Aribtražnu odluku o graničnom sporu Hrvatske i Slovenije na N1 televiziji je komentirala bivša premijerka Jadranka Kosor.
Je li vas iznenadila reakcija njemačkog veleposlanstva?
"I je i nije. Mislim da je važno reći da je jedan sudac koji se spominje u tim snimkama Nijemac. Arbitražni dogovor je dobar. Mi smo ga potpisali, ali nismo potpisali da nas netko, a to je Slovenija, ima pravo varati. Sjetite se riječi slovenskog ministra Erjavca prije skandala, da on zna kakav je pravorijek aribtraže. Slično je ponavljao i ove godine. To su stvari koji bismo trebali ponavljati našim prijateljima u EU, koji o tome malo znaju, gotovo ništa."
Iskusni diplomat Ivica Maštruko je kazao da će posljedice po Hrvatsku ipak biti dalekosežne i teške.
"Ne mislim da će biti. Postupkom Slovenije u arbitraži udareno je u stup vladavine prava. Mislim da naša Vlada treba inzistirati upravo na tome, da je vladavina prava srušena do temelja. Bilo bi ipak dobro da pokušavamo što je moguće više razgovarati sa slovenskim dužnosnicima."
Je li moguće bilateralno pregovarati bez da ova presuda bude polazišna točka?
"Mislim da će Slovenija na tome inzistirati, ali treba sjesti i razgovarati. Ako mislite da su razgovori s Pahorom bili ugodni, varate se. Led se mogao razbijati čekićem. Ledena, ledena atmosfera. Mediji su tu pokušavali stvoriti "love story", no to nije bilo tako."
Bi li Hrvatska potpisala pristupni ugovor da nismo dogovorili arbitražu?
"Ne bismo postali članica EU da nas Slovenija nije odblokirala. Slovenija je svoje pravo članice obilato koristila. Naš gospodarski rast danas je takav uglavnom zahvaljujući članstvu u EU. Kada je moj prethodnik napustio kormilo, brod... Napustio je brod koji je žestoko tonuo, situacija je bila tragična u svakom smislu - blokirani pregovori, gospodarstvo se srušilo... Do kraja mandata moje rate imali smo već neki minimalni rast u dva kvartala, ali to je bio taj tračak nade."
Može li nas Slovenija sada blokirati oko ulaska u Schengen?
"Slovenije je uvijek, kada je smatrala da može koristiti silu, to i radila. Moguće je da će sada posegnuti za tim alatom. No sada je situacija drugačija, mi smo isto članica EU i pozicija je drugačija. Franjo Tuđman je i davnih osamdesetih govorio da moramo postati članica EU", prenosi N1.

Aribtražnu odluku o graničnom sporu Hrvatske i Slovenije na N1 televiziji je komentirala bivša premijerka Jadranka Kosor.
Je li vas iznenadila reakcija njemačkog veleposlanstva?
"I je i nije. Mislim da je važno reći da je jedan sudac koji se spominje u tim snimkama Nijemac. Arbitražni dogovor je dobar. Mi smo ga potpisali, ali nismo potpisali da nas netko, a to je Slovenija, ima pravo varati. Sjetite se riječi slovenskog ministra Erjavca prije skandala, da on zna kakav je pravorijek aribtraže. Slično je ponavljao i ove godine. To su stvari koji bismo trebali ponavljati našim prijateljima u EU, koji o tome malo znaju, gotovo ništa."
Iskusni diplomat Ivica Maštruko je kazao da će posljedice po Hrvatsku ipak biti dalekosežne i teške.
"Ne mislim da će biti. Postupkom Slovenije u arbitraži udareno je u stup vladavine prava. Mislim da naša Vlada treba inzistirati upravo na tome, da je vladavina prava srušena do temelja. Bilo bi ipak dobro da pokušavamo što je moguće više razgovarati sa slovenskim dužnosnicima."
Je li moguće bilateralno pregovarati bez da ova presuda bude polazišna točka?
"Mislim da će Slovenija na tome inzistirati, ali treba sjesti i razgovarati. Ako mislite da su razgovori s Pahorom bili ugodni, varate se. Led se mogao razbijati čekićem. Ledena, ledena atmosfera. Mediji su tu pokušavali stvoriti "love story", no to nije bilo tako."
Bi li Hrvatska potpisala pristupni ugovor da nismo dogovorili arbitražu?
"Ne bismo postali članica EU da nas Slovenija nije odblokirala. Slovenija je svoje pravo članice obilato koristila. Naš gospodarski rast danas je takav uglavnom zahvaljujući članstvu u EU. Kada je moj prethodnik napustio kormilo, brod... Napustio je brod koji je žestoko tonuo, situacija je bila tragična u svakom smislu - blokirani pregovori, gospodarstvo se srušilo... Do kraja mandata moje rate imali smo već neki minimalni rast u dva kvartala, ali to je bio taj tračak nade."
Može li nas Slovenija sada blokirati oko ulaska u Schengen?
"Slovenije je uvijek, kada je smatrala da može koristiti silu, to i radila. Moguće je da će sada posegnuti za tim alatom. No sada je situacija drugačija, mi smo isto članica EU i pozicija je drugačija. Franjo Tuđman je i davnih osamdesetih govorio da moramo postati članica EU", prenosi N1.
