Trebao je Mostu taj jedan mandat u EU parlamentu kao ozeblom sunce.

Božo Petrov i njegovo metkovsko društvance željeli su po svaku cijenu pokazati da u „svići još ulja ima“. I da njihov projekt stasao u dolini Neretve, i proširen na ostatak Hrvatske, nije osuđen na propast nakon što ih je Plenković izgurao iz Banskih dvora.

Nije im to pošlo za rukom. Nekada su bili hit, sada su se našli ispod izbornog praga. Za stranku koja je temelje 2016. udarila na reformskoj i antikorupcijskoj priči, 50 tisuća glasova, odnosno 4,67 posto, za dlaku je bilo prekratko.

Neslužbene informacije govore da zasad ni Božo Petrov ni Nikola Grmoja ne namjeravaju podnijeti ostavke. Unatoč neuspjehu, Most nije potpuno propao. Mandat im je, zapravo, izmakao zamalo. Pa se na parlamentarnim izborima planiraju bolje pripremiti za popravni ispit.

Gdje su uzroci neuspjeha?

Jahali su na desnoj priči iako njihova publika, zapravo, uopće nije desna. Što je zorno pokazala prošlogodišnja bitka za Istanbulsku konvenciju. Petrov je bio protiv ratifikacije; većina Mostovih birača „za“ nju.

Uz to, sudac Mislav Kolakušić „pomeo“ je dobar dio protestnih glasova. I Živog zida, i Mosta. I dok je Most „desničario“, Kolakušić je govorio o borbi protiv korupcije. Stvarnom, ne ideološkom problemu zemlje.

Kopirao je recept s kojim je, zapravo, Most 2016. trijumfirao na parlamentarnim izborima. I pobijedio.

Uz to, Most je pomalo i zbunio vlastite birače. Prvi na listi bio je Božo Petrov, no on je zapravo svima obznanio da ne želi ići u Bruxelles. Birače Mosta „zavele“ su i ankete: bili su uvjereni da njihovi favoriti prolaze. Dio ih je zbog toga ostao doma.
Ima li za Most spasa? Puno je lakše osvojiti nove, nego vratiti svoje razočarane birače.

Mostova bitka za parlamentarne izbore bit će, stoga, po mnogo čemu bitka protiv zakona političke fizike.

Trebao je Mostu taj jedan mandat u EU parlamentu kao ozeblom sunce.

Božo Petrov i njegovo metkovsko društvance željeli su po svaku cijenu pokazati da u „svići još ulja ima“. I da njihov projekt stasao u dolini Neretve, i proširen na ostatak Hrvatske, nije osuđen na propast nakon što ih je Plenković izgurao iz Banskih dvora.

Nije im to pošlo za rukom. Nekada su bili hit, sada su se našli ispod izbornog praga. Za stranku koja je temelje 2016. udarila na reformskoj i antikorupcijskoj priči, 50 tisuća glasova, odnosno 4,67 posto, za dlaku je bilo prekratko.

Neslužbene informacije govore da zasad ni Božo Petrov ni Nikola Grmoja ne namjeravaju podnijeti ostavke. Unatoč neuspjehu, Most nije potpuno propao. Mandat im je, zapravo, izmakao zamalo. Pa se na parlamentarnim izborima planiraju bolje pripremiti za popravni ispit.

Gdje su uzroci neuspjeha?

Jahali su na desnoj priči iako njihova publika, zapravo, uopće nije desna. Što je zorno pokazala prošlogodišnja bitka za Istanbulsku konvenciju. Petrov je bio protiv ratifikacije; većina Mostovih birača „za“ nju.

Uz to, sudac Mislav Kolakušić „pomeo“ je dobar dio protestnih glasova. I Živog zida, i Mosta. I dok je Most „desničario“, Kolakušić je govorio o borbi protiv korupcije. Stvarnom, ne ideološkom problemu zemlje.

Kopirao je recept s kojim je, zapravo, Most 2016. trijumfirao na parlamentarnim izborima. I pobijedio.

Uz to, Most je pomalo i zbunio vlastite birače. Prvi na listi bio je Božo Petrov, no on je zapravo svima obznanio da ne želi ići u Bruxelles. Birače Mosta „zavele“ su i ankete: bili su uvjereni da njihovi favoriti prolaze. Dio ih je zbog toga ostao doma.
Ima li za Most spasa? Puno je lakše osvojiti nove, nego vratiti svoje razočarane birače.

Mostova bitka za parlamentarne izbore bit će, stoga, po mnogo čemu bitka protiv zakona političke fizike.
