Slučaj izazvan problemima u trudnoći Mirele Čavajde bio je tema emisije Otvoreno na HRT-u. Sutra u 18 sati na Trgu bana Jelačića počinje središnji prosvjed solidarnosti s Mirelom Čavajdom i ženama kojima je uskraćen prekid trudnoće. U subotu u 11 sati od zagrebačkog HNK će krenuti kolona Hoda za život u znak potpore svakom nerođenom djetetu. 

Ravnatelj KBC-a Zagreb Ante Ćorušić (HDZ) je na tu temu rekao:

- Koliko mi je poznato, u Hrvatskoj nitko ne zna raditi feticid. Mislim da će gospođa Čavajda biti upućena u Sloveniju, što će platiti HZZO. Feticid je postupak u kojem je cilj ubojstvo ploda. To je brutalan postupak kad se iglom ulazi u maternicu i gađa se srce fetusa. Radi se o ubojstvu, nakon čega se plod komada i vadi. Nimalo ugodno, rekao je Ćorušić.

Potom je riječ dobila saborska zastupnica Sandra Benčić (Možemo!):

- Prvo, pitanje dostupnosti i legalnosti pobačaja je jedno od rijetkih pitanja oko kojih nismo podijeljeni. Većina misli da je to pitanje prava žene. Samo 6 posto misli da treba zabraniti. To nije pitanje koje dijeli javnost. Drugo, naš zakon kaže da je svaka zdravstvena ustanova koja ima ginekologiju dužna osigurati pobačaj. To se do 10. tjedna radi na zahtjev, a kasnije se radi u samo tri slučaja od kojih je jedan ovakav slučaj kao kod Mirele Čavajde kad je plod teško oštećen. Ne navodi se nikakva gornja granica. U tim slučajevima povjerenstvo treba odlučiti, a ostalo je na ženi. Sve četiri bolnice osim Sv. Duha su propustile utvrditi da se radi o teškom oštećenju. Sv. Duh je to rekao, ali i dodao da nemaju ljude za provesti taj postupak. U Sloveniji su odmah rekli da se doista radi o takvim oštećenjima da plod neće preživjeti. Drugostupanjski je sve potvrđeno, no prije toga je bilo maltretiranja ove hrabre žene kojoj svi imamo biti zahvalni, rekla je Benčić.

Ministra zdravstva Vilija Beroša optužila je da je pozivao na nezakonitosti, ali ih i činio.

Ćorušić je potom uzvratio da on nije bio član povjerenstva.

- Ako je itko kriv, kriv je Sveti Duh jer su čekali s očitanjem nalaza 9 dana. U tim prvim nalazima nije bilo naznaka hidrocefalusa. Zatražili smo drugi magnet koji je učinjen i očitan i u kojem se vidi neočekivana progresija tumora. Dijete vjerojatno ne bi preživjelo, rekao je Ćorušić.

- Na temelju nalaza koje smo tada imali na uvid i imajući iskustva u liječenju takvih tumora, zaključili smo da nismo sigurni koliko je tumor agresivan i da doista nije operabilan. Zato smo tražili drugu magnetsku rezonancu koja je pokazala da je tumor jako agresivan, objasnio je Ćorušić.

-  WHO razlikuje što je preuranjeni porod, no to je porod kod kojeg je rođeno živo dijete, a pobačaj je uvijek pobačaj. Kad se radi o intrauterinom prekidu trudnoće - to nije eutanazija. Kako je moguće da se po istom zakonu prekid trudnoće može izvesti u Sloveniji? Ovdje se radi samo o tome da hrvatske institucije pod HDZ-om nisu sposobne provoditi zakon, poručila je Benčić.

- Slažem se da oko pobačaja nismo podijeljeni, ali oko ovog slučaja jesmo. Jako je bitna razlika što je pobačaj, a što prijevremeni porod. Porođaj je kad se porodi dijete teže od određene težine i starije od 22 tjedna. Starije od 22 tjedna ima šanse preživjeti. Hrvatska je po svom rješenju negdje u sredini u odnosu na ostale europske zemlje. Taj zakon treba doraditi i poboljšati. Zabrana pobačaja nikome nije donijela ništa dobro, istaknuo je Ćorušić.

Benčić je poručila kako je sramotno da "nas HDZ stalno dovodi u situaciju da građani nešto predviđeno zakonom moraju tražiti u drugoj zemlji".

- Ono što me zanima je na koji način ova država namjerava osigurati pristup pobačaju, a da ne prolaze torturu i stigmatizaciju, kazala je Benčić u studiju emisije Otvoreno na HRT-u..

Slučaj izazvan problemima u trudnoći Mirele Čavajde bio je tema emisije Otvoreno na HRT-u. Sutra u 18 sati na Trgu bana Jelačića počinje središnji prosvjed solidarnosti s Mirelom Čavajdom i ženama kojima je uskraćen prekid trudnoće. U subotu u 11 sati od zagrebačkog HNK će krenuti kolona Hoda za život u znak potpore svakom nerođenom djetetu. 

Ravnatelj KBC-a Zagreb Ante Ćorušić (HDZ) je na tu temu rekao:

- Koliko mi je poznato, u Hrvatskoj nitko ne zna raditi feticid. Mislim da će gospođa Čavajda biti upućena u Sloveniju, što će platiti HZZO. Feticid je postupak u kojem je cilj ubojstvo ploda. To je brutalan postupak kad se iglom ulazi u maternicu i gađa se srce fetusa. Radi se o ubojstvu, nakon čega se plod komada i vadi. Nimalo ugodno, rekao je Ćorušić.

Potom je riječ dobila saborska zastupnica Sandra Benčić (Možemo!):

- Prvo, pitanje dostupnosti i legalnosti pobačaja je jedno od rijetkih pitanja oko kojih nismo podijeljeni. Većina misli da je to pitanje prava žene. Samo 6 posto misli da treba zabraniti. To nije pitanje koje dijeli javnost. Drugo, naš zakon kaže da je svaka zdravstvena ustanova koja ima ginekologiju dužna osigurati pobačaj. To se do 10. tjedna radi na zahtjev, a kasnije se radi u samo tri slučaja od kojih je jedan ovakav slučaj kao kod Mirele Čavajde kad je plod teško oštećen. Ne navodi se nikakva gornja granica. U tim slučajevima povjerenstvo treba odlučiti, a ostalo je na ženi. Sve četiri bolnice osim Sv. Duha su propustile utvrditi da se radi o teškom oštećenju. Sv. Duh je to rekao, ali i dodao da nemaju ljude za provesti taj postupak. U Sloveniji su odmah rekli da se doista radi o takvim oštećenjima da plod neće preživjeti. Drugostupanjski je sve potvrđeno, no prije toga je bilo maltretiranja ove hrabre žene kojoj svi imamo biti zahvalni, rekla je Benčić.

Ministra zdravstva Vilija Beroša optužila je da je pozivao na nezakonitosti, ali ih i činio.

Ćorušić je potom uzvratio da on nije bio član povjerenstva.

- Ako je itko kriv, kriv je Sveti Duh jer su čekali s očitanjem nalaza 9 dana. U tim prvim nalazima nije bilo naznaka hidrocefalusa. Zatražili smo drugi magnet koji je učinjen i očitan i u kojem se vidi neočekivana progresija tumora. Dijete vjerojatno ne bi preživjelo, rekao je Ćorušić.

- Na temelju nalaza koje smo tada imali na uvid i imajući iskustva u liječenju takvih tumora, zaključili smo da nismo sigurni koliko je tumor agresivan i da doista nije operabilan. Zato smo tražili drugu magnetsku rezonancu koja je pokazala da je tumor jako agresivan, objasnio je Ćorušić.

-  WHO razlikuje što je preuranjeni porod, no to je porod kod kojeg je rođeno živo dijete, a pobačaj je uvijek pobačaj. Kad se radi o intrauterinom prekidu trudnoće - to nije eutanazija. Kako je moguće da se po istom zakonu prekid trudnoće može izvesti u Sloveniji? Ovdje se radi samo o tome da hrvatske institucije pod HDZ-om nisu sposobne provoditi zakon, poručila je Benčić.

- Slažem se da oko pobačaja nismo podijeljeni, ali oko ovog slučaja jesmo. Jako je bitna razlika što je pobačaj, a što prijevremeni porod. Porođaj je kad se porodi dijete teže od određene težine i starije od 22 tjedna. Starije od 22 tjedna ima šanse preživjeti. Hrvatska je po svom rješenju negdje u sredini u odnosu na ostale europske zemlje. Taj zakon treba doraditi i poboljšati. Zabrana pobačaja nikome nije donijela ništa dobro, istaknuo je Ćorušić.

Benčić je poručila kako je sramotno da "nas HDZ stalno dovodi u situaciju da građani nešto predviđeno zakonom moraju tražiti u drugoj zemlji".

- Ono što me zanima je na koji način ova država namjerava osigurati pristup pobačaju, a da ne prolaze torturu i stigmatizaciju, kazala je Benčić u studiju emisije Otvoreno na HRT-u..
