Udruga prijatelja životinja iz Vinkovaca ponovno je upozorila sugrađane kako odbačeni, a pretpostavljaju i necijepljeni psi, postaju pred kraj zime i početkom proljeća velika opasnost za Vinkovčane.

- U razdoblju obveznog cijepljenja pasa gradske su ulice prepune napuštenih životinja, koje neodgovorni vlasnici ostavljaju kako bi izbjegli svoju obvezu i trošak cijepljenja. Iz većine vinkovačkih naselja, ali i susjednih Nuštra i Andrijaševaca, dobili smo dojave o većem broju napuštenih pasa. Napuštene životinje često se drže u čoporu, a zbog gladi i života na hladnoći i cesti, prijetnja su i ljudima i drugim životinjama - upozorava Danica Dečev iz Udruge prijatelja životinja Dr Ivan Rostaš.

Stoga je građanima ponovno upućen apel da „dobro razmisle prije nego odluče nabaviti psa ili bilo koju drugu životinju za ljubimca, jer svaka životinja je živo biće koje se ne može tretirati kao stvar“.

– Neki psa uzmu iz praktičnih razloga – da lovi štakore, rastjeruje ptice, kao čuvara za kuću ili vikendicu, pa i kao igračku i statusni simbol. Kada životinja ne opravda njihova nerealna očekivanja, ljudi ih se rješavaju zbog najbanalnijih razloga – prevelik je ili preživ, preglasno laje, zamijenili bi ga za manjeg - dodaje Danica Dečev.

Iz udruge pozivaju sve vlasnike da „mikročipiraju“ svoje ljubimce ili ih steriliziraju kako bi se i tim putem smanjio broj napuštenih životinja.

Pred „prijateljima životinja“ je i cijepljenje najmanje 40 pasa, koliko ih je trenutno na skrbi na više lokacija u Vinkovcima, jer odgovrajući azil ne postoji. Još jednom je upućen i apel za neophodnim donacijama u obliku hrane i lijekova za zbrinute životinje.

Udruga prijatelja životinja iz Vinkovaca ponovno je upozorila sugrađane kako odbačeni, a pretpostavljaju i necijepljeni psi, postaju pred kraj zime i početkom proljeća velika opasnost za Vinkovčane.

- U razdoblju obveznog cijepljenja pasa gradske su ulice prepune napuštenih životinja, koje neodgovorni vlasnici ostavljaju kako bi izbjegli svoju obvezu i trošak cijepljenja. Iz većine vinkovačkih naselja, ali i susjednih Nuštra i Andrijaševaca, dobili smo dojave o većem broju napuštenih pasa. Napuštene životinje često se drže u čoporu, a zbog gladi i života na hladnoći i cesti, prijetnja su i ljudima i drugim životinjama - upozorava Danica Dečev iz Udruge prijatelja životinja Dr Ivan Rostaš.

Stoga je građanima ponovno upućen apel da „dobro razmisle prije nego odluče nabaviti psa ili bilo koju drugu životinju za ljubimca, jer svaka životinja je živo biće koje se ne može tretirati kao stvar“.

– Neki psa uzmu iz praktičnih razloga – da lovi štakore, rastjeruje ptice, kao čuvara za kuću ili vikendicu, pa i kao igračku i statusni simbol. Kada životinja ne opravda njihova nerealna očekivanja, ljudi ih se rješavaju zbog najbanalnijih razloga – prevelik je ili preživ, preglasno laje, zamijenili bi ga za manjeg - dodaje Danica Dečev.

Iz udruge pozivaju sve vlasnike da „mikročipiraju“ svoje ljubimce ili ih steriliziraju kako bi se i tim putem smanjio broj napuštenih životinja.

Pred „prijateljima životinja“ je i cijepljenje najmanje 40 pasa, koliko ih je trenutno na skrbi na više lokacija u Vinkovcima, jer odgovrajući azil ne postoji. Još jednom je upućen i apel za neophodnim donacijama u obliku hrane i lijekova za zbrinute životinje.
