Ravnateljica Državnog zavoda za statistiku (DZS) Lidija Brković izjavila je u četvrtak da je isključivi razlog produljenja popisa stanovništva do 14. studenoga iznimno teška epidemiološka situacija s kojom su suočeni popisivači i stanovnici koje popisuju.

Nakon što je Vlada donijela odluku o produljenju terenskog dijela popisivanja koji je trebao završiti 29. listopada Brković je rekla da su u zadnje vrijeme dobili puno poziva građana nakon izlaska iz samoizolacije da se vrate popisati ih jer ranije nisu bili u mogućnosti.

Dodatne poteškoće, kazala je, uzrokovali su pozitivni slučajevi među popisivačima. Napomenula je da svi popisivači moraju imati covid potvrdu ili se moraju redovito testirati brzim antigenskim testom, te su se tijekom tog testiranja javili pozitivni popisivači.

Izvijestila je da je ostalo još svega par nepopisanih područja pri čemu su neke županije u potpunosti popisane, a u svim županijama ima ispostava koje su već gotove. Nisu uspjeli popisati sve građane u Zagrebu, Istarskoj, Primorskoj županiji i Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji.

Ravnateljica je novinarima odgovorila da je popis u završnoj fazi te njime nije obuhvaćeno tri posto kućanstava, prema njihovim ranijim procjenama. Objasnila je da to ne znači da je to stvarno stanje na terenu kućanstava, osoba i stanova koje će dobiti kad završe popis.

Brković nije htjela govoriti o brojkama, ponovivši da će prve prijevremene rezultate objaviti 60 dana nakon završetaka popisa, a točan broj kućanstava, osoba i stanova nakon završene obrade.

Zavod je u nedostatku popisivača zamolio određeni broj popisivača koji su završili popis u svojim županijama da nastave popisivanje u drugim županijama, a anketom su se za za to izjasnili u većini Slavonci.

Ravnateljica je ustvrdila da je produljenje roka u skladu s Eurostatovom metodologijom, napominjući da su i ostale države produljivale popis i provodile ga do šest mjeseci pa Hrvatska tu nije jedinstvena kao što nije bila jedinstvena kad su u travnju popis odgodili.

Kazala je također da nemaju saznanja da popisivači zovu ljude i pitaju ih mogu li ih popisati telefonski, osim slučaja od jučer u Zagrebu, gdje je gospođa izašla iz samoizolacije i pitala popisivačicu da li je može telefonski popisati.

Vlada je u četvrtak zbog otežane provedbe uslijed pandemije bolesti covid-19 donijela odluku o produljenju druge faze popisa stanovništva, kućanstava i stanova do 14. studenoga.

Zavod za statistiku sredinom listopada je produljio provedbu druge faze popisa zbog procjene da do 17. listopada neće biti popisane sve popisne jedinice, a zadnjeg dana prve faze popisa produljeno je samopopisivanje jer je zbog iznimno velikog interesa građana došlo do usporavanja rada sustava.

Ravnateljica Državnog zavoda za statistiku (DZS) Lidija Brković izjavila je u četvrtak da je isključivi razlog produljenja popisa stanovništva do 14. studenoga iznimno teška epidemiološka situacija s kojom su suočeni popisivači i stanovnici koje popisuju.

Nakon što je Vlada donijela odluku o produljenju terenskog dijela popisivanja koji je trebao završiti 29. listopada Brković je rekla da su u zadnje vrijeme dobili puno poziva građana nakon izlaska iz samoizolacije da se vrate popisati ih jer ranije nisu bili u mogućnosti.

Dodatne poteškoće, kazala je, uzrokovali su pozitivni slučajevi među popisivačima. Napomenula je da svi popisivači moraju imati covid potvrdu ili se moraju redovito testirati brzim antigenskim testom, te su se tijekom tog testiranja javili pozitivni popisivači.

Izvijestila je da je ostalo još svega par nepopisanih područja pri čemu su neke županije u potpunosti popisane, a u svim županijama ima ispostava koje su već gotove. Nisu uspjeli popisati sve građane u Zagrebu, Istarskoj, Primorskoj županiji i Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji.

Ravnateljica je novinarima odgovorila da je popis u završnoj fazi te njime nije obuhvaćeno tri posto kućanstava, prema njihovim ranijim procjenama. Objasnila je da to ne znači da je to stvarno stanje na terenu kućanstava, osoba i stanova koje će dobiti kad završe popis.

Brković nije htjela govoriti o brojkama, ponovivši da će prve prijevremene rezultate objaviti 60 dana nakon završetaka popisa, a točan broj kućanstava, osoba i stanova nakon završene obrade.

Zavod je u nedostatku popisivača zamolio određeni broj popisivača koji su završili popis u svojim županijama da nastave popisivanje u drugim županijama, a anketom su se za za to izjasnili u većini Slavonci.

Ravnateljica je ustvrdila da je produljenje roka u skladu s Eurostatovom metodologijom, napominjući da su i ostale države produljivale popis i provodile ga do šest mjeseci pa Hrvatska tu nije jedinstvena kao što nije bila jedinstvena kad su u travnju popis odgodili.

Kazala je također da nemaju saznanja da popisivači zovu ljude i pitaju ih mogu li ih popisati telefonski, osim slučaja od jučer u Zagrebu, gdje je gospođa izašla iz samoizolacije i pitala popisivačicu da li je može telefonski popisati.

Vlada je u četvrtak zbog otežane provedbe uslijed pandemije bolesti covid-19 donijela odluku o produljenju druge faze popisa stanovništva, kućanstava i stanova do 14. studenoga.

Zavod za statistiku sredinom listopada je produljio provedbu druge faze popisa zbog procjene da do 17. listopada neće biti popisane sve popisne jedinice, a zadnjeg dana prve faze popisa produljeno je samopopisivanje jer je zbog iznimno velikog interesa građana došlo do usporavanja rada sustava.

Iz Državnog zavoda za statistiku objasnili zašto su produžili rok za popisivanje stanovništva: ‘Teška epidemiološka situacija je isključivi razlog‘

Ravnateljica Državnog zavoda za statistiku (DZS) Lidija Brković izjavila je u četvrtak da je isključivi razlog produljenja popisa stanovništva do 14. studenoga iznimno teška epidemiološka situacija s kojom su suočeni popisivači i stanovnici koje popisuju.

Nakon što je Vlada donijela odluku o produljenju terenskog dijela popisivanja koji je trebao završiti 29. listopada Brković je rekla da su u zadnje vrijeme dobili puno poziva građana nakon izlaska iz samoizolacije da se vrate popisati ih jer ranije nisu bili u mogućnosti.

Dodatne poteškoće, kazala je, uzrokovali su pozitivni slučajevi među popisivačima. Napomenula je da svi popisivači moraju imati covid potvrdu ili se moraju redovito testirati brzim antigenskim testom, te su se tijekom tog testiranja javili pozitivni popisi...
