Obitelj pacijenta koji se ubio u bolnici skokom s četvrtog kata dobit će ukupno milijun kuna odštete jer je sud zaključio kako postoji izravna odgovornost zdravstvene ustanove za tu tragediju.

Kako je u četvrtak presuđeno, pacijentovoj majci, supruzi i sinu – svi su sa širega križevačkog i vrbovečkog područja – Klinička bolnica Merkur u Zagrebu mora isplatiti po 230.000 kuna odštete, oko 85.000 kuna parničnih troškova i na sve to idu zatezne višegodišnje kamate. Ukupno, dakle, i više od milijun kuna ako presuda postane pravomoćna, piše Danica.hr.

Prema presudi, nesretni je pacijent (58) dovezen u KB Merkur na transplantaciju jetre početkom rujna 2013. godine. Tijekom boravka u bolnici postao je nesuvisao, smeten, sa šturim odgovorima, encefalopatičan. Oko 20.30 sati sestra ga je uspjela vratiti s požarnih stepenica kamo se bio popeo, pa je dežurni liječnik naložio “zatvaranje i zaključavanje prozora u sobi, balkonskih vrata, ulaznih vrata odjela, te prozora i vrata u spremištu i ispiraoni”.

No, pacijent je svejedno na koncu uspio ući u spremište te pasti s prozora s četvrtoga kata u dvorište zgrade. Policija je ustanovila kako je nesretni čovjek kobnog dana dovezen na Odjel gastroenterologije.

“Istog dana oko 22.30 sati izišao je iz bolničke sobe na 4. katu i ušao u spremište nečistog materijala koje se nalazi u hodniku nasuprot njegove bolesničke sobe. Otvorio je prozor, popeo se na podest i potom se bacio na tlo, kojom prilikom je zadobio višestruke ozljede cijelog tijela, krvarenje oko jetre i slezene te frakturu desne natkoljenice, od kojih je kasnije preminuo”, naglasili su u policiji.

Na dvije sestre 35 pacijenata

Medicinska sestra koja je bila na prijemu pacijenta na odjel svjedočila je kako “kod zaprimanja i vizite nije ništa posebno niti neuobičajeno zamijetila kod njega nego kod drugih pacijenata”.

“Bile smo upozorene da pazimo na njega, no nije decidirano rečeno kako često. Ali, moram ovdje posebno naglasiti da je na odjelu bilo 35 pacijenata na dvije sestre, s time da je bilo i nepokretnih pacijenata”, ispričala je medicinska sestra.

Sutkinja je jučer tijekom izricanja presude zaključila kako je, nakon svih provedenih dokaza, jasno da je KB Merkur “trebao poduzeti veće mjere predostrožnosti nego što je to učinio samo zaključavanjem vrata”.

“Naime, i supruga sada pokojnog M., nakon što je kod njega bila u posjetu, zamolila je sestru da na njega pripazi i sve je to trebalo biti znak za uzbunu, i to bez obzira što iz nalaza i mišljenja liječnika proizlazi da nije nađeno opisanih psihopatoloških fenomena koji bi eventualno upućivali na suicidalno ponašanje”, zaključila je sutkinja.

Presuda koja je izrečena u četvrtak je nepravomoćna i na nju se Klinička bolnica Merkur može žaliti u roku od 15 dana od dostave presude u pisanom obliku.

Obitelj pacijenta koji se ubio u bolnici skokom s četvrtog kata dobit će ukupno milijun kuna odštete jer je sud zaključio kako postoji izravna odgovornost zdravstvene ustanove za tu tragediju.

Kako je u četvrtak presuđeno, pacijentovoj majci, supruzi i sinu – svi su sa širega križevačkog i vrbovečkog područja – Klinička bolnica Merkur u Zagrebu mora isplatiti po 230.000 kuna odštete, oko 85.000 kuna parničnih troškova i na sve to idu zatezne višegodišnje kamate. Ukupno, dakle, i više od milijun kuna ako presuda postane pravomoćna, piše Danica.hr.

Prema presudi, nesretni je pacijent (58) dovezen u KB Merkur na transplantaciju jetre početkom rujna 2013. godine. Tijekom boravka u bolnici postao je nesuvisao, smeten, sa šturim odgovorima, encefalopatičan. Oko 20.30 sati sestra ga je uspjela vratiti s požarnih stepenica kamo se bio popeo, pa je dežurni liječnik naložio “zatvaranje i zaključavanje prozora u sobi, balkonskih vrata, ulaznih vrata odjela, te prozora i vrata u spremištu i ispiraoni”.

No, pacijent je svejedno na koncu uspio ući u spremište te pasti s prozora s četvrtoga kata u dvorište zgrade. Policija je ustanovila kako je nesretni čovjek kobnog dana dovezen na Odjel gastroenterologije.

“Istog dana oko 22.30 sati izišao je iz bolničke sobe na 4. katu i ušao u spremište nečistog materijala koje se nalazi u hodniku nasuprot njegove bolesničke sobe. Otvorio je prozor, popeo se na podest i potom se bacio na tlo, kojom prilikom je zadobio višestruke ozljede cijelog tijela, krvarenje oko jetre i slezene te frakturu desne natkoljenice, od kojih je kasnije preminuo”, naglasili su u policiji.

Na dvije sestre 35 pacijenata

Medicinska sestra koja je bila na prijemu pacijenta na odjel svjedočila je kako “kod zaprimanja i vizite nije ništa posebno niti neuobičajeno zamijetila kod njega nego kod drugih pacijenata”.

“Bile smo upozorene da pazimo na njega, no nije decidirano rečeno kako često. Ali, moram ovdje posebno naglasiti da je na odjelu bilo 35 pacijenata na dvije sestre, s time da je bilo i nepokretnih pacijenata”, ispričala je medicinska sestra.

Sutkinja je jučer tijekom izricanja presude zaključila kako je, nakon svih provedenih dokaza, jasno da je KB Merkur “trebao poduzeti veće mjere predostrožnosti nego što je to učinio samo zaključavanjem vrata”.

“Naime, i supruga sada pokojnog M., nakon što je kod njega bila u posjetu, zamolila je sestru da na njega pripazi i sve je to trebalo biti znak za uzbunu, i to bez obzira što iz nalaza i mišljenja liječnika proizlazi da nije nađeno opisanih psihopatoloških fenomena koji bi eventualno upućivali na suicidalno ponašanje”, zaključila je sutkinja.

Presuda koja je izrečena u četvrtak je nepravomoćna i na nju se Klinička bolnica Merkur može žaliti u roku od 15 dana od dostave presude u pisanom obliku.

Obitelj pacijenta koji se ubio u bolnici skokom s četvrtog kata dobit će ukupno milijun kuna odštete jer je sud zaključio kako postoji izravna odgovornost zdravstvene ustanove za tu tragediju.

Kako je u četvrtak presuđeno, pacijentovoj majci, supruzi i sinu – svi su sa širega križevačkog i vrbovečkog područja – Klinička bolnica Merkur u Zagrebu mora isplatiti po 230.000 kuna odštete, oko 85.000 kuna parničnih troškova i na sve to idu zatezne višegodišnje kamate. Ukupno, dakle, i više od milijun kuna ako presuda postane pravomoćna, piše Danica.hr.

Prema presudi, nesretni je pacijent (58) dovezen u KB Merkur na transplantaciju jetre početkom rujna 2013. godine. Tijekom boravka u bolnici postao je nesuvisao, smeten, sa šturim odgovorima, encefalopatičan. Oko 20.30 sat...
