[fulltext] => Sabor je danas održao zadnju sjednicu u ljetnom dijelu zasjedanja, a zastupnici će se na Markovom trgu ponovo okupiti tek sredinom rujna. Otkad je sedmi saziv konstituiran 22. prosinca zasjedali su 61 dan, što znači da su u kalendarskih sedam mjeseci klupe grijali tek dva mjeseca.
Plenarne sjednice trajale su ukupno 343 sata, no neki od zastupnika poput Željka Keruma nisu u fotelji u sabornici proveli niti osam sati, odnosno ni jedan radni dan.
Za troškove zastupnika u prvih šest mjeseci ove godine, ne računajući plaće, potrošeno je nešto manje od četiri milijuna kuna. To je, kako se pohvalio potpredsjednik Sabora Josip Leko (SDP), oko 700 tisuća kuna manje nego istom razdoblju lani.
- Vlada je proklamirala štednju, pa i Sabor manje troši - kazao je Leko koji zamjenjuje bolesnog predsjednika Sabora Borisa Šprema.
Prema saborskoj evidenciji porezne obveznike najviše je stajao Marin Jurjević (SDP) na čije je dnevnice, troškove dolaska i odlaska na sjednice te smještaj utrošeno 99.911 kuna.
Po visini troškova slijedi Dubrovčanin Frano Matušić (HDZ) s 89.020 kuna, Srđan Gjurković (HNS) sa 77.292 kuna, Tanja Vrbat (SDP) sa 76.736 kuna te Ante Babić (HDZ) sa 64.458 kuna.
Sabor je u šest mjeseci za najamnine stanova saborskih zastupnika potrošio 1,25 milijuna kuna, a skoro dvostruko više 2,1 milijuna kuna izdvojeno je za službene putne troškove u zemlji i inozemstvu (dnevnice, prijevoz, hotel).
Što se tiče službenih putovanja, u koja ne ulaze troškovi dolaska i odlaska na sjednice, nego isključivo putovanja izaslanstava najviše je potrošeno na Gvozdena Flegu (SDP) – 55.989 kuna, Tonina Piculu (SDP) – 46.047 kuna, Davora Božinovića (HDZ) – 41.610 kuna, Boris Blažeković (HNS) – 40.676 kuna te Marina Jurjevića (SDP) – 36.532 kuna.
Statistika rada sedmog saziva pokazuje kako je Sabor odradio 206 točaka dnevnog reda, donio 110 zakona od čega čak 103 u hitnoj proceduri.
Šeks: Sabor ne nadzire izvršnu vlast
Ocjenjujući dosadašnji rad ovog saziva Vladimir Šeks (HDZ) kazao je kako se Sabor ni u ovom sazivu nije izborio da bude onaj odlučujući mehanizam, ona poluga, koja će nadzirati izvršnu vlast.
- Još je izvršna vlast, posebno ostala predominantna u ovom dijelu zasjedanja. Ne da se nastavlja našim stopama, nego su debelo pojačali marginalizaciju Sabora – veli Šeks.
Zlatko Komadina (SDP) smatra da je Sabor u prvih šest mjeseci radio korektno i po pravilu službe. Ipak, slaže se s time da se retorika promijenila u odnosu na prijašnja vremena.
- Bio sam ovdje 1997., bila su ozbiljnija vremena i dignitet je bio viši. Danas je po mom sudu više partitokracije i osobnih egzbicionizama pojedinih kolega - smatra Komadina.
Za Igora Kolmana (HNS) Sabor je radio odlično.
- Pokazao je jednu veliku ozbiljnost u radu, pokazao je da je u stanju imati argumentirane i pristojne rasprave, a ne samo politikantsko nadmetanje - rekao je Kolman.

[text] => {OCMSplitter}Sabor je danas održao zadnju sjednicu u ljetnom dijelu zasjedanja, a zastupnici će se na Markovom trgu ponovo okupiti tek sredinom rujna. Otkad je sedmi saziv konstituiran 22. prosinca zasjedali su 61 dan, što znači da su u kalendarskih sedam mjeseci klupe grijali tek dva mjeseca.
Plenarne sjednice trajale su ukupno 343 sata, no neki od zastupnika poput Željka Keruma nisu u fotelji u sabornici proveli niti osam sati, odnosno ni jedan radni dan.
Za troškove zastupnika u prvih šest mjeseci ove godine, ne računajući plaće, potrošeno je nešto manje od četiri milijuna kuna. To je, kako se pohvalio potpredsjednik Sabora Josip Leko (SDP), oko 700 tisuća kuna manje nego istom razdoblju lani.
- Vlada je proklamirala štednju, pa i Sabor manje troši - kazao je Leko koji zamjenjuje bolesnog predsjednika Sabora Borisa Šprema.
Prema saborskoj evidenciji porezne obveznike najviše je stajao Marin Jurjević (SDP) na čije je dnevnice, troškove dolaska i odlaska na sjednice te smještaj utrošeno 99.911 kuna.
Po visini troškova slijedi Dubrovčanin Frano Matušić (HDZ) s 89.020 kuna, Srđan Gjurković (HNS) sa 77.292 kuna, Tanja Vrbat (SDP) sa 76.736 kuna te Ante Babić (HDZ) sa 64.458 kuna.
Sabor je u šest mjeseci za najamnine stanova saborskih zastupnika potrošio 1,25 milijuna kuna, a skoro dvostruko više 2,1 milijuna kuna izdvojeno je za službene putne troškove u zemlji i inozemstvu (dnevnice, prijevoz, hotel).
Što se tiče službenih putovanja, u koja ne ulaze troškovi dolaska i odlaska na sjednice, nego isključivo putovanja izaslanstava najviše je potrošeno na Gvozdena Flegu (SDP) – 55.989 kuna, Tonina Piculu (SDP) – 46.047 kuna, Davora Božinovića (HDZ) – 41.610 kuna, Boris Blažeković (HNS) – 40.676 kuna te Marina Jurjevića (SDP) – 36.532 kuna.
Statistika rada sedmog saziva pokazuje kako je Sabor odradio 206 točaka dnevnog reda, donio 110 zakona od čega čak 103 u hitnoj proceduri.
Šeks: Sabor ne nadzire izvršnu vlast
Ocjenjujući dosadašnji rad ovog saziva Vladimir Šeks (HDZ) kazao je kako se Sabor ni u ovom sazivu nije izborio da bude onaj odlučujući mehanizam, ona poluga, koja će nadzirati izvršnu vlast.
- Još je izvršna vlast, posebno ostala predominantna u ovom dijelu zasjedanja. Ne da se nastavlja našim stopama, nego su debelo pojačali marginalizaciju Sabora – veli Šeks.
Zlatko Komadina (SDP) smatra da je Sabor u prvih šest mjeseci radio korektno i po pravilu službe. Ipak, slaže se s time da se retorika promijenila u odnosu na prijašnja vremena.
- Bio sam ovdje 1997., bila su ozbiljnija vremena i dignitet je bio viši. Danas je po mom sudu više partitokracije i osobnih egzbicionizama pojedinih kolega - smatra Komadina.
Za Igora Kolmana (HNS) Sabor je radio odlično.
- Pokazao je jednu veliku ozbiljnost u radu, pokazao je da je u stanju imati argumentirane i pristojne rasprave, a ne samo politikantsko nadmetanje - rekao je Kolman.
