Ministarstvo financija realiziralo je u utorak na domaćem tržištu kapitala dvije tranše obveznica u ukupnom nominalnom iznosu od 5,05 milijardi kuna, što je treće zaduženje države obveznicama na domaćem tržištu od početka godine.

Ministarstvo financija realizirala je na domaćem tržištu kapitala izdanje treće tranše obveznica dospijeća 2026. u nominalnom iznosu od 2,46 milijardi kuna, uz prinos do dospijeća od 0,85 posto, te izdanje druge tranše obveznica dospijeća 2028. u nominalnom iznosu od 2,59 milijardi kuna, uz prinos do dospijeća od 0,94 posto, objavljeno je u srijedu na internetskim stranicama Ministarstva financija.

Knjiga upisa za navedene obveznice bila je otvorena u utorak u 11,30 sati, a zatvorena je isti dan u 14,50 sati.

„Uspješnom realizacijom izdanja Republika Hrvatska je još jednom dokazala povjerenje ulagatelja na domaćem tržištu kapitala”, navodi se u priopćenju Ministarstva financija.

Izdanje obveznica aranžirale su Erste & Steiermärkische Bank, OTP banka, Privredna banka Zagreb, Raiffeisenbank Austria i Zagrebačka banka.

Treće zaduženje od početka godine na domaćem tržištu

To je treće zaduženje države obveznicama od početka godine. Naime, u veljači je država izdala tri tranše obveznica u iznosu 15 milijardi kuna, po ponderiranoj kamatnoj stopi od 1 posto.

Početkom svibnja Ministarstvo je izdalo i 7-godišnju obveznicu na domaćem tržištu u iznosu od 1,445 milijardi eura po kamatnoj stopi od 0,75 posto, a refinanciran je i veliki trezorski zapis od 7,8 milijardi kuna te su obavljeni i pojedini kreditni aranžmani s bankama u Hrvatskoj.

Zaduženje na inozemnom tržištu

U lipnju je, pak, Ministarstvo financija na međunarodnom tržištu kapitala izdalo 11-godišnju obveznicu vrijednu dvije milijarde eura, uz kuponsku kamatnu stopu od 1,5 posto te ostvareni prinos od 1,643 posto.

„Primici od tog izdanja iskoristit će se za refinanciranje euroobveznice iznosa 1,25 milijardi dolara, koja dospijeva u srpnju 2020., pri čemu će se ostvariti godišnja ušteda na kamatama od gotovo 360 milijuna kuna”, priopćilo je tada Ministarstvo.

Preostali dio izdanja, kaže se u priopćenju, iskoristit će se za financiranje mjera za pomoć gospodarstvu pogođenom pandemijom Covid-19, kako je i predviđeno u izmjenama i dopunama državnog proračuna za ovu godinu.

Naime, rebalansom proračuna na početku svibnja primici od financijske imovine i zaduživanja s originalno predviđenih 30,5 milijardi kuna povećani su na 63,4 milijarde kuna.

Ministarstvo financija realiziralo je u utorak na domaćem tržištu kapitala dvije tranše obveznica u ukupnom nominalnom iznosu od 5,05 milijardi kuna, što je treće zaduženje države obveznicama na domaćem tržištu od početka godine.

Ministarstvo financija realizirala je na domaćem tržištu kapitala izdanje treće tranše obveznica dospijeća 2026. u nominalnom iznosu od 2,46 milijardi kuna, uz prinos do dospijeća od 0,85 posto, te izdanje druge tranše obveznica dospijeća 2028. u nominalnom iznosu od 2,59 milijardi kuna, uz prinos do dospijeća od 0,94 posto, objavljeno je u srijedu na internetskim stranicama Ministarstva financija.

Knjiga upisa za navedene obveznice bila je otvorena u utorak u 11,30 sati, a zatvorena je isti dan u 14,50 sati.

„Uspješnom realizacijom izdanja Republika Hrvatska je još jednom dokazala povjerenje ulagatelja na domaćem tržištu kapitala”, navodi se u priopćenju Ministarstva financija.

Izdanje obveznica aranžirale su Erste & Steiermärkische Bank, OTP banka, Privredna banka Zagreb, Raiffeisenbank Austria i Zagrebačka banka.

Treće zaduženje od početka godine na domaćem tržištu

To je treće zaduženje države obveznicama od početka godine. Naime, u veljači je država izdala tri tranše obveznica u iznosu 15 milijardi kuna, po ponderiranoj kamatnoj stopi od 1 posto.

Početkom svibnja Ministarstvo je izdalo i 7-godišnju obveznicu na domaćem tržištu u iznosu od 1,445 milijardi eura po kamatnoj stopi od 0,75 posto, a refinanciran je i veliki trezorski zapis od 7,8 milijardi kuna te su obavljeni i pojedini kreditni aranžmani s bankama u Hrvatskoj.

Zaduženje na inozemnom tržištu

U lipnju je, pak, Ministarstvo financija na međunarodnom tržištu kapitala izdalo 11-godišnju obveznicu vrijednu dvije milijarde eura, uz kuponsku kamatnu stopu od 1,5 posto te ostvareni prinos od 1,643 posto.

„Primici od tog izdanja iskoristit će se za refinanciranje euroobveznice iznosa 1,25 milijardi dolara, koja dospijeva u srpnju 2020., pri čemu će se ostvariti godišnja ušteda na kamatama od gotovo 360 milijuna kuna”, priopćilo je tada Ministarstvo.

Preostali dio izdanja, kaže se u priopćenju, iskoristit će se za financiranje mjera za pomoć gospodarstvu pogođenom pandemijom Covid-19, kako je i predviđeno u izmjenama i dopunama državnog proračuna za ovu godinu.

Naime, rebalansom proračuna na početku svibnja primici od financijske imovine i zaduživanja s originalno predviđenih 30,5 milijardi kuna povećani su na 63,4 milijarde kuna.

Hrvatska na domaćem tržištu izdala obveznice vrijedne više od pet milijardi kuna

Ministarstvo financija realiziralo je u utorak na domaćem tržištu kapitala dvije tranše obveznica u ukupnom nominalnom iznosu od 5,05 milijardi kuna, što je treće zaduženje države obveznicama na domaćem tržištu od početka godine.

Ministarstvo financija realizirala je na domaćem tržištu kapitala izdanje treće tranše obveznica dospijeća 2026. u nominalnom iznosu od 2,46 milijardi kuna, uz prinos do dospijeća od 0,85 posto, te izdanje druge tranše obveznica dospijeća 2028. u nominalnom iznosu od 2,59 milijardi kuna, uz prinos do dospijeća od 0,94 posto, objavljeno je u srijedu na internetskim stranicama Ministarstva financija.

Knjiga upisa za navedene obveznice bila je otvorena u utorak u 11,30 sati, a zatvorena je isti dan u 14,50 sati.
