Ta, prije samom tjedan dana bio je na zadarskom području, uživao je u lovu na otoku Pagu. Rado se odazvao na poziv lovaca iz paške “Kamenjarke”, družio se s njima i lovio po paškom kamenjaru zečeve i jarebice. A nedavno je i vrlo srdačno primljen u Zadru.

No u utorak navečer se ispostavilo da možda general nije dobio pozivnicu pa zato nije došao! Iako je u vrijeme organiziranja proslave na sastancima koordinacije u Zadru više puta rečeno kako se očekuje i njegov dolazak.

Naime Markač je uz generale Janka Bobetka i Antu Gotovinu, te Antu Rosu i Mirka Norca planirao ovu prvu veliku osloboditeljsku akciju. Zbog značajnog sudjelovanja policije, pogotovo specijalne, akcija se i zove ne samo vojna nego i redarstvena, a policiju je predvodio baš Mladen Markač.

I sad se dogodilo da general Markač nije dobio pozivnicu, a čak ni neki neformalni poziv od nekoga iz organizacije. Kako je moglo do toga doći? Je li možda greška u organizaciji ili će na kraju biti kriva pošta jer ni drugi zapovjednici u Specijalnoj policiji izgleda da nisu dobili poozivnice?

- Organizacijja cijele proslave akcije Maslenica bila je zajednička – dogovor Koordinacija udruga iz Domovinskog rata, Zadarske županije, općina i gradova koji su u obuhvatu akcije, Specijalne policije te MORH-a. Bilo je više dogovora, a upućen je i javni poziv. Očekivali smo da će doći i general Markač i iznenadili smo što ga nije bilo.  

- Zadarska županija je bila u biti koordinator organizacije prema državnom vrhu. Tiskano je ukupno 700 pozivnica, mi smo sa svoje strane od toga poslali 100 poziva na Ured predsjednika, premijera, ministarstva. Ostale smo pozivnice proslijedili Koordinaciji udruga proisteklih iz Domovinskog rata.

- Ne znam da li je netko uputio poziv generalu Gotovini koji je bio na proslavi i tko je točno uputio poziv generalu Markaču, ili mu nije nekom greškom upućen. Ako smo na ovaj način učinili neki propust svima se ispričavamo - kazala nam je glasnogovornica Zadarske županije Vlatka Vučić Marasović.

Ta, prije samom tjedan dana bio je na zadarskom području, uživao je u lovu na otoku Pagu. Rado se odazvao na poziv lovaca iz paške “Kamenjarke”, družio se s njima i lovio po paškom kamenjaru zečeve i jarebice. A nedavno je i vrlo srdačno primljen u Zadru.

No u utorak navečer se ispostavilo da možda general nije dobio pozivnicu pa zato nije došao! Iako je u vrijeme organiziranja proslave na sastancima koordinacije u Zadru više puta rečeno kako se očekuje i njegov dolazak.

Naime Markač je uz generale Janka Bobetka i Antu Gotovinu, te Antu Rosu i Mirka Norca planirao ovu prvu veliku osloboditeljsku akciju. Zbog značajnog sudjelovanja policije, pogotovo specijalne, akcija se i zove ne samo vojna nego i redarstvena, a policiju je predvodio baš Mladen Markač.

I sad se dogodilo da general Markač nije dobio pozivnicu, a čak ni neki neformalni poziv od nekoga iz organizacije. Kako je moglo do toga doći? Je li možda greška u organizaciji ili će na kraju biti kriva pošta jer ni drugi zapovjednici u Specijalnoj policiji izgleda da nisu dobili poozivnice?

- Organizacijja cijele proslave akcije Maslenica bila je zajednička – dogovor Koordinacija udruga iz Domovinskog rata, Zadarske županije, općina i gradova koji su u obuhvatu akcije, Specijalne policije te MORH-a. Bilo je više dogovora, a upućen je i javni poziv. Očekivali smo da će doći i general Markač i iznenadili smo što ga nije bilo.  

- Zadarska županija je bila u biti koordinator organizacije prema državnom vrhu. Tiskano je ukupno 700 pozivnica, mi smo sa svoje strane od toga poslali 100 poziva na Ured predsjednika, premijera, ministarstva. Ostale smo pozivnice proslijedili Koordinaciji udruga proisteklih iz Domovinskog rata.

- Ne znam da li je netko uputio poziv generalu Gotovini koji je bio na proslavi i tko je točno uputio poziv generalu Markaču, ili mu nije nekom greškom upućen. Ako smo na ovaj način učinili neki propust svima se ispričavamo - kazala nam je glasnogovornica Zadarske županije Vlatka Vučić Marasović.

Izostanak generala Mladena Markača s proslave 20. obljetnice vojno-redarstvene akcije Maslenica zamijećena je u Zadru u utorak, no nitko nije posebno postavljao pitanje znajući da general ima povremeno zdravstvene probleme.
