Sjećam se jedne fantastične reportaže objavljene u najboljem proizvodu HTV-a, a riječ je o nedjeljnoj emisiji o poljoprivredi.
Reporterska je ekipa posjetila seljake na području Gunje nakon obavljene sanacije puknutog nasipa i obnove uništenih kuća i poljoprivrednih objekata.
Ljudi su pričali kako su im obnovljene staje, što je s nabavom stoke i slično, a onda je jedan od mještana pozvao televizijsku ekipu u svoj dom.
Unutra je na prvi pogled sve bilo O.K., zidovi zgletani, obojani, parketi i pločice sređeni, a onda je čovjek pokazao rukom na strop. Po sredini prostorije iz stropa je virila žica, dakle na mjestu gdje bi valjda trebao biti montiran luster ili plafonjera. Sve normalno, super, samo što je umjesto kabela žice za struju iz stropa virila – žica za telefonski priključak!
Možete zamisliti kako je išla priča koja je prethodila ovom TV prilogu.
Dva meštra koja su to radila vidjeli su da nema više strujnog kabela pa su nazvali šefa.
– Šefe, nemamo više kabela za struju, trebalo bi naručit da nam Joža dopelja sutra iz Zagreba.
– Ma šta vam je, to znači izgubit još dva dana, a nije mi država isplatila ni treću ratu za ove radove. Aj, šibaj, ima'l koji drugi kabel.
– Uf šefe, ima ovog telefonskog tona, za odavde do Washingtona...
– Eto, zalipetaj, ko da ćemo se mi više kad vratit u Gunju. A sutra i tako moramo Marku završit krov u Sesvetama, ajd ti to završi...
Ista slika, samo malo sjevernije, kojoj svjedoče ljudi s Banovine, a za našu je novinu o tome pisao kolega Ivica Nevešćanin uz nevjerojatne fotografije Jure Miškovića. Sfušano "obnovljene" kuće pucale su, a da prilikom obnove u kuće nije postavljen ni gram željeza ili betona.
Tko je dakle, recimo to blago, zakazao? Država. Nitko drugi.
Tko je kriv što je nasip bio sfušano napravljen pa ga je voda probila i potom potopila Gunju? Država.
Tko je kriv što nije napravljen kanal/tunel pa su Kokorići potopljeni? Država.
Sve se to događa kad država ne obavlja posao za koji postoji, i za koji je građani plaćaju. Država mora omogućiti da sve institucije djeluju kao po špagu, da funkcionira zdravstveni, mirovinski sustav, pravosudni sustav, da funkcionira policija, vojska, ali i sustav zaštite ljudi, odnosno spašavanja...
A nama se na sve još nadoveže prvi čovjek Civilne zaštite svojom izjavom (koju je jučer malo ublažio) o nekakvim pijanim navijačima koji su zapravo više smetali nego što su pomagali prilikom pomaganja stradalima po Petrinji i okolici.
Činjenica je da niti jedna novinarska ekipa nije zabilježila pijane navijače koji su blokirali prometnice, ali su sve zabilježile brojne organizacijske probleme na terenu. Činjenica je da su brojne novinarske ekipe iznosile svjedočanstva stradalih o tome kako su im upravo volonteri najviše pomagali tih ključnih prvih dana.
Čak i ako je bilo nekakvih pijanih pojedinca, zadatak je države da te probleme riješi. Jesu li svi ti navijači dočekani na prilazima gradu Petrinji i poslani tamo gdje su bili najpotrebniji ili su prepušteni da se snalaze sami. Ako je netko i pravio incidente, zar nisu to trebali riješiti ljudi iz policije? I zar nije prvi čovjek Civilne zaštite zapravo trebao reći veliko HVALA svima koji su pojurili u Petrinju, puni volje i srca da pomognu?
No dobro, sad nije vrijeme za daljnje žučne diskusije već svima na Banovini treba maksimalno pomoći. Ali ostaje zadatak za Vladu da sa svoje strane "protrese" sve službe, od Civilne zaštite do Crvenog križa, kako se u nekoj novoj nesreći (a prirodnih katastrofa će biti uvijek) ne bi opet dogodio nered kojem su mnogi svjedočili na Banovini.
Istina je da Plenković cijeli prvi pa sad i početak drugog mandata ima neprestano neko izvanredno stanje, ali od toga se jednostavno ne može bježati, kao ni činjenice da mora napraviti sve kako još jedna obnova ne bi postala nova hrvatska sramota.
Jer nije zadatak države da bude vlasnik tvornica povrtne juhe ili pletionice čarapa. Zadatak države je da svom građaninu iz Gunje kroz plafon obnovljene kuće provede kabel za struju.

Sjećam se jedne fantastične reportaže objavljene u najboljem proizvodu HTV-a, a riječ je o nedjeljnoj emisiji o poljoprivredi.
Reporterska je ekipa posjetila seljake na području Gunje nakon obavljene sanacije puknutog nasipa i obnove uništenih kuća i poljoprivrednih objekata.
Ljudi su pričali kako su im obnovljene staje, što je s nabavom stoke i slično, a onda je jedan od mještana pozvao televizijsku ekipu u svoj dom.
Unutra je na prvi pogled sve bilo O.K., zidovi zgletani, obojani, parketi i pločice sređeni, a onda je čovjek pokazao rukom na strop. Po sredini prostorije iz stropa je virila žica, dakle na mjestu gdje bi valjda trebao biti montiran luster ili plafonjera. Sve normalno, super, samo što je umjesto kabela žice za struju iz stropa virila – žica za telefonski priključak!
Možete zamisliti kako je išla priča koja je prethodila ovom TV prilogu.
Dva meštra koja su to radila vidjeli su da nema više strujnog kabela pa su nazvali šefa.
– Šefe, nemamo više kabela za struju, trebalo bi naručit da nam Joža dopelja sutra iz Zagreba.
– Ma šta vam je, to znači izgubit još dva dana, a nije mi država isplatila ni treću ratu za ove radove. Aj, šibaj, ima'l koji drugi kabel.
– Uf šefe, ima ovog telefonskog tona, za odavde do Washingtona...
– Eto, zalipetaj, ko da ćemo se mi više kad vratit u Gunju. A sutra i tako moramo Marku završit krov u Sesvetama, ajd ti to završi...
Ista slika, samo malo sjevernije, kojoj svjedoče ljudi s Banovine, a za našu je novinu o tome pisao kolega Ivica Nevešćanin uz nevjerojatne fotografije Jure Miškovića. Sfušano "obnovljene" kuće pucale su, a da prilikom obnove u kuće nije postavljen ni gram željeza ili betona.
Tko je dakle, recimo to blago, zakazao? Država. Nitko drugi.
Tko je kriv što je nasip bio sfušano napravljen pa ga je voda probila i potom potopila Gunju? Država.
Tko je kriv što nije napravljen kanal/tunel pa su Kokorići potopljeni? Država.
Sve se to događa kad država ne obavlja posao za koji postoji, i za koji je građani plaćaju. Država mora omogućiti da sve institucije djeluju kao po špagu, da funkcionira zdravstveni, mirovinski sustav, pravosudni sustav, da funkcionira policija, vojska, ali i sustav zaštite ljudi, odnosno spašavanja...
A nama se na sve još nadoveže prvi čovjek Civilne zaštite svojom izjavom (koju je jučer malo ublažio) o nekakvim pijanim navijačima koji su zapravo više smetali nego što su pomagali prilikom pomaganja stradalima po Petrinji i okolici.
Činjenica je da niti jedna novinarska ekipa nije zabilježila pijane navijače koji su blokirali prometnice, ali su sve zabilježile brojne organizacijske probleme na terenu. Činjenica je da su brojne novinarske ekipe iznosile svjedočanstva stradalih o tome kako su im upravo volonteri najviše pomagali tih ključnih prvih dana.
Čak i ako je bilo nekakvih pijanih pojedinca, zadatak je države da te probleme riješi. Jesu li svi ti navijači dočekani na prilazima gradu Petrinji i poslani tamo gdje su bili najpotrebniji ili su prepušteni da se snalaze sami. Ako je netko i pravio incidente, zar nisu to trebali riješiti ljudi iz policije? I zar nije prvi čovjek Civilne zaštite zapravo trebao reći veliko HVALA svima koji su pojurili u Petrinju, puni volje i srca da pomognu?
No dobro, sad nije vrijeme za daljnje žučne diskusije već svima na Banovini treba maksimalno pomoći. Ali ostaje zadatak za Vladu da sa svoje strane "protrese" sve službe, od Civilne zaštite do Crvenog križa, kako se u nekoj novoj nesreći (a prirodnih katastrofa će biti uvijek) ne bi opet dogodio nered kojem su mnogi svjedočili na Banovini.
Istina je da Plenković cijeli prvi pa sad i početak drugog mandata ima neprestano neko izvanredno stanje, ali od toga se jednostavno ne može bježati, kao ni činjenice da mora napraviti sve kako još jedna obnova ne bi postala nova hrvatska sramota.
Jer nije zadatak države da bude vlasnik tvornica povrtne juhe ili pletionice čarapa. Zadatak države je da svom građaninu iz Gunje kroz plafon obnovljene kuće provede kabel za struju.
