“Da, bivši je ministar u ponedjeljak došao na posao i, koliko smo vidjeli, preuzeo mjesto šefa Zavoda za gastroenterologiju od dosadašnjeg v.d. prof. dr. Ivice Grgurevića”, kažu nam kolege Milana Kujundžića koji se odlučio vratiti u saborske klupe nakon što ga je premijer Andrej Plenković nedavno smijenio, ali i u KB Dubrava, gdje ga je čekalo mjesto pročelnika Zavoda, piše Jutarnji list.

Naime, više od tri godine na tom je mjestu kao vršitelj dužnosti bio prof. dr. Grgurević, čovjek od povjerenja bivšeg ministra zdravstva. Riječju, čuvao mu je stolicu.

O Kujundžićevu povratku u medicinske vode postavili smo nekoliko pitanja ravnatelju KB-a Dubrava, Srećku Marušiću. No, umjesto konkretnih odgovora iz bolnice su bili “kratki i jasni”.

“Sukladno Zakonu o zaštiti osobnih podataka nismo u mogućnosti odgovoriti na vaš upit. Ono što vam mogu reći, a to je da će sve biti sukladno zakonskim odredbama i internim aktima KB Dubrava”, napisao je ravnatelj.

Zanimljiva konstatacija jer zanimalo nas je samo kada se bivši ministar vratio na posao te je li ili pak hoće li biti raspoređen na mjesto pročelnika Zavoda.

Pitali smo također koja je bila procedura “oživljavanja” pročelničke funkcije za Kujundžića, odnosno što piše u tzv. povratnici koja se obično sastavlja kad neki od liječnika privremeno odlazi iz bolnice na neku političku funkciju, ali i to je prema ravnatelju Marušiću u području “zaštite osobnih podataka”.

Jednako tako “tajna” je i to na koje je mjesto raspoređen donedavni v.d. Grgurević, ali i broj sati koje će Kujundžić liječnik provoditi u bolnici i kolika će mu za to biti naknada.

Drugim riječima, u bolnici drže da je sve vezano uz bivšeg ministra zdravstva, a odnosi se na rad u javnoj bolnici, naprosto tajna prema Zakonu o zaštiti osobnih podataka. Da je to točno, teško bi javnost mogla znati i tko je, primjerice, ravnatelj KB-a Dubrava, po kojim je propisima izabran, što radi...

Odlučio volontirati u Hrvatskom saboru

Po svemu sudeći, bivši je ministar  Milan Kujundžić ipak odlučio da mu rad u bolnici i na Medicinskom fakultetu bude plaćen, dok će na onom zastupnika u Hrvatskom saboru volontirati.

Naime, zakon propisuje da jedna osoba ne može istodobno primati dvije plaće (onu liječnika i saborskog zastupnika) pa je to razlog što se dio liječnika, posebice onih koji su i nastavnici na medicinskim fakultetima, odlučuje za saborsko volontiranje.

Poznato je da liječnici nastavnici dobivaju plaću po tzv. kumulativnom radu, pa tako 80 posto plaće dobivaju od bolnice u kojoj su zaposleni, a ovisno o nastavničkom statusu mogu jednako toliko dobivati i od nekog od medicinskih fakulteta.

Drugim riječima, nekima plaće mogu biti iznositi i do 180 posto normalne plaće liječnika u bolnici pa im se u Saboru više isplati volontirati.

“Da, bivši je ministar u ponedjeljak došao na posao i, koliko smo vidjeli, preuzeo mjesto šefa Zavoda za gastroenterologiju od dosadašnjeg v.d. prof. dr. Ivice Grgurevića”, kažu nam kolege Milana Kujundžića koji se odlučio vratiti u saborske klupe nakon što ga je premijer Andrej Plenković nedavno smijenio, ali i u KB Dubrava, gdje ga je čekalo mjesto pročelnika Zavoda, piše Jutarnji list.

Naime, više od tri godine na tom je mjestu kao vršitelj dužnosti bio prof. dr. Grgurević, čovjek od povjerenja bivšeg ministra zdravstva. Riječju, čuvao mu je stolicu.

O Kujundžićevu povratku u medicinske vode postavili smo nekoliko pitanja ravnatelju KB-a Dubrava, Srećku Marušiću. No, umjesto konkretnih odgovora iz bolnice su bili “kratki i jasni”.

“Sukladno Zakonu o zaštiti osobnih podataka nismo u mogućnosti odgovoriti na vaš upit. Ono što vam mogu reći, a to je da će sve biti sukladno zakonskim odredbama i internim aktima KB Dubrava”, napisao je ravnatelj.

Svi smo mi Dr. House

Zanimljiva konstatacija jer zanimalo nas je samo kada se bivši ministar vratio na posao te je li ili pak hoće li biti raspoređen na mjesto pročelnika Zavoda.

Pitali smo također koja je bila procedura “oživljavanja” pročelničke funkcije za Kujundžića, odnosno što piše u tzv. povratnici koja se obično sastavlja kad neki od liječnika privremeno odlazi iz bolnice na neku političku funkciju, ali i to je prema ravnatelju Marušiću u području “zaštite osobnih podataka”.

Jednako tako “tajna” je i to na koje je mjesto raspoređen donedavni v.d. Grgurević, ali i broj sati koje će Kujundžić liječnik provoditi u bolnici i kolika će mu za to biti naknada.

Drugim riječima, u bolnici drže da je sve vezano uz bivšeg ministra zdravstva, a odnosi se na rad u javnoj bolnici, naprosto tajna prema Zakonu o zaštiti osobnih podataka. Da je to točno, teško bi javnost mogla znati i tko je, primjerice, ravnatelj KB-a Dubrava, po kojim je propisima izabran, što radi...

Odlučio volontirati u Hrvatskom saboru

Po svemu sudeći, bivši je ministar  Milan Kujundžić ipak odlučio da mu rad u bolnici i na Medicinskom fakultetu bude plaćen, dok će na onom zastupnika u Hrvatskom saboru volontirati.

Naime, zakon propisuje da jedna osoba ne može istodobno primati dvije plaće (onu liječnika i saborskog zastupnika) pa je to razlog što se dio liječnika, posebice onih koji su i nastavnici na medicinskim fakultetima, odlučuje za saborsko volontiranje.

Poznato je da liječnici nastavnici dobivaju plaću po tzv. kumulativnom radu, pa tako 80 posto plaće dobivaju od bolnice u kojoj su zaposleni, a ovisno o nastavničkom statusu mogu jednako toliko dobivati i od nekog od medicinskih fakulteta.

Drugim riječima, nekima plaće mogu biti iznositi i do 180 posto normalne plaće liječnika u bolnici pa im se u Saboru više isplati volontirati.

Kujundžić se vratio u bolnicu, i to ravno u fotelju šefa Zavoda koju mu je čuvao čovjek od povjerenja, u KB Dubrava vrlo tajnoviti oko detalja

“Da, bivši je ministar u ponedjeljak došao na posao i, koliko smo vidjeli, preuzeo mjesto šefa Zavoda za gastroenterologiju od dosadašnjeg v.d. prof. dr. Ivice Grgurevića”, kažu nam kolege Milana Kujundžića koji se odlučio vratiti u saborske klupe nakon što ga je premijer Andrej Plenković nedavno smijenio, ali i u KB Dubrava, gdje ga je čekalo mjesto pročelnika Zavoda, piše Jutarnji list.

Naime, više od tri godine na tom je mjestu kao vršitelj dužnosti bio prof. dr. Grgurević, čovjek od povjerenja bivšeg ministra zdravstva. Riječju, čuvao mu je stolicu.

O Kujundžićevu povratku u medicinske vode postavili smo nekoliko pitanja ravnatelju KB-a Dubrava, Srećku Marušiću. No, umjesto konkretnih odgovora iz bolnice su bili “kratki i jasni”.
