U Zagrebu je Policija uhitila 62-godišnjeg taksista koji je krajem rujna u više navrata klijente vozio u pijanom stanju.

Snimka nadzorne kamere prikazala je kako se automobil marke Volkswagen Sharan oko 15 sati kreće Vlaškom ulicom prema zapadu. Automobil koji je vlasništvo optuženog muškarca potom je na prostoru Europskog trga skoro udario pješakinju i dijete koje je vozila u kolicima. Vozilo se poslije ‘za dlaku‘ izbjegnutog incidenta pozicioniralo na stajalište za taksije, gdje je vozaču nedugo nakon pristupio policajac, prenosi Zagreb info.

- Prilikom komunikacije s njim osjetio sam jak miris alkohola, nakon čega sam mu rekao da izađe iz vozila te ga pitao da li pristaje na alkotestiranje, na što je pristao. Nakon izlaska iz vozila vidio sam da tetura, jedva je stajao na nogama, rekao je policajac vidljiv na snimci nadzorne kamere.

Vozaču je alkotestom u krvi utvrđeno 3,51 promila alkohola, a vađenje krvi i urina je odbio. Nakon što je potpisao izvješće u zapisniku, muškarac je odveden na triježnjenje, prenosi Zagreb info.

- I prodavačice iz obližnje trgovine su nam se znale žaliti govoreći da vozač tog taksija učestalo kupuje pivu od dvije litre koju stavlja u ruksak. Kad se taj dan parkirao, osjetio se intenzivan miris alkohola, a u jednom trenu mislio sam da nije pri sebi, ali je spavao, svjedočio je jedan od njegovih kolega taksista, koji su o svemu obavijestili Policiju.

Vozač je proglašen krivim, a vozačka dozvola mu je oduzeta na šest mjeseci. Vrtoglavi iznos kazne od 15.000 kuna smanjen je  na 14.400 kuna, jer je osuđeni dva dana proveo u policijskom pritvoru.

U Zagrebu je Policija uhitila 62-godišnjeg taksista koji je krajem rujna u više navrata klijente vozio u pijanom stanju.

Snimka nadzorne kamere prikazala je kako se automobil marke Volkswagen Sharan oko 15 sati kreće Vlaškom ulicom prema zapadu. Automobil koji je vlasništvo optuženog muškarca potom je na prostoru Europskog trga skoro udario pješakinju i dijete koje je vozila u kolicima. Vozilo se poslije ‘za dlaku‘ izbjegnutog incidenta pozicioniralo na stajalište za taksije, gdje je vozaču nedugo nakon pristupio policajac, prenosi Zagreb info.

- Prilikom komunikacije s njim osjetio sam jak miris alkohola, nakon čega sam mu rekao da izađe iz vozila te ga pitao da li pristaje na alkotestiranje, na što je pristao. Nakon izlaska iz vozila vidio sam da tetura, jedva je stajao na nogama, rekao je policajac vidljiv na snimci nadzorne kamere.

Vozaču je alkotestom u krvi utvrđeno 3,51 promila alkohola, a vađenje krvi i urina je odbio. Nakon što je potpisao izvješće u zapisniku, muškarac je odveden na triježnjenje, prenosi Zagreb info.

- I prodavačice iz obližnje trgovine su nam se znale žaliti govoreći da vozač tog taksija učestalo kupuje pivu od dvije litre koju stavlja u ruksak. Kad se taj dan parkirao, osjetio se intenzivan miris alkohola, a u jednom trenu mislio sam da nije pri sebi, ali je spavao, svjedočio je jedan od njegovih kolega taksista, koji su o svemu obavijestili Policiju.

Vozač je proglašen krivim, a vozačka dozvola mu je oduzeta na šest mjeseci. Vrtoglavi iznos kazne od 15.000 kuna smanjen je  na 14.400 kuna, jer je osuđeni dva dana proveo u policijskom pritvoru.

U Zagrebu je Policija uhitila 62-godišnjeg taksista koji je krajem rujna u više navrata klijente vozio u pijanom stanju.

Snimka nadzorne kamere prikazala je kako se automobil marke Volkswagen Sharan oko 15 sati kreće Vlaškom ulicom prema zapadu. Automobil koji je vlasništvo optuženog muškarca potom je na prostoru Europskog trga skoro udario pješakinju i dijete koje je vozila u kolicima. Vozilo se poslije ‘za dlaku‘ izbjegnutog incidenta pozicioniralo na stajalište za taksije, gdje je vozaču nedugo nakon pristupio policajac, prenosi Zagreb info.

- Prilikom komunikacije s njim osjetio sam jak miris alkohola, nakon čega sam mu rekao da izađe iz vozila te ga pitao da li pristaje na alkotestiranje, na što je pristao. Nakon izlaska iz vozila vidio sam da tetura, jedva je staj...
