U Hrvatskoj je konačno registriran metadon u obliku sirupa. Tekući metadon ubrzo će zamijeniti tablete metadona čime će se onemogućiti njihova preprodaja i intravenozno uzimanje - najavio je u četvrtak u Zadru prof. dr. Slavko Sakoman, poznati psihijatar i voditelj Odjela za ovisnosti KB-a “Sestre milosrdnice” iz Zagreba.

- Metadonski sirup nalazit će se u neprozirnoj bočici. Neće se moći “dilati”, niti će ga biti moguće “fiksati” jer se pri zagrijavanju pretvara u kruto stanje - kazao je dr. Sakoman.

Istaknuo je kako će pojava sirupa označiti i kraj teških bolesti poput hepatitisa i AIDS-a, uobičajenih među opijatskim ovisnicima. Osim tekućeg metadona, dr. Sakoman je najavio i skori dolazak suboxona - pametnih tableta buprenorfina koje bi također spriječile intravenozno uzimanje.

- U slučaju intravenskog uzimanja suboxona koji se inače stavlja pod jezik, ovisnik će doživjeti akutnu apstinencijsku krizu. U propisnom uzimanju tablete izazivaju ugodu izlučivanjem buprenorfina - naveo je dr. Sakoman.

Osim liječenja “pametnim tabletama”, Sakoman je kazao kako u zadnje vrijeme sve popularnije postaje i liječenje tzv. čipiranjem, zbog čega sve više hrvatskih ovisnika hrli u Beograd gdje se to ilegalno obavlja za nekoliko stotina eura.

- U Srbiji se radi veliki biznis od lijekova. Implantat u kojem se nalazi naltrexon zašije se pod kožu nakon čega unos heroina u organizam više nema učinka. Ugradnjom implantata blokiraju se receptori na koje se više onda ne može vezati heroin. Postoje implantati koji, ovisno o želji, pod kožom mogu biti od tri mjeseca do godine dana. Implantat izgleda fenomenalno, no lijek nije službeno registriran jer nisu ispitane sve njegove nuspojave - pojasnio je dr. Sakoman, dodajući kako kod nas zasad ne postoji mikročipiranje na crno.

Kako je naveo, susreo se samo sa slučajevima spašavanja jer se često zna dogoditi da ovisnik zbog žudnje za heroinom istrgne implantat.

Bolje pedofil nego ovisnik

Ovisnici o heroinu ljudi su s najvećom stigmom u društvu. U jednom istraživanju pitali su ljude bi li za susjeda radije imali ovisnika ili pedofila, većina ih je rekla – pedofila! Nakon njih po stigmi slijede alkoholičari - kazao je Sakoman.

U Hrvatskoj je konačno registriran metadon u obliku sirupa. Tekući metadon ubrzo će zamijeniti tablete metadona čime će se onemogućiti njihova preprodaja i intravenozno uzimanje - najavio je u četvrtak u Zadru prof. dr. Slavko Sakoman, poznati psihijatar i voditelj Odjela za ovisnosti KB-a “Sestre milosrdnice” iz Zagreba.

- Metadonski sirup nalazit će se u neprozirnoj bočici. Neće se moći “dilati”, niti će ga biti moguće “fiksati” jer se pri zagrijavanju pretvara u kruto stanje - kazao je dr. Sakoman.

Istaknuo je kako će pojava sirupa označiti i kraj teških bolesti poput hepatitisa i AIDS-a, uobičajenih među opijatskim ovisnicima. Osim tekućeg metadona, dr. Sakoman je najavio i skori dolazak suboxona - pametnih tableta buprenorfina koje bi također spriječile intravenozno uzimanje.

- U slučaju intravenskog uzimanja suboxona koji se inače stavlja pod jezik, ovisnik će doživjeti akutnu apstinencijsku krizu. U propisnom uzimanju tablete izazivaju ugodu izlučivanjem buprenorfina - naveo je dr. Sakoman.

Osim liječenja “pametnim tabletama”, Sakoman je kazao kako u zadnje vrijeme sve popularnije postaje i liječenje tzv. čipiranjem, zbog čega sve više hrvatskih ovisnika hrli u Beograd gdje se to ilegalno obavlja za nekoliko stotina eura.

- U Srbiji se radi veliki biznis od lijekova. Implantat u kojem se nalazi naltrexon zašije se pod kožu nakon čega unos heroina u organizam više nema učinka. Ugradnjom implantata blokiraju se receptori na koje se više onda ne može vezati heroin. Postoje implantati koji, ovisno o želji, pod kožom mogu biti od tri mjeseca do godine dana. Implantat izgleda fenomenalno, no lijek nije službeno registriran jer nisu ispitane sve njegove nuspojave - pojasnio je dr. Sakoman, dodajući kako kod nas zasad ne postoji mikročipiranje na crno.

Kako je naveo, susreo se samo sa slučajevima spašavanja jer se često zna dogoditi da ovisnik zbog žudnje za heroinom istrgne implantat.

Bolje pedofil nego ovisnik

Ovisnici o heroinu ljudi su s najvećom stigmom u društvu. U jednom istraživanju pitali su ljude bi li za susjeda radije imali ovisnika ili pedofila, većina ih je rekla – pedofila! Nakon njih po stigmi slijede alkoholičari - kazao je Sakoman.
