Koordinacija hrvatske liječničke medicine (KoHOM) najoštrije je u četvrtak osudila napad na liječnicu obiteljske medicine koju je pacijent napao u ambulanti na Lošinju, upozorivši da su liječnici i medicinske sestre sve više izloženi verbalnom i fizičkom nasilju.

Nasilje postaje sve češći obrazac ponašanja jer pacijentima nisu jasna pravila osiguravatelja pa svoj bijes usmjeravaju prema liječnicima obiteljske medicine, navodi KoHOM.

Svemu doprinosi i to što, ustvrdio je KoHOM, zdravstvena administracija konstantno stigmatizira obiteljske liječnike jer ih vrlo često indirektno ili direktno označava kao krivce zbog neorganiziranosti i propusta u zdravstvenom sustavu. "Sjetimo se sramotnih izjava s najviših pozicija zdravstvene administracije da su obiteljski liječnici neradnici, da su krivi za veliku smrtnost zbog Covida-19 i slično", dodala je strukovna udruga liječnika.

KoHOM poziva nadležne institucije, prvenstveno Ministarstvo zdravstva i DORH, domove zdravlja i ostale na poduzimanje svih mjere kako bi se zaustavilo nasilje prema zdravstvenim djelatnicima zbog kojega su oštećeni i svi ostali pacijenti.

Pod tim podrazumijeva sigurne uvjeti za rad te bolju pravnu i fizičku zaštitu kako bi liječnici obiteljske medicine i medicinske sestre mogli savjesno, odgovorno, predano i na dobrobit pacijenata mogli obavljati svoj posao. Također, KoHOM drži da bi domovi zdravlja trebali osigurati da mjesta posebnih dežurstava čuvaju zaštitari.

"Poražavajuća je činjenica da napadnuta liječnica kojoj se prijetilo smrću, iako iznimno potresena, nije mogla otići na bolovanje", upozorava se u priopćenju uz pojašnjenje kako bi zbog njezina bolovanja dvije ambulante ostale bez liječnika, jer ona obavlja zamjenu i za drugu ambulantu.

Napadnuta liječnica ne može dobiti ni zamjenu za specijalizaciju koja je već započela, navodi se.

Na Lošinju su samo četiri ambulante koje pokrivaju otoke Cres, Lošinj, Ilovik i Unije, zbog čega liječnici ne mogu otići na bolovanje ili godišnji.

"Zaduženi su za mrtvozorstvo, a u sezoni za velik broj turista. Slika je to stanja na otocima u kojoj se primarni zdravstveni sustav urušava", a na što KoHOM, kako ističe, godinama upozorava nadležne.

Koordinacija hrvatske liječničke medicine (KoHOM) najoštrije je u četvrtak osudila napad na liječnicu obiteljske medicine koju je pacijent napao u ambulanti na Lošinju, upozorivši da su liječnici i medicinske sestre sve više izloženi verbalnom i fizičkom nasilju.

Nasilje postaje sve češći obrazac ponašanja jer pacijentima nisu jasna pravila osiguravatelja pa svoj bijes usmjeravaju prema liječnicima obiteljske medicine, navodi KoHOM.

Svemu doprinosi i to što, ustvrdio je KoHOM, zdravstvena administracija konstantno stigmatizira obiteljske liječnike jer ih vrlo često indirektno ili direktno označava kao krivce zbog neorganiziranosti i propusta u zdravstvenom sustavu. "Sjetimo se sramotnih izjava s najviših pozicija zdravstvene administracije da su obiteljski liječnici neradnici, da su krivi za veliku smrtnost zbog Covida-19 i slično", dodala je strukovna udruga liječnika.

KoHOM poziva nadležne institucije, prvenstveno Ministarstvo zdravstva i DORH, domove zdravlja i ostale na poduzimanje svih mjere kako bi se zaustavilo nasilje prema zdravstvenim djelatnicima zbog kojega su oštećeni i svi ostali pacijenti.

Pod tim podrazumijeva sigurne uvjeti za rad te bolju pravnu i fizičku zaštitu kako bi liječnici obiteljske medicine i medicinske sestre mogli savjesno, odgovorno, predano i na dobrobit pacijenata mogli obavljati svoj posao. Također, KoHOM drži da bi domovi zdravlja trebali osigurati da mjesta posebnih dežurstava čuvaju zaštitari.

"Poražavajuća je činjenica da napadnuta liječnica kojoj se prijetilo smrću, iako iznimno potresena, nije mogla otići na bolovanje", upozorava se u priopćenju uz pojašnjenje kako bi zbog njezina bolovanja dvije ambulante ostale bez liječnika, jer ona obavlja zamjenu i za drugu ambulantu.

Napadnuta liječnica ne može dobiti ni zamjenu za specijalizaciju koja je već započela, navodi se.

Na Lošinju su samo četiri ambulante koje pokrivaju otoke Cres, Lošinj, Ilovik i Unije, zbog čega liječnici ne mogu otići na bolovanje ili godišnji.

"Zaduženi su za mrtvozorstvo, a u sezoni za velik broj turista. Slika je to stanja na otocima u kojoj se primarni zdravstveni sustav urušava", a na što KoHOM, kako ističe, godinama upozorava nadležne.

Koordinacija hrvatske liječničke medicine (KoHOM) najoštrije je u četvrtak osudila napad na liječnicu obiteljske medicine koju je pacijent napao u ambulanti na Lošinju, upozorivši da su liječnici i medicinske sestre sve više izloženi verbalnom i fizičkom nasilju.

Nasilje postaje sve češći obrazac ponašanja jer pacijentima nisu jasna pravila osiguravatelja pa svoj bijes usmjeravaju prema liječnicima obiteljske medicine, navodi KoHOM.

Svemu doprinosi i to što, ustvrdio je KoHOM, zdravstvena administracija konstantno stigmatizira obiteljske liječnike jer ih vrlo često indirektno ili direktno označava kao krivce zbog neorganiziranosti i propusta u zdravstvenom sustavu.
