Provedba ispita državne mature u školskoj godini 2020./2021., za koju se u ljetnome roku prijavilo 31 779 pristupnika, i ove se godine zbog pandemije provodi u posebnim uvjetima, ali su, kako je priopćeno, nadležne službe na sve spremne.

Vršitelj dužnosti ravnatelja Nacionalnoga centra za vanjsko vrednovanje obrazovanja (NCVVO) Vinko Filipović izjavio je da ni ove godine zbog pandemije situacija nije uobičajena, ali da je Centar spreman provesti maturu u takvim uvjetima.

Spremni smo na mogućnost da imamo i covid pozitivnih maturanata. Oni će polagati na jesen, ali će imati iste uvjete i mogućnost upisa na željeni studij kao i oni koji će polagati u ljetnom roku. Postoji dogovor sa sveučilištem da se povećaju upisne kvote za toliki broj učenika, kazao je.

Za učenike koji će se tijekom ispita naći u samoizolaciji, predvidjeli smo polaganje u posebnim uvjetima. Sada je nemoguće govoriti o tome koliki bi to broj učenika mogao biti, ako ih uopće bude, jer su maturanti od 21. svibnja izvan škole, kazao je

Filipović i dodao kako je povoljna okolnost da svakoga dana imamo sve manje oboljelih.

Kalendar duži za tjedna dana

Provedba ispita državne mature započela je u ponedjeljak i utorak ispitima materinskih jezika nacionalnih manjina te klasičnih jezika.

Prethodno, NCVVO je izmijenio Kalendar provedbe državne mature u ljetnom roku školske godine 2020./2021. i u njemu razdvojio ispite s najvećim brojem pristupnika kao što su hrvatski jezik, matematika i engleski jezik.

Time se provedba državne mature produljila se za pet dana, odnosno umjesto četiri tjedna provodit će se pet tjedana. Prema novom Kalendaru, završetak ljetnoga roka državne mature i objava konačnih rezultata pomiče se za jedan dan. Konačni rezultati ispita bit će objavljeni 21. srpnja, javili su ranije iz NCVVO-a.

Engleski jezik na rasporedu je 2. i 7. lipnja, 8. lipnja biologija i španjolski jezik, a 9. lipnja geografija i talijanski jezik.

Politika i gospodarstvo te francuski jezik polažu se 10. lipnja, a dan kasnije informatika i psihologija.

Kemija i sociologija na rasporedu su 14. lipnja, a njemački jezik i povijest 15. lipnja.

Dan kasnije, 16. lipnja, učenici polažu fiziku i filozofiju, a 17. lipnja likovnu umjetnost, vjeronauk i etiku.

Prvi dan nakon dugodnevice, 21. lipnja, na rasporedu je pisanje testa za hrvatski jezik, kao i 23. lipnja, a eseja 24. i 25 linja.
Kalendar ljetnih ispita mature završava polaganjem matematike 28. i 29 lipnja, te polaganjem logike i glazbene umjetnosti 30. lipnja.

V.d. ravnatelja: stručne skupine su jedine nadležne ocjenjivati odgovore

Ovogodišnja matura provodi se s novim čovjekom na čelu NCVVO-a. Upravno vijeće Centra razriješilo je dotadašnju ravnateljicu Ivanu Katavić 9. svibnja i za vršitelja dužnosti ravnatelja izabralo profesora geografije i nekadašnjeg ravnatelja Agencije za odgoj i obrazovanje Vinka Filipovića.

Upravno vijeće priopćilo je da je NCVVO pod vodstvom Ivane Katavić u školskoj godini 2019./2020. kvalitetno pripremio, organizirao i proveo ispite na ljetnom i jesenskom roku državne mature, ali da je u završnici počinjena greška u rješavanju prigovora 16-ero učenika koji su se žalili na vrednovanje svojih ispita državne mature.

To je detalj koji je ostavio određenu sjenu na funkcioniranje Nacionalnog centra i održavanje državne mature koja bi doista trebala biti primjer transparentnosti i jedinstvenih kriterija za sve učenike, što je bio i smisao uvođenja državne mature, priznaje Filipović.

U takvim situacijama ću poštivati mišljenje struke, u ovom slučaju da svaki konkretan primjer razmotri stručno povjerenstvo na čelu kojeg su uvijek predstavnici stručne radne skupine. Oni su jedini relevantni ocjenjivati valjanost odgovora, a ne arbitraže koje su izvan skupine, kazao je.

Upravno vijeće najavilo je da će pojačano nadzirati sve postupke u vezi s pripremama za provedbu državne mature te će u skladu sa svojom profesionalnom odgovornošću u suradnji s v. d. ravnatelja i djelatnicima Centra činiti sve da se ovogodišnja državna matura, opterećena teškom epidemiološkom situacijom, provede besprijekorno na dobrobit svih dionika.

S imenovanim članovima Upravnog vijeća, kojih je šest, izvrsno surađujem i imam njihovu punu podršku, što mi ja važno u ovoj situaciji, zaključio je Filipović.

Provedba ispita državne mature u školskoj godini 2020./2021., za koju se u ljetnome roku prijavilo 31 779 pristupnika, i ove se godine zbog pandemije provodi u posebnim uvjetima, ali su, kako je priopćeno, nadležne službe na sve spremne.

Vršitelj dužnosti ravnatelja Nacionalnoga centra za vanjsko vrednovanje obrazovanja (NCVVO) Vinko Filipović izjavio je da ni ove godine zbog pandemije situacija nije uobičajena, ali da je Centar spreman provesti maturu u takvim uvjetima.

Spremni smo na mogućnost da imamo i covid pozitivnih maturanata. Oni će polagati na jesen, ali će imati iste uvjete i mogućnost upisa na željeni studij kao i oni koji će polagati u ljetnom roku. Postoji dogovor sa sveučilištem da se povećaju upisne kvote za toliki broj učenika, kazao je.

Za učenike koji će se tijekom ispita naći u samoizolaciji, predvidjeli smo polaganje u posebnim uvjetima. Sada je nemoguće govoriti o tome koliki bi to broj učenika mogao biti, ako ih uopće bude, jer su maturanti od 21. svibnja izvan škole, kazao je

Filipović i dodao kako je povoljna okolnost da svakoga dana imamo sve manje oboljelih.

Kalendar duži za tjedna dana

Provedba ispita državne mature započela je u ponedjeljak i utorak ispitima materinskih jezika nacionalnih manjina te klasičnih jezika.

Prethodno, NCVVO je izmijenio Kalendar provedbe državne mature u ljetnom roku školske godine 2020./2021. i u njemu razdvojio ispite s najvećim brojem pristupnika kao što su hrvatski jezik, matematika i engleski jezik.

Time se provedba državne mature produljila se za pet dana, odnosno umjesto četiri tjedna provodit će se pet tjedana. Prema novom Kalendaru, završetak ljetnoga roka državne mature i objava konačnih rezultata pomiče se za jedan dan. Konačni rezultati ispita bit će objavljeni 21. srpnja, javili su ranije iz NCVVO-a.

Engleski jezik na rasporedu je 2. i 7. lipnja, 8. lipnja biologija i španjolski jezik, a 9. lipnja geografija i talijanski jezik.

Politika i gospodarstvo te francuski jezik polažu se 10. lipnja, a dan kasnije informatika i psihologija.

Kemija i sociologija na rasporedu su 14. lipnja, a njemački jezik i povijest 15. lipnja.

Dan kasnije, 16. lipnja, učenici polažu fiziku i filozofiju, a 17. lipnja likovnu umjetnost, vjeronauk i etiku.

Prvi dan nakon dugodnevice, 21. lipnja, na rasporedu je pisanje testa za hrvatski jezik, kao i 23. lipnja, a eseja 24. i 25 linja.
Kalendar ljetnih ispita mature završava polaganjem matematike 28. i 29 lipnja, te polaganjem logike i glazbene umjetnosti 30. lipnja.

V.d. ravnatelja: stručne skupine su jedine nadležne ocjenjivati odgovore

Ovogodišnja matura provodi se s novim čovjekom na čelu NCVVO-a. Upravno vijeće Centra razriješilo je dotadašnju ravnateljicu Ivanu Katavić 9. svibnja i za vršitelja dužnosti ravnatelja izabralo profesora geografije i nekadašnjeg ravnatelja Agencije za odgoj i obrazovanje Vinka Filipovića.

Upravno vijeće priopćilo je da je NCVVO pod vodstvom Ivane Katavić u školskoj godini 2019./2020. kvalitetno pripremio, organizirao i proveo ispite na ljetnom i jesenskom roku državne mature, ali da je u završnici počinjena greška u rješavanju prigovora 16-ero učenika koji su se žalili na vrednovanje svojih ispita državne mature.

To je detalj koji je ostavio određenu sjenu na funkcioniranje Nacionalnog centra i održavanje državne mature koja bi doista trebala biti primjer transparentnosti i jedinstvenih kriterija za sve učenike, što je bio i smisao uvođenja državne mature, priznaje Filipović.

U takvim situacijama ću poštivati mišljenje struke, u ovom slučaju da svaki konkretan primjer razmotri stručno povjerenstvo na čelu kojeg su uvijek predstavnici stručne radne skupine. Oni su jedini relevantni ocjenjivati valjanost odgovora, a ne arbitraže koje su izvan skupine, kazao je.

Upravno vijeće najavilo je da će pojačano nadzirati sve postupke u vezi s pripremama za provedbu državne mature te će u skladu sa svojom profesionalnom odgovornošću u suradnji s v. d. ravnatelja i djelatnicima Centra činiti sve da se ovogodišnja državna matura, opterećena teškom epidemiološkom situacijom, provede besprijekorno na dobrobit svih dionika.

S imenovanim članovima Upravnog vijeća, kojih je šest, izvrsno surađujem i imam njihovu punu podršku, što mi ja važno u ovoj situaciji, zaključio je Filipović.
