Na elektroničkim dražbama koje provodi Financijska agencija (Fina) u posljednjih šest godina i devet mjeseci prodane su 17.323 nekretnine i 365 pokretnina koje su njihovi vlasnici 'izgubili' u ovršnim i stečajnim postupcima, piše Novi list.

Za njih je na dražbama u valjanim ponudama postignuta ukupna cijena od gotovo 5,9 milijardi kuna, ali zasad je od tog iznosa uplaćeno 2,68 milijardi kuna, odnosno nešto više od 45 posto.

Od 1. siječnja 2015. godine, otkako je Fina preuzela provođenje prodaje nekretnina i pokretnina iz ovršnih i stečajnih postupaka, pa do kraja rujna ove godine, održano je 23.579 dražbi i na njima je prodano ukupno 6.742 predmeta, ali, kako pojašnjavaju Novom listu iz Fine, jedan predmet prodaje može sadržavati više pojedinačnih objekata, primjerice pet stanova i dva parkirališna mjesta.

Kad je u pitanju prodaja samo nekretnina, bilo da su se na dražbi prodavale pojedinačno, skupno, odnosno kao dio imovine ili cijela imovina, ukupan iznos posljednjih najviših valjanih ponuda bio je 5,737 milijardi kuna. Za njih je dosad uplaćeno 2,623 milijarde kuna.

Iz Fine pojašnjavaju da se ukupan iznos najviših valjanih ponuda i evidentiranih uplata razlikuje iz više razloga, pa tako navode da to mogu biti prijeboj, ali i to da kupac koji je na dražbi predao najveću valjanu ponudu nije uplatio taj novac.

Kad je u pitanju bila skupna prodaja, prodaja cjelokupne imovine ili dijela imovine dužnika, a u ponudi su bile i pokretnine i nekretnine, ukupno je na dražbama postignuta cijena od 124,18 milijardi kuna, ali je dosad uplaćeno nešto više od 40,8 milijuna kuna.

Samo za pokretnine na dražbama su postignute cijene od 37,8 milijuna kuna, ali dosad je za njih uplaćeno 15,4 milijuna kuna.

Što se tiče stanova i kuća koje su prije prodaje služile za stanovanje, a njihovi vlasnici ih izgubili u ovršnim postupcima ili su im tvrtke završile u stečajevima pa su postali dio stečajne imovine, iz Fine kažu da ih je u šest godina i sedam mjeseci prodano 2.232.

Bilo da su prodavani pojedinačno ili su bili dio imovine koja se prodavala da se namire vjerovnici, za njih je na dražbama postignuta ukupna cijena od 1,4 milijarde kuna. No, do 30. rujna ove godine od tog je iznosa uplaćeno gotovo 540 milijuna kuna, što je malo više od 38 posto postignute cijene, piše Novi list.

Kad se gledaju samo nekretnine koje su prije dražbe služile za stanovanje, u prosjeku su na dražbi postizale cijene od 630 tisuća kuna, no na dražbi se tijekom ovih godina nudilo kuće i za po nekoliko stotina kuna, ali i nekretnine od po nekoliko milijuna kuna.

Prije nego što je Fina preuzela prodaju nekretnina, taj je posao kroz Očevidnik nekretnina od 2003. godine radila Hrvatska gospodarska komora.

Kroz evidencije tih dviju institucija u posljednjih je 18 godina prošlo više od 60 tisuća nekretnina koje su izgubljene u ovrhama i stečajevima. Među njima je bilo i više od 28 tisuća stanova i kuća, njihovi su ih vlasnici izgubili uglavnom kroz ovršne postupke.

Za ovu je godinu u Fininom očevidniku nekretnina koje se prodaju u stečajnom i ovršnom postupku upisano 3.140 nekretnina koje služe za stanovanje, a među predmetima se nalaze pojedinačne kuće i stanovi, ali i nekoliko kuća ili nekoliko stanova.

Od toga je na bubnju čak 2.340 nekretnina za stanovanje završilo kroz ovršne postupke. Od toga je 1.248 kuća, 875 stanova i 112 stambenih zgrada. Kad su stambene zgrade u pitanju ponekad se nakon ovršnog postupka prodaje tek jedna četvrtina ili tri petine udjela, a ponekad i cijela stambena zgrada.

Na elektroničkim dražbama koje provodi Financijska agencija (Fina) u posljednjih šest godina i devet mjeseci prodane su 17.323 nekretnine i 365 pokretnina koje su njihovi vlasnici 'izgubili' u ovršnim i stečajnim postupcima, piše Novi list.

Za njih je na dražbama u valjanim ponudama postignuta ukupna cijena od gotovo 5,9 milijardi kuna, ali zasad je od tog iznosa uplaćeno 2,68 milijardi kuna, odnosno nešto više od 45 posto.

Od 1. siječnja 2015. godine, otkako je Fina preuzela provođenje prodaje nekretnina i pokretnina iz ovršnih i stečajnih postupaka, pa do kraja rujna ove godine, održano je 23.579 dražbi i na njima je prodano ukupno 6.742 predmeta, ali, kako pojašnjavaju Novom listu iz Fine, jedan predmet prodaje može sadržavati više pojedinačnih objekata, primjerice pet stanova i dva parkirališna mjesta.

Kad je u pitanju prodaja samo nekretnina, bilo da su se na dražbi prodavale pojedinačno, skupno, odnosno kao dio imovine ili cijela imovina, ukupan iznos posljednjih najviših valjanih ponuda bio je 5,737 milijardi kuna. Za njih je dosad uplaćeno 2,623 milijarde kuna.

Iz Fine pojašnjavaju da se ukupan iznos najviših valjanih ponuda i evidentiranih uplata razlikuje iz više razloga, pa tako navode da to mogu biti prijeboj, ali i to da kupac koji je na dražbi predao najveću valjanu ponudu nije uplatio taj novac.

Kad je u pitanju bila skupna prodaja, prodaja cjelokupne imovine ili dijela imovine dužnika, a u ponudi su bile i pokretnine i nekretnine, ukupno je na dražbama postignuta cijena od 124,18 milijardi kuna, ali je dosad uplaćeno nešto više od 40,8 milijuna kuna.

Samo za pokretnine na dražbama su postignute cijene od 37,8 milijuna kuna, ali dosad je za njih uplaćeno 15,4 milijuna kuna.

Što se tiče stanova i kuća koje su prije prodaje služile za stanovanje, a njihovi vlasnici ih izgubili u ovršnim postupcima ili su im tvrtke završile u stečajevima pa su postali dio stečajne imovine, iz Fine kažu da ih je u šest godina i sedam mjeseci prodano 2.232.

Bilo da su prodavani pojedinačno ili su bili dio imovine koja se prodavala da se namire vjerovnici, za njih je na dražbama postignuta ukupna cijena od 1,4 milijarde kuna. No, do 30. rujna ove godine od tog je iznosa uplaćeno gotovo 540 milijuna kuna, što je malo više od 38 posto postignute cijene, piše Novi list.

Kad se gledaju samo nekretnine koje su prije dražbe služile za stanovanje, u prosjeku su na dražbi postizale cijene od 630 tisuća kuna, no na dražbi se tijekom ovih godina nudilo kuće i za po nekoliko stotina kuna, ali i nekretnine od po nekoliko milijuna kuna.

Prije nego što je Fina preuzela prodaju nekretnina, taj je posao kroz Očevidnik nekretnina od 2003. godine radila Hrvatska gospodarska komora.

Kroz evidencije tih dviju institucija u posljednjih je 18 godina prošlo više od 60 tisuća nekretnina koje su izgubljene u ovrhama i stečajevima. Među njima je bilo i više od 28 tisuća stanova i kuća, njihovi su ih vlasnici izgubili uglavnom kroz ovršne postupke.

Za ovu je godinu u Fininom očevidniku nekretnina koje se prodaju u stečajnom i ovršnom postupku upisano 3.140 nekretnina koje služe za stanovanje, a među predmetima se nalaze pojedinačne kuće i stanovi, ali i nekoliko kuća ili nekoliko stanova.

Od toga je na bubnju čak 2.340 nekretnina za stanovanje završilo kroz ovršne postupke. Od toga je 1.248 kuća, 875 stanova i 112 stambenih zgrada. Kad su stambene zgrade u pitanju ponekad se nakon ovršnog postupka prodaje tek jedna četvrtina ili tri petine udjela, a ponekad i cijela stambena zgrada.

Na elektroničkim dražbama koje provodi Financijska agencija (Fina) u posljednjih šest godina i devet mjeseci prodane su 17.323 nekretnine i 365 pokretnina koje su njihovi vlasnici 'izgubili' u ovršnim i stečajnim postupcima, piše Novi list.

Za njih je na dražbama u valjanim ponudama postignuta ukupna cijena od gotovo 5,9 milijardi kuna, ali zasad je od tog iznosa uplaćeno 2,68 milijardi kuna, odnosno nešto više od 45 posto.

Od 1. siječnja 2015. godine, otkako je Fina preuzela provođenje prodaje nekretnina i pokretnina iz ovršnih i stečajnih postupaka, pa do kraja rujna ove godine, održano je 23.579 dražbi i na njima je prodano ukupno 6.742 predmeta, ali, kako pojašnjavaju Novom listu iz Fine, jedan predmet prodaje može sadržavati više pojedinačnih objekata, primjerice pe...
