Krajem godine zbrajaju se turistički rezultati i logično uspoređuju s onima iz rekordne sezone. Premda je ovo ljeto u tom smislu bilo itekako berićetno, ipak se nije uspjelo dosegnuti brojke iz pretpandemijskog razdoblja i najbolje 2019. godine.

 

No kad smo kod brojki i podataka iz eVisitora o dolasku i noćenjima gostiju u Hrvatskoj, one su godinama ionako pod velikim znakom sumnje.

 

U kolovozu, na vrhuncu sezone, predsjednik Udruge hrvatskih putničkih agencija Tomislav Fain konstatirao je da samo na zadarskom području oko četrdeset posto (!) iznajmljivača ne prijavljuje svoje goste. To bi značilo da je broj turista koji je posjetio Zadar i okolicu možda i četrdeset posto veći od onoga što je zabilježila službena statistika.

 

Rodbina i prijatelji 

 

Primijenimo li to na područje cijele Hrvatske, a nema razloga sumnjati da se takvo što u manjem ili većem postotku nije događalo i ne događa i u drugim sredinama, znači da su naše turističke brojke kudikamo drukčije od onih koje Hrvatska turistička zajednica i Ministarstvo turizma iznose kao službene, naročito kada se temelje isključivo na podacima iz eVisitora.

 

Isto tako, ako se broje ulasci u Hrvatsku preko graničnih prijelaza ili "na kućicama" autoceste, poput onih u Lučkom, treba razabrati tko je od tih stranaca zaista ostao odmarati se u Hrvatskoj, a tko produžio dalje prema Crnoj Gori, Albaniji, Grčkoj ili Turskoj. 

 

Kad se osvijesti i činjenica da se veliki dio domaćih gostiju u privatnom smještaju ne prijavljuje jer ih se predstavlja kao rodbinu i prijatelje, ostaje veliki misterij je li 2022. možda najbolja turistička godina ikada ili je to zaista 2019.

 

– U pravu ste, ti podaci teško mogu biti relevantni, naročito kad se temelje samo na eVisitoru. No uvjeren sam da je 2022. ipak bila turistički lošija godina od 2019., jer onaj tko od privatnih iznajmljivača nije ove godine upisivao goste, nije to, nažalost, radio ni prije. EVisitor je dobar sustav, danas je maksimalno pojednostavljen, ali tako nije bilo u početku pa je to privatnim iznajmljivačima stvaralo velike brige i onda su ga zanemarivali – kaže Daniel Radeta, predsjednik udruge koja okuplja vlasnike privatnog smještaja na zadarskom području.

Problem je GDPR

 

Radeta veli da je puno relevantniji podatak o broju gostiju onaj kojim raspolaže policija s graničnih prijelaza, no kako će veliki dio njih biti uklonjen ulaskom Hrvatske u tzv. schengenski prostor, ostaje pitanje kako ubuduće "brojiti" turiste i mjeriti uspješnost sezone.

 

– U tom smislu država se nikako ne bi smjela oslanjati na privatne iznajmljivače. Suludo je da oni kao paušalisti koji plaćaju porez neovisno o broju gostiju moraju upisivati njihove podatke u eVisitor. Dobar dio ih to ne čini zato jer smatraju da to ne bi ni trebala biti njihova obveza, s obzirom da iz primljene rezervacije imaju sve potrebne podatke o gostima, a o njihovu boravku u Hrvatskoj trebala bi se kroz svoje službene evidencije brinuti država – veli Radeta, i spominje još jedan veliki problem s kojim se posljednjih godina suočavaju privatni iznajmljivači.          

 

– Primjena GDPR-a, kojim se štiti tajnost osobnih podataka, stvorila nam je velike probleme. Gosti se pozivaju na to da su osobne podatke na upit dužni podastrijeti jedino policiji, a sve je drugo njihova dobra volja. Znači, ako vam gost želi uskratiti podatke iz njegove osobne iskaznice ili putovnice pozivajući se na GDPR, tu je privatni iznajmljivač nemoćan. I to je razlog zbog kojeg neki privatni izajmljivači, koji su po tom pitanju doživjeli neugodnosti s turistima koji su kod njih odsjeli, ne žele iste prijavljivati u eVisitor – zaključuje naš sugovornik.

Krajem godine zbrajaju se turistički rezultati i logično uspoređuju s onima iz rekordne sezone. Premda je ovo ljeto u tom smislu bilo itekako berićetno, ipak se nije uspjelo dosegnuti brojke iz pretpandemijskog razdoblja i najbolje 2019. godine.

 

No kad smo kod brojki i podataka iz eVisitora o dolasku i noćenjima gostiju u Hrvatskoj, one su godinama ionako pod velikim znakom sumnje.

 

U kolovozu, na vrhuncu sezone, predsjednik Udruge hrvatskih putničkih agencija Tomislav Fain konstatirao je da samo na zadarskom području oko četrdeset posto (!) iznajmljivača ne prijavljuje svoje goste. To bi značilo da je broj turista koji je posjetio Zadar i okolicu možda i četrdeset posto veći od onoga što je zabilježila službena statistika.

 

Rodbina i prijatelji 

 

Primijenimo li to na područje cijele Hrvatske, a nema razloga sumnjati da se takvo što u manjem ili većem postotku nije događalo i ne događa i u drugim sredinama, znači da su naše turističke brojke kudikamo drukčije od onih koje Hrvatska turistička zajednica i Ministarstvo turizma iznose kao službene, naročito kada se temelje isključivo na podacima iz eVisitora.

 

Isto tako, ako se broje ulasci u Hrvatsku preko graničnih prijelaza ili "na kućicama" autoceste, poput onih u Lučkom, treba razabrati tko je od tih stranaca zaista ostao odmarati se u Hrvatskoj, a tko produžio dalje prema Crnoj Gori, Albaniji, Grčkoj ili Turskoj. 

 

Kad se osvijesti i činjenica da se veliki dio domaćih gostiju u privatnom smještaju ne prijavljuje jer ih se predstavlja kao rodbinu i prijatelje, ostaje veliki misterij je li 2022. možda najbolja turistička godina ikada ili je to zaista 2019.

 

– U pravu ste, ti podaci teško mogu biti relevantni, naročito kad se temelje samo na eVisitoru. No uvjeren sam da je 2022. ipak bila turistički lošija godina od 2019., jer onaj tko od privatnih iznajmljivača nije ove godine upisivao goste, nije to, nažalost, radio ni prije. EVisitor je dobar sustav, danas je maksimalno pojednostavljen, ali tako nije bilo u početku pa je to privatnim iznajmljivačima stvaralo velike brige i onda su ga zanemarivali – kaže Daniel Radeta, predsjednik udruge koja okuplja vlasnike privatnog smještaja na zadarskom području.

Problem je GDPR

 

Radeta veli da je puno relevantniji podatak o broju gostiju onaj kojim raspolaže policija s graničnih prijelaza, no kako će veliki dio njih biti uklonjen ulaskom Hrvatske u tzv. schengenski prostor, ostaje pitanje kako ubuduće "brojiti" turiste i mjeriti uspješnost sezone.

 

– U tom smislu država se nikako ne bi smjela oslanjati na privatne iznajmljivače. Suludo je da oni kao paušalisti koji plaćaju porez neovisno o broju gostiju moraju upisivati njihove podatke u eVisitor. Dobar dio ih to ne čini zato jer smatraju da to ne bi ni trebala biti njihova obveza, s obzirom da iz primljene rezervacije imaju sve potrebne podatke o gostima, a o njihovu boravku u Hrvatskoj trebala bi se kroz svoje službene evidencije brinuti država – veli Radeta, i spominje još jedan veliki problem s kojim se posljednjih godina suočavaju privatni iznajmljivači.          

 

– Primjena GDPR-a, kojim se štiti tajnost osobnih podataka, stvorila nam je velike probleme. Gosti se pozivaju na to da su osobne podatke na upit dužni podastrijeti jedino policiji, a sve je drugo njihova dobra volja. Znači, ako vam gost želi uskratiti podatke iz njegove osobne iskaznice ili putovnice pozivajući se na GDPR, tu je privatni iznajmljivač nemoćan. I to je razlog zbog kojeg neki privatni izajmljivači, koji su po tom pitanju doživjeli neugodnosti s turistima koji su kod njih odsjeli, ne žele iste prijavljivati u eVisitor – zaključuje naš sugovornik.
