Država ovršila i kuću Zorana Mamića, a vila koju prodaje Zdravko Mamić iznajmljivala se za 90.000 kuna, piše u utorak Jutarnji list.
Više od milijun i pol eura vrijede dva luksuzna stana na Cvjetnom trgu, a kuća od 800 četvornih metara sa zemljištem na Tuškancu mogla bi, prema nekim procjenama, postići cijenu od oko osam milijuna eura.
Gotovo deset milijuna eura Zdravko Mamić mogao bi uprihoditi prodajom nekretnina u Hrvatskoj te bez većih problema podmiriti dug poduzetniku Renatu Koraću, vlasniku lanca kladionica u BiH, koji je mu je posudio 44,5 milijuna kuna da bi podmirio dug državi.
Mamićev odvjetnik Veljko Miljević potvrdio je Jutarnjem listu da njegov klijent traži kupce za svoje nekretnine te dodao kako smatra da je to bio najbolji potez za sve, kako za državu koja je brzo dobila gotovinu, a i Mamića koji nije trebao čekati ovrhu, pa dražbu...
U prodaji su, naime, nekretnine povezane sa Zdravkom Mamićem na koje se u zemljišnim knjigama upisao poduzetnik Korać koji, kako nam je rekao njegov suradnik, nije zainteresiran za njihovo preuzimanje. Isprva je rok za vraćanje pozajmice bio krajem lipnja ove godine, ali rekli su nam da će se taj period produljiti do kraja godine.
U nekom trenutku kuća na Tuškancu navodno se iznajmljivala, i to po cijeni od 12 tisuća eura mjesečno. No, nije poznato tko je bio spreman platiti toliki iznos. Iako doznajemo od poznavatelja tržišta da takve nekretnine uvijek nađu svoje kupce, ali ne putem oglasnika, nego većinom usmenom predajom i poznanstvima.
Na dražbu bi, pak, neslužbeno doznajemo, uskoro trebala i kuća Mamićeva brata Zorana, u Markuševečkoj Dubravi, na kojoj je, pak, upisano bankovno potraživanje od 8,7 milijuna kuna, a koje je lani preuzeo njegov odvjetnik Mijo Golub.
Međutim, u zemljišnim knjigama na kući je upisana i ovrha. Glasnogovornik Općinskog građanskog suda u Zagrebu rekao nam je da je na "navedenoj nekretnini ovrhu pokrenula Republika Hrvatska", piše novinarka Jutarnjeg lista Vanja Nezirović.

Država ovršila i kuću Zorana Mamića, a vila koju prodaje Zdravko Mamić iznajmljivala se za 90.000 kuna, piše u utorak Jutarnji list.
Više od milijun i pol eura vrijede dva luksuzna stana na Cvjetnom trgu, a kuća od 800 četvornih metara sa zemljištem na Tuškancu mogla bi, prema nekim procjenama, postići cijenu od oko osam milijuna eura.
Gotovo deset milijuna eura Zdravko Mamić mogao bi uprihoditi prodajom nekretnina u Hrvatskoj te bez većih problema podmiriti dug poduzetniku Renatu Koraću, vlasniku lanca kladionica u BiH, koji je mu je posudio 44,5 milijuna kuna da bi podmirio dug državi.
Mamićev odvjetnik Veljko Miljević potvrdio je Jutarnjem listu da njegov klijent traži kupce za svoje nekretnine te dodao kako smatra da je to bio najbolji potez za sve, kako za državu koja je brzo dobila gotovinu, a i Mamića koji nije trebao čekati ovrhu, pa dražbu...
U prodaji su, naime, nekretnine povezane sa Zdravkom Mamićem na koje se u zemljišnim knjigama upisao poduzetnik Korać koji, kako nam je rekao njegov suradnik, nije zainteresiran za njihovo preuzimanje. Isprva je rok za vraćanje pozajmice bio krajem lipnja ove godine, ali rekli su nam da će se taj period produljiti do kraja godine.
U nekom trenutku kuća na Tuškancu navodno se iznajmljivala, i to po cijeni od 12 tisuća eura mjesečno. No, nije poznato tko je bio spreman platiti toliki iznos. Iako doznajemo od poznavatelja tržišta da takve nekretnine uvijek nađu svoje kupce, ali ne putem oglasnika, nego većinom usmenom predajom i poznanstvima.
Na dražbu bi, pak, neslužbeno doznajemo, uskoro trebala i kuća Mamićeva brata Zorana, u Markuševečkoj Dubravi, na kojoj je, pak, upisano bankovno potraživanje od 8,7 milijuna kuna, a koje je lani preuzeo njegov odvjetnik Mijo Golub.
Međutim, u zemljišnim knjigama na kući je upisana i ovrha. Glasnogovornik Općinskog građanskog suda u Zagrebu rekao nam je da je na "navedenoj nekretnini ovrhu pokrenula Republika Hrvatska", piše novinarka Jutarnjeg lista Vanja Nezirović.
