Grad Koprivnica prodaje kuće i druge nekretnine na javnoj dražbi, a početne su cijene, kako se čini, za kupce vrlo primamljive.

Kako piše Danica.hr, Koprivnica je te nekretnine stekla od pokojnika koji nisu imali nasljednike ili su se oni zbog dugova odrekli cijele imovine. Riječ je, dakle, o ošasnoj imovini.

Tako se prodaje kuća, dvor i voćnjak površine 950 kvadrata u Ulici Josipa Sirutke 38, potom kuća, dvor i oranica na istoj adresi ukupne površine 2035 kvadrata te vinograd u Dubovečkom Bregu od 575 kvadrata. Početna je cijena tek 3250 eura.

U Ulici Miklinovec 173 prodaju se kuća, zgrade i dvor ukupne površine 1222 kvadrata po početnoj cijeni od 27.100 eura. Nekretnina je opterećena založnim pravom u korist RH, ali će se brisati nakon prodaje nekretnine.

U istoj ulici, ali na broju 204j, prodaje se suvlasnička polovica kuće, dvora i oranice ukupne površine 1040 kvadrata i suvlasnička polovica oranice ukupne površine 460 kvadrata. Početna je cijena na dražbi 24.700 eura.

Prva javna dražba održat će se 23. listopada (ponedjeljak) s početkom u 8 sati, u prostorijama Gradske uprave Koprivnica, Zrinski trg 1, I. kat, soba br. 12.

Kupci su dužni podmiriti sve zakonske obveze koje se odnose na stjecanje nekretnina. Javna dražba provodi se u krugovima, a sve do prodaje svih nekretnina, kažu u gradskoj upravi u Koprivnici.

Grad Koprivnica prodaje kuće i druge nekretnine na javnoj dražbi, a početne su cijene, kako se čini, za kupce vrlo primamljive.

Kako piše Danica.hr, Koprivnica je te nekretnine stekla od pokojnika koji nisu imali nasljednike ili su se oni zbog dugova odrekli cijele imovine. Riječ je, dakle, o ošasnoj imovini.

Tako se prodaje kuća, dvor i voćnjak površine 950 kvadrata u Ulici Josipa Sirutke 38, potom kuća, dvor i oranica na istoj adresi ukupne površine 2035 kvadrata te vinograd u Dubovečkom Bregu od 575 kvadrata. Početna je cijena tek 3250 eura.

U Ulici Miklinovec 173 prodaju se kuća, zgrade i dvor ukupne površine 1222 kvadrata po početnoj cijeni od 27.100 eura. Nekretnina je opterećena založnim pravom u korist RH, ali će se brisati nakon prodaje nekretnine.

U istoj ulici, ali na broju 204j, prodaje se suvlasnička polovica kuće, dvora i oranice ukupne površine 1040 kvadrata i suvlasnička polovica oranice ukupne površine 460 kvadrata. Početna je cijena na dražbi 24.700 eura.

U Ulici Zvirišće prodaju se kuća i dvor ukupne površine 402 kvadrata, livada u Kunovec Bregu površine 739 kvadrata, vinograd u Kunovec Bregu od 827 kvadrata, livada u Kunovec Bregu površine 320 kvadrata. Početna cijena je simboličnih 1800 eura.

Grad Koprivnica prodaje kuće i druge nekretnine na javnoj dražbi, a početne su cijene, kako se čini, za kupce vrlo primamljive.

Kako piše Danica.hr, Koprivnica je te nekretnine stekla od pokojnika koji nisu imali nasljednike ili su se oni zbog dugova odrekli cijele imovine. Riječ je, dakle, o ošasnoj imovini.

Tako se prodaje kuća, dvor i voćnjak površine 950 kvadrata u Ulici Josipa Sirutke 38, potom kuća, dvor i oranica na istoj adresi ukupne površine 2035 kvadrata te vinograd u Dubovečkom Bregu od 575 kvadrata. Početna je cijena tek 3250 eura.

U Ulici Miklinovec 173 prodaju se kuća, zgrade i dvor ukupne površine 1222 kvadrata po početnoj cijeni od 27.100 eura. Nekretnina je opterećena založnim pravom u korist RH, ali će se brisati nakon prodaje nekretnine.

U istoj ulici, ali na broju 204j, prodaje se suvlasnička polovica kuće, dvora i oranice ukupne površine 1040 kvadrata i suvlasnička polovica oranice ukupne površine 460 kvadrata. Početna je cijena na dražbi 24.700 eura.
