Komunikacijski stručnjak Mario Rakar prokomentirao je za HRT slučaj izvidničkog drona koji je u četvrtak završio na zagrebačkom Jarunu.
- Ja bih rekao da je najvjerojatniji scenarij to da je bio lansiran negdje, pretpostavljamo iz Ukrajine, da se pokvario i izgubio vezu sa svojom matičnom stanicom i jednostavno nastavio letjeti u ravnoj crti dok nije ostao bez goriva, što je taman negdje bilo na području grada Zagreba - rekao je Rakar.
Odgovorio je i na pitanje što je trebalo poduzeti kako bi incident, koji je, srećom, završio tek s materijalnom štetom, bio izbjegnut.
- Za pretpostaviti je da je dron bio primijećen na vrijeme, i Hrvatska i zemlje preko kojih je taj dron prošao imaju svoje radarske sustave i trebale su primijetiti takvu letjelicu. To znači da je vojska bila sasvim sigurno informirana da se nešto događa, pitanje je samo što su oni odlučili, koja je primjerena aktivnost za zaustavljanje tog drona. Što se same Hrvatske tiče, nisam stručnjak za te stvari, ali rekao bih da je sasvim jasno da između mađarske granice, gdje je dron prešao u Hrvatsku, i Zagreba ima svega 80, 90 kilometara zračne linije. Pri brzini od tih 700 km/h koliko taj dron brzo putuje, to je svega nekoliko minuta od mađarske granice do Jaruna. Bilo je jako malo vremena da se, ne znam, dignu naši MIG-ovi u zrak, da se presretne dron i da se eventualno donese odluka da ga se sruši - smatra komunikacijski stručnjak.
Pretpostavlja i da su nadležni procijenili da će šteta biti manja ako se dopusti da letjelica padne, nego da je se raznese raketom.
Po onome što znamo, ovaj je dron letio na relativno velikoj visini. Morao je biti primjećen na radaru. To je dron veličine manjeg aviona - zaključuje on.
Smatra da bi vlast kod ovakvih događaja trebala biti transparentna i brza u informiranju.
- Kad smo se mi probudili ujutro oko šest, sedam sati, trebala nas je već čekati nekakva informacija oko toga što se točno dogodilo, plus nekakva informacija što je točno Hrvatska poduzela da šteta bude najmanja moguća. Nažalost, takva je informacija izostala i imamo šest, sedam sati koji su bili "nepokriveni" službenim izvorima, što je naravno proizvelo puno raznih teorija, lažnih vijesti, pogrešnih interpretacija i svega ostaloga što slijedi iz toga - rekao je Rakar.
Misli da je malo vjerojatno da je riječ o pogrešci o kojoj se spekuliralo u medijima, o unošenju "pogrešnog Jaruna" u aplikaciju (budući da u Ukrajini postoji mjesto po imenu Yarun).
- Ja bih rekao da je to nevjerojatno, ali moguće. Bilo gdje i u bilo čemu se događaju greške. Možemo zamisliti nekog Ukrajinca koji je 15, 16 dana u intenzivnom ratu za vlastiti život, da je dovoljno umoran i dekoncentriran da može napraviti takvu pogrešku - zaključio je.
Naglašava da se moramo pouzdati u službene izvore koji su nam na raspolaganju.
Osim toga, nikad ranije nije bilo moguće pratiti ratna zbivanja kao što se to, zahvaljujući globalnoj umreženosti, događa danas.
- Klasično izvještavanje s reporterima u pancir jaknama više nije toliko bitno kao što je bilo ranije, što naravno ne znači da novinarski posao nije bitniji nego ikada. Jer iz te šume informacija koje su vrlo često kontradiktorne, pogrešne, brzoplete, u najboljoj namjeri odaslane, treba prepoznati stvarni kontekst događaja i što se tu doista dogodilo - poručuje komunikacijski stručnjak u razgovoru za HRT.

Komunikacijski stručnjak Mario Rakar prokomentirao je za HRT slučaj izvidničkog drona koji je u četvrtak završio na zagrebačkom Jarunu.
- Ja bih rekao da je najvjerojatniji scenarij to da je bio lansiran negdje, pretpostavljamo iz Ukrajine, da se pokvario i izgubio vezu sa svojom matičnom stanicom i jednostavno nastavio letjeti u ravnoj crti dok nije ostao bez goriva, što je taman negdje bilo na području grada Zagreba - rekao je Rakar.
Odgovorio je i na pitanje što je trebalo poduzeti kako bi incident, koji je, srećom, završio tek s materijalnom štetom, bio izbjegnut.
- Za pretpostaviti je da je dron bio primijećen na vrijeme, i Hrvatska i zemlje preko kojih je taj dron prošao imaju svoje radarske sustave i trebale su primijetiti takvu letjelicu. To znači da je vojska bila sasvim sigurno informirana da se nešto događa, pitanje je samo što su oni odlučili, koja je primjerena aktivnost za zaustavljanje tog drona. Što se same Hrvatske tiče, nisam stručnjak za te stvari, ali rekao bih da je sasvim jasno da između mađarske granice, gdje je dron prešao u Hrvatsku, i Zagreba ima svega 80, 90 kilometara zračne linije. Pri brzini od tih 700 km/h koliko taj dron brzo putuje, to je svega nekoliko minuta od mađarske granice do Jaruna. Bilo je jako malo vremena da se, ne znam, dignu naši MIG-ovi u zrak, da se presretne dron i da se eventualno donese odluka da ga se sruši - smatra komunikacijski stručnjak.
Pretpostavlja i da su nadležni procijenili da će šteta biti manja ako se dopusti da letjelica padne, nego da je se raznese raketom.
Po onome što znamo, ovaj je dron letio na relativno velikoj visini. Morao je biti primjećen na radaru. To je dron veličine manjeg aviona - zaključuje on.
Smatra da bi vlast kod ovakvih događaja trebala biti transparentna i brza u informiranju.
- Kad smo se mi probudili ujutro oko šest, sedam sati, trebala nas je već čekati nekakva informacija oko toga što se točno dogodilo, plus nekakva informacija što je točno Hrvatska poduzela da šteta bude najmanja moguća. Nažalost, takva je informacija izostala i imamo šest, sedam sati koji su bili "nepokriveni" službenim izvorima, što je naravno proizvelo puno raznih teorija, lažnih vijesti, pogrešnih interpretacija i svega ostaloga što slijedi iz toga - rekao je Rakar.
Misli da je malo vjerojatno da je riječ o pogrešci o kojoj se spekuliralo u medijima, o unošenju "pogrešnog Jaruna" u aplikaciju (budući da u Ukrajini postoji mjesto po imenu Yarun).
- Ja bih rekao da je to nevjerojatno, ali moguće. Bilo gdje i u bilo čemu se događaju greške. Možemo zamisliti nekog Ukrajinca koji je 15, 16 dana u intenzivnom ratu za vlastiti život, da je dovoljno umoran i dekoncentriran da može napraviti takvu pogrešku - zaključio je.
Naglašava da se moramo pouzdati u službene izvore koji su nam na raspolaganju.
Osim toga, nikad ranije nije bilo moguće pratiti ratna zbivanja kao što se to, zahvaljujući globalnoj umreženosti, događa danas.
- Klasično izvještavanje s reporterima u pancir jaknama više nije toliko bitno kao što je bilo ranije, što naravno ne znači da novinarski posao nije bitniji nego ikada. Jer iz te šume informacija koje su vrlo često kontradiktorne, pogrešne, brzoplete, u najboljoj namjeri odaslane, treba prepoznati stvarni kontekst događaja i što se tu doista dogodilo - poručuje komunikacijski stručnjak u razgovoru za HRT.
