"Čitav pristup temelji se na tome da Hrvatskoj nisu potrebni rezovi već reforme čija bi provedba omogućila veliku transformaciju hrvatskog gospodarstva, popravila materijalni i socijalni položaj hrvatskih građana i poboljšala političku situaciju", rekao je na konferenciji za novinare predsjednik Novog vala Ljubo Jurčić.

U sklopu reforme monetarnog sustava, Jurčić je naglasio da je nužno kuni vratiti sve funkcije novca. Dopuštanje devizne klauzule u domaćim transakcijama i politika formiranja tečaja onemogućile su kamatama i tečaju obavljanje uloge automatskog stabilizatora i katalizatora gospodarske aktivnosti.

"Štete od takve politike su velike, zbog čega treba početi s procesom ukidanja devizne klauzule. Samo domaća valuta, tj. kuna, može obavljati funkcije novca. Kamate i tečaj su automatski ugrađeni stabilizatori gospodarske aktivnosti ako proizlaze iz domaćeg gospodarstva", ističe Jurčić.

Osim toga, treba prebaciti zaduživanje države na domaće financijsko tržište, tj. ograničiti zaduživanje države na stranom tržištu na maksimalno 10 posto i organizirati mehanizam zaduživanja države na domaćem tržištu, uz kamatu ne veću od 2 posto.

"Na taj način smanjila bi se ranjivost Hrvatske na utjecaje iz inozemstva, a Hrvatska narodna banka (HNB) obavljala bi ulogu zbog koje su centralne banke u svijetu i nastale - financiranje vlastite države", rekao je Jurčić.

Za temeljne gospodarske aktivnosti - izgradnju infrastrukture, energetike i razvoj strateških djelatnosti koji se baziraju na domaćim prirodnim resursima, HNB treba kreirati instrumente financiranja uz niske kamate.

Zakon o HNB-u trebalo bi dopuniti sa ciljevima održavanja ravnoteže u bilanci plaćanja, suficita u tekućoj bilanci plaćanja te postizanja pune zaposlenosti, tj. smanjenja nezaposlenosti.

"Budući da je najveći hrvatski problem vrlo visoka nezaposlenost, a to nije samo gospodarski, nego i socijalni i politički problem, sve politike trebaju biti uključene u njegovo rješavanje, pa tako i monetarna", naglasio je Jurčić.

mirovina), smanjenje dugova (građana, poduzeća i države) i povećanje izvoza.

"Čitav pristup temelji se na tome da Hrvatskoj nisu potrebni rezovi već reforme čija bi provedba omogućila veliku transformaciju hrvatskog gospodarstva, popravila materijalni i socijalni položaj hrvatskih građana i poboljšala političku situaciju", rekao je na konferenciji za novinare predsjednik Novog vala Ljubo Jurčić.

U sklopu reforme monetarnog sustava, Jurčić je naglasio da je nužno kuni vratiti sve funkcije novca. Dopuštanje devizne klauzule u domaćim transakcijama i politika formiranja tečaja onemogućile su kamatama i tečaju obavljanje uloge automatskog stabilizatora i katalizatora gospodarske aktivnosti.

"Štete od takve politike su velike, zbog čega treba početi s procesom ukidanja devizne klauzule. Samo domaća valuta, tj. kuna, može obavljati funkcije novca. Kamate i tečaj su automatski ugrađeni stabilizatori gospodarske aktivnosti ako proizlaze iz domaćeg gospodarstva", ističe Jurčić.

Osim toga, treba prebaciti zaduživanje države na domaće financijsko tržište, tj. ograničiti zaduživanje države na stranom tržištu na maksimalno 10 posto i organizirati mehanizam zaduživanja države na domaćem tržištu, uz kamatu ne veću od 2 posto.

"Na taj način smanjila bi se ranjivost Hrvatske na utjecaje iz inozemstva, a Hrvatska narodna banka (HNB) obavljala bi ulogu zbog koje su centralne banke u svijetu i nastale - financiranje vlastite države", rekao je Jurčić.

Za temeljne gospodarske aktivnosti - izgradnju infrastrukture, energetike i razvoj strateških djelatnosti koji se baziraju na domaćim prirodnim resursima, HNB treba kreirati instrumente financiranja uz niske kamate.

Zakon o HNB-u trebalo bi dopuniti sa ciljevima održavanja ravnoteže u bilanci plaćanja, suficita u tekućoj bilanci plaćanja te postizanja pune zaposlenosti, tj. smanjenja nezaposlenosti.

"Budući da je najveći hrvatski problem vrlo visoka nezaposlenost, a to nije samo gospodarski, nego i socijalni i politički problem, sve politike trebaju biti uključene u njegovo rješavanje, pa tako i monetarna", naglasio je Jurčić.

Novi val – stranka razvoja predstavila je u četvrtak prijedlog reforme monetarnog sustava, čiji su ciljevi povećanje zaposlenosti, proizvodnje, dohotka (plaća, mirovina), smanjenje dugova (građana, poduzeća i države) i povećanje izvoza.
