Danas oko 15.15 proradio je CEZIH (Centralni zdravstveni informacijski sustav RH), koji je u srijedu oko 12 sati počeo "padati", da bi u četvrtak gotovo u potpunosti "pao", stvorivši diljem Hrvatske goleme probleme u normalnom radu i funkcioniranju ljekarni, ambulanti i ostalih, kako privatnih, tako i javnozdravstvenih medicinskih ustanova.
Prvi problemi, prema riječima dr. Vikice Krolo, liječnice opće medicine i zamjenice predsjednika Hrvatske liječničke komore (HLK), počeli su u srijedu prijepodne.
– Imala sam zaista velikih problema, kao i cijela Hrvatska. Nastala je panika, jer su se kolege liječnici iz svih dijelova Hrvatske žalili na probleme u radu zbog CEZIH-a. Već oko 14 sati sam na stolu imala narudžbe za lijekove za mojih 40-ak pacijenata. I svi su ti recepti bili napisani, ali nisu mogli elektronički "odletjeti" prema ljekarnama. Rečeno nam je, ako se budu događale ovakve situacije da CEZIH "padne", da pacijentima ispisujemo recepte na papiru i da im ih isprintamo. No tko zna imaju li liječnici više uopće ikakve zalihe onih starih papirnatih recepata na kojima smo prije pisali recepte – kazuje dr. Krolo.
Svim korisnima usluga CEZIH-a došla je obavijest iz HZZO-a kako "trenutačno postoje poteškoće CEZIH sustava, kod spajanja na VPN servere i kako HZZO intenzivno radi na otklanjanju tih poteškoća".
– Kada je u pitanju slanje uputnica preko CEZIH-a, to je možda malo manje bitno. Naime, uputnica i ne mora odmah biti vidljiva u sustavu jer ni jedan pacijent koji dođe kod svog obiteljskog liječnika, u ambulantu, ne ide poslije toga odmah na pregled u bolnicu. No kada su u pitanju recepti za lijekove, vrlo je bitno da oni u što kraćem vremenu budu "na ekranu" u ljekarnama jer mnogim ljudima lijek koji su naručili treba hitno – govori dr. Krolo.
Kao jedan od mogućih problema zbog čega je CEZIH "pao", naš sugovornik, djelatnik ljekarne, koji je želio ostati anoniman, navodi da je razlog "štekanja" možda u činjenici što u sljedeća dva dana izlazi nova lista lijekova, na kojoj bi cijene nekih skupljih lijekova trebale biti nešto niže. On razlog "štekanja" CEZIH-a traži u nadogradnji sustava.
Pojašnjenje zbog čega je CEZIH "pao" zatražili smo i od HZZO-a, a oni su odgovorili: "Povremeno se pojavljuju problemi pri spajanju korisnika na CEZIH sustav. Sva tehnička podrška angažirana je na njihovu otklanjanju, te na normalizaciji rada sustava."

Danas oko 15.15 proradio je CEZIH (Centralni zdravstveni informacijski sustav RH), koji je u srijedu oko 12 sati počeo "padati", da bi u četvrtak gotovo u potpunosti "pao", stvorivši diljem Hrvatske goleme probleme u normalnom radu i funkcioniranju ljekarni, ambulanti i ostalih, kako privatnih, tako i javnozdravstvenih medicinskih ustanova.
Prvi problemi, prema riječima dr. Vikice Krolo, liječnice opće medicine i zamjenice predsjednika Hrvatske liječničke komore (HLK), počeli su u srijedu prijepodne.
– Imala sam zaista velikih problema, kao i cijela Hrvatska. Nastala je panika, jer su se kolege liječnici iz svih dijelova Hrvatske žalili na probleme u radu zbog CEZIH-a. Već oko 14 sati sam na stolu imala narudžbe za lijekove za mojih 40-ak pacijenata. I svi su ti recepti bili napisani, ali nisu mogli elektronički "odletjeti" prema ljekarnama. Rečeno nam je, ako se budu događale ovakve situacije da CEZIH "padne", da pacijentima ispisujemo recepte na papiru i da im ih isprintamo. No tko zna imaju li liječnici više uopće ikakve zalihe onih starih papirnatih recepata na kojima smo prije pisali recepte – kazuje dr. Krolo.
Svim korisnima usluga CEZIH-a došla je obavijest iz HZZO-a kako "trenutačno postoje poteškoće CEZIH sustava, kod spajanja na VPN servere i kako HZZO intenzivno radi na otklanjanju tih poteškoća".
– Kada je u pitanju slanje uputnica preko CEZIH-a, to je možda malo manje bitno. Naime, uputnica i ne mora odmah biti vidljiva u sustavu jer ni jedan pacijent koji dođe kod svog obiteljskog liječnika, u ambulantu, ne ide poslije toga odmah na pregled u bolnicu. No kada su u pitanju recepti za lijekove, vrlo je bitno da oni u što kraćem vremenu budu "na ekranu" u ljekarnama jer mnogim ljudima lijek koji su naručili treba hitno – govori dr. Krolo.
Kao jedan od mogućih problema zbog čega je CEZIH "pao", naš sugovornik, djelatnik ljekarne, koji je želio ostati anoniman, navodi da je razlog "štekanja" možda u činjenici što u sljedeća dva dana izlazi nova lista lijekova, na kojoj bi cijene nekih skupljih lijekova trebale biti nešto niže. On razlog "štekanja" CEZIH-a traži u nadogradnji sustava.
Pojašnjenje zbog čega je CEZIH "pao" zatražili smo i od HZZO-a, a oni su odgovorili: "Povremeno se pojavljuju problemi pri spajanju korisnika na CEZIH sustav. Sva tehnička podrška angažirana je na njihovu otklanjanju, te na normalizaciji rada sustava."
