SDP-ov saborski zastupnik Boris Lalovac izrazio je u četvrtak čuđenje lošim projekcijama Europske komisije vezano uz pad hrvatskog gospodarstva budući da su do kraja godine još dva mjeseca, a Hrvatska ne planira uvesti zatvaranje.

"Čudi me kako Europska komisija daje gore projekcije, a podlogu je dobila iz Vlade. Više sam na strani Vlade jer danas imamo raspravu o rebalansu državnog proračuna i vidi se da su veći porezi, veće uplate i malo me čudi tako visok pad BDP-a od 9,6 posto budući da  je još dva mjeseca do kraja godine i neće  biti lockdowna da bi bio toliki pad", rekao je Lalovac novinarima u Hrvatskom saboru.

Smatra kako bi bilo vrlo korisno da Vlada uz proračun za iduću godinu napravi i katalog investicija kako bi se znalo što će potaknuti gospodarstvo.

"Postavlja se pitanje je li to željeznica i može li ona generirati takav dio gospodarskog rasta i koje su to industrijske politike koje će nam osigurati gospodarski rast od pet posto", poručio je istaknuvši i važnost promjene strukture ekonomije.

Europska komisija (EK) predviđa da će hrvatsko gospodarstvo ove godine pasti 9,6 posto, iduće godine rasti 5,7 posto, a pretkriznu razinu bi trebalo dosegnuti 2022. godine.

Upitan za komentar porezne reforme, Lalovac je rekao da se u SDP-u ne slažu u tome na koji način idu porezne izmejene jer se u prvom djelu smanjuju porezne stope.

"Smatramo da bi trebalo ići kod povećanja neoporezivog dijela dohotka i on bi imao puno veći efekat na povećanje potrošnje srednjeg sloja građana", ocijenio je.

Napominjući kako je sada neoporezivo četiri tisuće kuna, Lalovac drži da - ako bi se to diglo na pet tisuća kuna, efekt srednjih plaća u zemlji bi bio puno veći nego rasterećenje najvećeg dijela plaća.

Smatra i da će oni kojima će se rasterećenjem plaća dohodak povećati za pet stotina ili tisuću kuna najveći dio dohotka staviti na štednju. No, drži, vlada da bi potaknula gospodarstvo treba potaknuti potrošnju.

Lalovac smatra i da je puno bolja mjera ići s neoporezivim dijelom dohotka s četiri na pet tisuća kuna. No, dodao je, vlada je odlučila ići na smanjivanje poreznih stopa, a nisu išli na SDP-ov prijedlog vezan uz povećanje neoporezivog dijela dohotka.

"SDP cijelo vrijeme podržava povećanje plaća, samo se radi o drugačijem modelu. Mislimo da je naš model efikasniji jer npr. građani koji imaju pet do šest tisuća kuna plaću vladinim poreznim izmjenama  će imati povećanje plaće od 50 do 70 kuna. Našim izmjenama bi imali više od 200 kuna", naglasio je.

SDP-ov saborski zastupnik Boris Lalovac izrazio je u četvrtak čuđenje lošim projekcijama Europske komisije vezano uz pad hrvatskog gospodarstva budući da su do kraja godine još dva mjeseca, a Hrvatska ne planira uvesti zatvaranje.

"Čudi me kako Europska komisija daje gore projekcije, a podlogu je dobila iz Vlade. Više sam na strani Vlade jer danas imamo raspravu o rebalansu državnog proračuna i vidi se da su veći porezi, veće uplate i malo me čudi tako visok pad BDP-a od 9,6 posto budući da  je još dva mjeseca do kraja godine i neće  biti lockdowna da bi bio toliki pad", rekao je Lalovac novinarima u Hrvatskom saboru.

Smatra kako bi bilo vrlo korisno da Vlada uz proračun za iduću godinu napravi i katalog investicija kako bi se znalo što će potaknuti gospodarstvo.

"Postavlja se pitanje je li to željeznica i može li ona generirati takav dio gospodarskog rasta i koje su to industrijske politike koje će nam osigurati gospodarski rast od pet posto", poručio je istaknuvši i važnost promjene strukture ekonomije.

Europska komisija (EK) predviđa da će hrvatsko gospodarstvo ove godine pasti 9,6 posto, iduće godine rasti 5,7 posto, a pretkriznu razinu bi trebalo dosegnuti 2022. godine.

Upitan za komentar porezne reforme, Lalovac je rekao da se u SDP-u ne slažu u tome na koji način idu porezne izmejene jer se u prvom djelu smanjuju porezne stope.

"Smatramo da bi trebalo ići kod povećanja neoporezivog dijela dohotka i on bi imao puno veći efekat na povećanje potrošnje srednjeg sloja građana", ocijenio je.

Napominjući kako je sada neoporezivo četiri tisuće kuna, Lalovac drži da - ako bi se to diglo na pet tisuća kuna, efekt srednjih plaća u zemlji bi bio puno veći nego rasterećenje najvećeg dijela plaća.

Smatra i da će oni kojima će se rasterećenjem plaća dohodak povećati za pet stotina ili tisuću kuna najveći dio dohotka staviti na štednju. No, drži, vlada da bi potaknula gospodarstvo treba potaknuti potrošnju.

Lalovac smatra i da je puno bolja mjera ići s neoporezivim dijelom dohotka s četiri na pet tisuća kuna. No, dodao je, vlada je odlučila ići na smanjivanje poreznih stopa, a nisu išli na SDP-ov prijedlog vezan uz povećanje neoporezivog dijela dohotka.

"SDP cijelo vrijeme podržava povećanje plaća, samo se radi o drugačijem modelu. Mislimo da je naš model efikasniji jer npr. građani koji imaju pet do šest tisuća kuna plaću vladinim poreznim izmjenama  će imati povećanje plaće od 50 do 70 kuna. Našim izmjenama bi imali više od 200 kuna", naglasio je.

Bivši ministar financija se čudi projekcijama EK o padu gospodarstva: Još su dva mjeseca do kraja godine, a Hrvatska ne planira uvesti zatvaranje

SDP-ov saborski zastupnik Boris Lalovac izrazio je u četvrtak čuđenje lošim projekcijama Europske komisije vezano uz pad hrvatskog gospodarstva budući da su do kraja godine još dva mjeseca, a Hrvatska ne planira uvesti zatvaranje.

"Čudi me kako Europska komisija daje gore projekcije, a podlogu je dobila iz Vlade. Više sam na strani Vlade jer danas imamo raspravu o rebalansu državnog proračuna i vidi se da su veći porezi, veće uplate i malo me čudi tako visok pad BDP-a od 9,6 posto budući da  je još dva mjeseca do kraja godine i neće  biti lockdowna da bi bio toliki pad", rekao je Lalovac novinarima u Hrvatskom saboru.

Smatra kako bi bilo vrlo korisno da Vlada uz proračun za iduću godinu napravi i katalog investicija kako bi se znalo što će potaknuti gospodarstvo....
