Ovaj su put sporne “zagubljene” donacije koje je poduzetnik Jako Andabak preko Rojsa namijenio obrani optuženih Hrvata iz BiH pred Haaškim sudom. Navodno su Dario Kordić i Slobodan Praljak dobili po 10 tisuća eura pomoći namijenjene njihovim obranama, no ako je suditi po prijavi nekog od (pre)ostale sedmorke, još 50 tisuća Andabakovih eura “zapelo” je na Rojsovu računu.

Andabak nam nije krio svoju šokiranost zbog činjenice da novac nije došao na potrebne adrese.

– Vjerovao sam Rojsu. Mi smo, inače, dobri prijatelji. Prije više od dvije godine, na vlastitu inicijativu, odlučio sam pomoći ljudima. A Rojs je rekao da poznaje obitelji optuženih pa sam onda novac i proslijedio preko njega. Kad sam prvi put doznao da novac nije dao, nazvao sam ga i on se počeo pravdati da ima problema s računom, zapljenom novca, pa i sa samom isplatom.

Na kraju mi je rekao da se ne brinem jer da će on, čim se domogne novca, dati svakome i više od moje donacije, i to s kamatama. Ja samo želim da se sve to što prije riješi. Uostalom, taj novac više nije moj. Ja sam ga poklonio od srca – rekao nam je Andabak, dodavši da je svoju “ispovijed” u vezi s donacijom dao u policiji prije ljeta, i to nakon što je netko iz skupine bosanskohercegovačkih Hrvata prijavio Rojsa za “stopiranje novca”.

Znate li je li u međuvremenu još nekom novac sjeo na račun ili da je Rojs predao donaciju uz potvrdu javnog bilježnika?

– Ne znam, ali me ni ne zanima – zaključio je poznati poduzetnik.

Do prozvanog Ljube Ćesića Rojsa, međutim, nismo uspjeli doći unatoč nizu telefonskih poziva. Istražiteljima je kazao da novac nije u potpunosti isplaćen zbog “tehničkih poteškoća”.

Pravdao se da mu je račun zatvoren po nalogu Interpola i da iz Hrvatske nije mogao izvršiti nikakve uplate, pa je dio uplatio iz BiH. No, Rojs nema pravog opravdanja zašto je godinu dana trajala agonija oko tek dijela isplate Andabakove donacije, pa istražitelji, kao i obitelji haaških optuženika, sasvim opravdano sumnjaju da je Rojs pokušao “zamračiti” novac.

obrane.

Ovaj su put sporne “zagubljene” donacije koje je poduzetnik Jako Andabak preko Rojsa namijenio obrani optuženih Hrvata iz BiH pred Haaškim sudom. Navodno su Dario Kordić i Slobodan Praljak dobili po 10 tisuća eura pomoći namijenjene njihovim obranama, no ako je suditi po prijavi nekog od (pre)ostale sedmorke, još 50 tisuća Andabakovih eura “zapelo” je na Rojsovu računu.

Andabak nam nije krio svoju šokiranost zbog činjenice da novac nije došao na potrebne adrese.

– Vjerovao sam Rojsu. Mi smo, inače, dobri prijatelji. Prije više od dvije godine, na vlastitu inicijativu, odlučio sam pomoći ljudima. A Rojs je rekao da poznaje obitelji optuženih pa sam onda novac i proslijedio preko njega. Kad sam prvi put doznao da novac nije dao, nazvao sam ga i on se počeo pravdati da ima problema s računom, zapljenom novca, pa i sa samom isplatom.

Na kraju mi je rekao da se ne brinem jer da će on, čim se domogne novca, dati svakome i više od moje donacije, i to s kamatama. Ja samo želim da se sve to što prije riješi. Uostalom, taj novac više nije moj. Ja sam ga poklonio od srca – rekao nam je Andabak, dodavši da je svoju “ispovijed” u vezi s donacijom dao u policiji prije ljeta, i to nakon što je netko iz skupine bosanskohercegovačkih Hrvata prijavio Rojsa za “stopiranje novca”.

Znate li je li u međuvremenu još nekom novac sjeo na račun ili da je Rojs predao donaciju uz potvrdu javnog bilježnika?

– Ne znam, ali me ni ne zanima – zaključio je poznati poduzetnik.

Do prozvanog Ljube Ćesića Rojsa, međutim, nismo uspjeli doći unatoč nizu telefonskih poziva. Istražiteljima je kazao da novac nije u potpunosti isplaćen zbog “tehničkih poteškoća”.

Pravdao se da mu je račun zatvoren po nalogu Interpola i da iz Hrvatske nije mogao izvršiti nikakve uplate, pa je dio uplatio iz BiH. No, Rojs nema pravog opravdanja zašto je godinu dana trajala agonija oko tek dijela isplate Andabakove donacije, pa istražitelji, kao i obitelji haaških optuženika, sasvim opravdano sumnjaju da je Rojs pokušao “zamračiti” novac.
