Policijski dužnosnik, kojega optuženici navode kao "glavnog krivca" za pokretanje, kako kažu, montiranog političkog postupka, svjedočenje je započeo opisujući detalje kriminalističke obrade ratnih zločina koja su se u osječkoj policiji provodila od listopada 2006.
Faber je ostao pri ranijim tvrdnjama da je policija postupala korektno te da su neki od optuženika sami došli na razgovor.
Zbog svjedočenja koje bi, među ostalim, trebao razriješiti i optužbe optuženika o iznudi priznanja osječkoj policiji te pritisku na svjedoke, Faber se na zagrebačkom Županijskom sudu pojavio i na posljednjoj raspravi, odgođenoj zbog bolesti optuženog Mirka Sivića.
Nakon kratkog boravka na sudu odvjetnik Gordane Getoš Magdić Fabera je tada ponovno optužio za "pritisak" na njegovu branjenicu, što je Faber odbacio, rekavši da je šokiran lažima koje iznose odvjetnici optuženika u slučajevima "garaža" i "selotejp".
Getoš-Magdić je zbog kratkog susreta na sudskom hodniku tada započela štrajk glađu, čemu je u više navrata od početka postupka pribjegavao i Glavaš.
Sudac Željko Horvatović jutros je izvijestio da Getoš-Magdić nisu poremećene vitalne ili intelektualne funkcije, pa je, kao i ranije oboljeli Sivić, raspravno sposobna.
Svjedočenje Vladimira Fabera izazvalo je najveći medijski interes od početka suđenja i iznošenja Glavaševe obrane, a očekuje se da bivši policijski načelnik neće uspjeti u jednom danu ispričati sve što zanima sud, obranu, tužiteljstvo i optuženike.

Policijski dužnosnik, kojega optuženici navode kao "glavnog krivca" za pokretanje, kako kažu, montiranog političkog postupka, svjedočenje je započeo opisujući detalje kriminalističke obrade ratnih zločina koja su se u osječkoj policiji provodila od listopada 2006.
Faber je ostao pri ranijim tvrdnjama da je policija postupala korektno te da su neki od optuženika sami došli na razgovor.
Zbog svjedočenja koje bi, među ostalim, trebao razriješiti i optužbe optuženika o iznudi priznanja osječkoj policiji te pritisku na svjedoke, Faber se na zagrebačkom Županijskom sudu pojavio i na posljednjoj raspravi, odgođenoj zbog bolesti optuženog Mirka Sivića.
Nakon kratkog boravka na sudu odvjetnik Gordane Getoš Magdić Fabera je tada ponovno optužio za "pritisak" na njegovu branjenicu, što je Faber odbacio, rekavši da je šokiran lažima koje iznose odvjetnici optuženika u slučajevima "garaža" i "selotejp".
Getoš-Magdić je zbog kratkog susreta na sudskom hodniku tada započela štrajk glađu, čemu je u više navrata od početka postupka pribjegavao i Glavaš.
Sudac Željko Horvatović jutros je izvijestio da Getoš-Magdić nisu poremećene vitalne ili intelektualne funkcije, pa je, kao i ranije oboljeli Sivić, raspravno sposobna.
Svjedočenje Vladimira Fabera izazvalo je najveći medijski interes od početka suđenja i iznošenja Glavaševe obrane, a očekuje se da bivši policijski načelnik neće uspjeti u jednom danu ispričati sve što zanima sud, obranu, tužiteljstvo i optuženike.
