Savjeti nekih bankara ovih su dana izazvali pravu pomutnju na tržištu nekretnina. Iako službene najave nije bilo, građanima koji kupuju stanove savjetovali su da krenu s prikupljanjem dokumentacije za novi krug APN-a. Stvorilo je to probleme i kreditnim posrednicima, javlja RTL.

"I mi u našoj grupi u zadnje vrijeme imamo mnoštvo upita građana koji se pitaju kada će novi krug APN-a, hoće li ga biti i slično. Ta neizvjesnost je najgora stvar za tržište i stvara velike probleme. Unatoč svim informacijama koje dolaze iz raznih banaka i njihovih službenika da APN uskoro ide, ono što sigurno znamo za sada je da se ne ide, a hoće li ga biti, o tome trebaju odlučiti državne institucije", kazao je kreditni posrednik Hrvoje Travnikar.

Zašto su pojedini bankari svojim klijentima najavljivali novi krug APN-a iz udruge banaka za RTL ovako odgovaraju:

"Program subvencioniranja kredita je uveden 2017. godine te je Zakonom o subvencioniranju stambenih kredita definirano da su ga građani mogli zatražiti po javnim pozivima APN-a do 31. prosinca 2023. godine. Hrvatska udruga banaka, kao i njezine članice, ne raspolažu s informacijama o eventualnom produljenju navedenog programa."

Što će biti s APN-om za RTL Danas pojasnio je potpredsjednik Vlade i ministar prostornog uređenja, graditeljstva i državne imovine Branko Bačić, koji je kazao kako je u izradi strateški dokument o stambenoj politici do 2030., koji će odrediti daljnji smjer poticaja. "Dok se Nacionalni plan stambene politike ne usvoji, Ministarstvo ne planira donijeti novi zakon o subvencioniranju stambenih kredita. Dakle, do donošenja Nacionalnog plana mi nećemo ići u novi krug subvencioniranja stambenih kredita", poručio je Bačić.

Zato nikakvo prikupljanje dokumentacije, jasan je ministar, nema smisla.

"Doista, želim poslati poruku svim mladim ljudima da ne trebaju prikupljati nikakvu dokumentaciju jer do donošenja plana nema novog zakona koji bi omogućio subvencionirane stambene kredite" istaknuo je Bačić. Zakon koji je to omogućavao prestao je važiti krajem prošle godine. U vremenu koliko je bio na snazi, uz APN-ov program prvu nekretninu kupilo je više od 35 tisuća obitelji. Kako će izgledati nove mjere i koliko će biti sličnosti s APN-om još uvijek nije poznato. Što se čeka, pitaju se u Mreži mladih Hrvatske.

"Svakako bi nam bilo važno vidjeti kako će izgledati taj novi model APN-a, tko je uključen u izradu novog modela i na temelju kojih podataka i kriterija, odnosno što će se točno promijeniti da stambena politika bude primjerena za mlade osobe u Hrvatskoj", kazao je za RTL Kristijan Orešković, programski suradnik u Mreži mladih Hrvatske.

Detalji se bruse i u ministarstvu.

"Hoće li to biti modificirani zakon o subvencioniranju stambenih kredita, hoće li to biti jedna vrsta modela koji je sad na snazi, a to je međuresorna suradnja između države i jedinica lokalne samouprave. Primjerice, takve smo stanove izgradili u Belom Manastiru, a trenutno se grade u Novskoj i Drnišu koji se prioritetno grade za najam gdje je najam metra četvornog 36 centi ili će to biti neki treći model, to ovisi o Nacionalnom planu kojeg će Vlada usvojiti", zaključuje Bačić.

Nacrt dokumenta trebao bi biti gotov kroz nekoliko mjeseci, a na snagu bi trebao stupiti prije ljeta.

Savjeti nekih bankara ovih su dana izazvali pravu pomutnju na tržištu nekretnina. Iako službene najave nije bilo, građanima koji kupuju stanove savjetovali su da krenu s prikupljanjem dokumentacije za novi krug APN-a. Stvorilo je to probleme i kreditnim posrednicima, javlja RTL.

"I mi u našoj grupi u zadnje vrijeme imamo mnoštvo upita građana koji se pitaju kada će novi krug APN-a, hoće li ga biti i slično. Ta neizvjesnost je najgora stvar za tržište i stvara velike probleme. Unatoč svim informacijama koje dolaze iz raznih banaka i njihovih službenika da APN uskoro ide, ono što sigurno znamo za sada je da se ne ide, a hoće li ga biti, o tome trebaju odlučiti državne institucije", kazao je kreditni posrednik Hrvoje Travnikar.

Zašto su pojedini bankari svojim klijentima najavljivali novi krug APN-a iz udruge banaka za RTL ovako odgovaraju:

"Program subvencioniranja kredita je uveden 2017. godine te je Zakonom o subvencioniranju stambenih kredita definirano da su ga građani mogli zatražiti po javnim pozivima APN-a do 31. prosinca 2023. godine. Hrvatska udruga banaka, kao i njezine članice, ne raspolažu s informacijama o eventualnom produljenju navedenog programa."

Što će biti s APN-om za RTL Danas pojasnio je potpredsjednik Vlade i ministar prostornog uređenja, graditeljstva i državne imovine Branko Bačić, koji je kazao kako je u izradi strateški dokument o stambenoj politici do 2030., koji će odrediti daljnji smjer poticaja. "Dok se Nacionalni plan stambene politike ne usvoji, Ministarstvo ne planira donijeti novi zakon o subvencioniranju stambenih kredita. Dakle, do donošenja Nacionalnog plana mi nećemo ići u novi krug subvencioniranja stambenih kredita", poručio je Bačić.

Zato nikakvo prikupljanje dokumentacije, jasan je ministar, nema smisla.

"Doista, želim poslati poruku svim mladim ljudima da ne trebaju prikupljati nikakvu dokumentaciju jer do donošenja plana nema novog zakona koji bi omogućio subvencionirane stambene kredite" istaknuo je Bačić. Zakon koji je to omogućavao prestao je važiti krajem prošle godine. U vremenu koliko je bio na snazi, uz APN-ov program prvu nekretninu kupilo je više od 35 tisuća obitelji. Kako će izgledati nove mjere i koliko će biti sličnosti s APN-om još uvijek nije poznato. Što se čeka, pitaju se u Mreži mladih Hrvatske.

"Svakako bi nam bilo važno vidjeti kako će izgledati taj novi model APN-a, tko je uključen u izradu novog modela i na temelju kojih podataka i kriterija, odnosno što će se točno promijeniti da stambena politika bude primjerena za mlade osobe u Hrvatskoj", kazao je za RTL Kristijan Orešković, programski suradnik u Mreži mladih Hrvatske.

Detalji se bruse i u ministarstvu.

"Hoće li to biti modificirani zakon o subvencioniranju stambenih kredita, hoće li to biti jedna vrsta modela koji je sad na snazi, a to je međuresorna suradnja između države i jedinica lokalne samouprave. Primjerice, takve smo stanove izgradili u Belom Manastiru, a trenutno se grade u Novskoj i Drnišu koji se prioritetno grade za najam gdje je najam metra četvornog 36 centi ili će to biti neki treći model, to ovisi o Nacionalnom planu kojeg će Vlada usvojiti", zaključuje Bačić.

Nacrt dokumenta trebao bi biti gotov kroz nekoliko mjeseci, a na snagu bi trebao stupiti prije ljeta.

Savjeti nekih bankara ovih su dana izazvali pravu pomutnju na tržištu nekretnina. Iako službene najave nije bilo, građanima koji kupuju stanove savjetovali su da krenu s prikupljanjem dokumentacije za novi krug APN-a. Stvorilo je to probleme i kreditnim posrednicima, javlja RTL.

"I mi u našoj grupi u zadnje vrijeme imamo mnoštvo upita građana koji se pitaju kada će novi krug APN-a, hoće li ga biti i slično. Ta neizvjesnost je najgora stvar za tržište i stvara velike probleme. Unatoč svim informacijama koje dolaze iz raznih banaka i njihovih službenika da APN uskoro ide, ono što sigurno znamo za sada je da se ne ide, a hoće li ga biti, o tome trebaju odlučiti državne institucije", kazao je kreditni posrednik Hrvoje Travnikar.

Zašto su pojedini bankari svojim klijentima najavljivali novi krug APN-a iz udruge banaka za RTL ovako odgovaraju:

"Program subvencioniranja kredita je uveden 2017. godine te je Zakonom o subvencioniranju stambenih kredita definirano da su ga građani mogli zatražiti po javnim pozivima APN-a do 31. prosinca 2023. godine. Hrvatska udruga banaka, kao i njezine članice, ne raspolažu s informacijama o eventualnom produljenju navedenog programa."

Što će biti s APN-om za RTL Danas pojasnio je potpredsjednik Vlade i ministar prostornog uređenja, graditeljstva i državne imovine Branko Bačić, koji je kazao kako je u izradi strateški dokument o stambenoj politici do 2030., koji će odrediti daljnji smjer poticaja. "Dok se Nacionalni plan stambene politike ne usvoji, Ministarstvo ne planira donijeti novi zakon o subvencioniranju stambenih kredita. Dakle, do donošenja Nacionalnog plana mi nećemo ići u novi krug subvencioniranja stambenih kredita", poručio je Bačić.
