i pol mjeseci od otvaranja ponuda 18. srpnja prošle godine. Naši sugovornici tvrde kako je to vrijeme utrošeno na analizu svih 10 ponuda koliko je pristiglo na natječaj. U odluci o odabiru navodi se da je od tih 10 ponuda njih pet odbijeno jer su neprihvatljive - piše Jutarnji list.

Cjelokupni novi sustav naplate cestarine financira se bespovratnim europskim sredstvima iz Nacionalnog plana oporavka i otpornosti.

Ako na ovu odluku neće biti žalbi, ugovor bi se mogao potpisati do kraja ovog mjeseca. Rok za izvođenje radova je 24 mjeseci te bi Hrvatska novi sustav naplate cestarine trebala dobiti 2026. godine.

Ovo je praktično pretposljednji potez uvođenja novog sustava naplate cestarine kao jednog od najvažnijih i i najskupljih infrastrukturnih projekata ove Vlade. On je uslijedio punih osam godina nakon što je u veljači 2016. tada tek imenovani ministar prometa Oleg Butković najavio promjenu sustava naplate te izradu analize koja bi trebala biti integrirana u Hrvatskoj.
